Location is accessible, just infront of AWS. They only have 2 slots of basement parking. Not easy to park. Staff is very accommodating. Room is clean, AC is cool. Heater is working. No slippers. Linens are clean, though it's just one layer and easily removed. They have electric kettle and glass. No water refilling station even outside, only for staff use. Strong internet connection at the lobby only, 100Mbps, very weak in the room, less than 5Mbps. Room does not have double lock inside. We enjoyed our stay. We got a promo rate of 800 only.

I would like to recommend Ortigas Hotel , Kapitolyo, Pasig to all my friends to stay at this hotel if they want for holiday. All staffs are friendly and good customer service easy to get along. For me while I’m staying that hotel I treat them like one of my family. And I know where I came from.

Sad to say that there is incomplete hygiene kit. No toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. We have bought to the facilities I thought it was included..

It was decent. Great when you're on a budget. It's in a great location, too! Room was clean and spacious. They put me up in a room that accommodates 3-4 people. AC and water heater were working. However, some basic amenities (e.g. toilet paper and soap) were lacking but there's a convenience store right across the road.

Value for money, big rooms, friendly staff”
Value for money hotel at a centrally located place - within walking distance to Ortigas/Shangri la and Megamall area, big rooms for a budget hotel, friendly staff. Room for improvement: rooms can be more well kept (dusty walls especially room 101, upper floors are better; mosquitoes problem can be resolved by fumigation and spraying before guests come), loose faucet and loud shower. Small things. Acceptable for a budget hotel but can make a huge difference.

The place is surrounded with good eating places. Very near malls and business offices. The room is spacious enough to fit all 6 of us comfortably. Parking area is not as big but is free. Some small cockroaches were visible in the bathroom and kitchen area on the first night but we sealed our food well so they did not appear anymore. Staff were very accommodating.

While I might consider booking again given the great location for the price I paid, I think other travelers should know what to expect. Staff was nice and courteous. The room is very spacious, more than I would need or expect. There was no TV unlike advertised. No double/bolt lock on the front door, just a doorknob lock. There were small cockroaches around the room. The couch seemed dirty. Bed is comfortable enough, AC works well. Window gives a nice street view outside. One of the bath towels provided was in poor condition and had a lot of holes. Shower heater works well, water pressure is fine. No toiletries provided; tissue paper is free but you have to request for it at reception. Didn't try Wi-Fi so no comment there. No elevator or ramp, so this is not recommended for elderly or PWD.
