Exceptional”
I absolutely love this place, peaceful and relax. I stayed longer than I planed. The swimming pool was perfect and the beach is just in front of room. Sunset is lovely ever I seen. The owner and his family are really kind and friendly, welcomed me like family. I highly appreciated it. The staffs also has good responsibility on their position. The location of the resort is just the centre of Mui Ne, so convenient to get to sites. I will stay this place everytime I visit Mui Ne. I would say it’s the best resort in Mui Ne.

It was very relaxing with sun loungers at 01 nice swimming pools. Lovely garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really recommended for this Resort to our friends and definitely will come back soon.

No door in my bed room’s toilet, no warm/hot water, I had to take a shower with cold water. Towels have yellow stains on them. There’s only 1 control remote for 3 air-conditioners. Food for breakfast was too dry, not much to choose and tasted not good Nothing to do after 9pm, restaurant closed, no light in swimming pool ...... It’s like I hired a place to sleep, that’s all

The pics on agoda and the reality are wayyyy different, room was spacious but very poor in amenity, breakfast operates in very weird hours: 7-9am? Staff was friendly and helpful tho, smiles on the faces all the time.

Như phản hồi từ chị, chúng tôi thật sự rất lấy làm tiếc khi phải nhận được phản hồi không chính xác. Chúng tôi đã làm việc với những bộ phận liên quan và nhận được báo cáo như sau: Khi vào nhận phòng chị chỉ phàn nàn về kích thước phòng không như trên hình. Nhưng thực chất kích thước phòng vẫn đúng theo kích thước mà chúng tôi đã cập nhật trên hệ thống Agoda. Thiết nghĩ, Resort chúng tôi là một Resort mới thì các trang thiết bị hoàn toàn mới, hình ảnh chúng tôi cung cấp trên Agoda là hình ảnh thật 100% và tất cả các phòng chúng tôi đều xử lý bằng tinh dầu xả chanh. Thì chúng tôi nghĩ rằng không thể xảy ra tình trạng như chị nhận xét. Chúng tôi rất lấy làm tiếc là không thể phục vụ chị trong thời gian chị nghĩ dưỡng tại Mũi Né, để chị có thể tìm hiểu thêm về các dịch vụ cũng như nhân viên phục vụ nhầm nhận xét đúng đắn và chính xác hơn về Resort.

Chúng tôi hết sức vui mừng khi đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ & chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn đã làm anh hài lòng trong thời gian ở khách sạn. Về vấn đề vỏ sò trong phạm vi bãi biển của Resort, vì do vào tháng 6 thời tiết biển hơi có sóng lớn nên vỏ sò thường xuyên kéo vào bờ, chúng tôi đã cố gắng khắc phục nhưng vẫn chưa triệt để. Chúng tôi ghi nhận ý kiến đóng góp của anh và khắc phục tình trạng vỏ sò,...để cho khách hàng được tắm biển thoải mái khi ở tại Resort.
