The property puts guests an approximately 40-minute drive from Paris attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Disneyland Resort Paris. Surrounded by lush gardens, the hotel offers a variety of facilities such as table tennis and many more. Good hotel for travelers with short stay in Paris”
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was a nice stay without any hassles. The best part was that there were shuttles to the CDG Airport every 15 minutes and the drivers and staff were very humble and helpful. The two problems which I faced were that, being an English speaker, the staff was not well versed in English and there were not many channels on TV in English. Since, English has become the universal language, the hotel should train their staff to atleast understand and speak basic English.
I had a very pleasant stay at charles de Gaulle . ”
I was travelling to London and en-route had taken a stop over in Paris. My Travel advisor booked this hotel for me , and i was very happy with my stay. The best part was the location . Very close to the air port and well connected as well. Rooms were also very comfortable and staff also helpful. hotel charles de gaulle Paris !!!!
comfortable room with nice facilities”
we stayed this hotel every time we going to participate maison&objects fair during january annually the hotel is great. full of facilites and the staff is fulled of service mind. the location is the best for travelling which is not for from airport.
everything you need you've got it ”
it was a very comfortable for me as following reference: -easy to reach from CDG airport with hotel MPV coach collect up every 15 minutes -my flight arrived late eve but once reached the hotel found everything all set and ready for everything you need to do. -no any disturbance but once i need some help they always await for me. -easy to get into the downtown paris from hotel to CDG terminal 2 by hotel mpv coach and then train, similar with when you back to the hotel. -room is very clean and quiet but i can see many planes take off and up up to sky with mute. -breakfast made my stomach full of useful things which fresh and green ,but some taste very salty and that Enchovy fish. Finally, everyone there nice to me.I have a very comfortable business trip.
Nice location and convenient transportation”
we are stay during jan 2012 for purpose of maison&object fair particiapation. we found that it was very convenient travel from hotel to fair area. it was very easy to take the train from airport after we use the hotel bus service. comfortable guest room and great breakfast.
convenient transportation and comfortable room”
We was stay for business purpose and we found it was very convenient for travel around by using hotel bus service to Airport and switch to take the train to town. Nice hotel location and comfortable room
Reasonably priced airport hotel; great amenities”
the airport shuttle came and left on schedule. my room was spacious and quiet; i appreciated the free wi fi, range of tv channels in english, french and many other languages, and the good sized swimming pool that opened at 6 am. the breakfast buffet, though pricey at 20 euros, was tasty and attractive. my guest, who did not want to eat, was thoughtfully given a free cup of coffee. i would stay here again next time i need a hotel at charles de gaulle.
Lovely hotel with a very good location”
I was searching a place to stay for a short time as i was having very short time for my flight connection,Then i found this hotel with a competetive rate,It was very attractive rate with a hotel which had a very good and close location to the C.D Airport in Paris.I had a very pleasant stay and very peaceful environment and very colorful hotel with a nice lobby..
The shuttle bus was 1 hr delayed.. and no one gave us any explanation after complaint.”
It was cold at night. We were waiting outdoors for shuttle bus to pick us from airport. We called hotel every 10-20 minutes and they always told us the bus was on the way. But it was 1 hour late!! When we reached hotel and complained to the reception. They just said "Is it???" They said they will investigate. But no responce / explanation until we left the hotel. Very awful experience.
Great Service, Great Shuttle, Great Stay”
I stopped off at Radisson Blu Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel on my way into Paris. The shuttle from CDG to the Hotel was quick, and the driver was amiable and helpful; she helped with my luggage both in and out of the van. A short ride from CDG, the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Greeted in both French and English, check-in was seamless. Room service was prompt. Breakfast was hearty. Shuttles run from the hotel to CDG on the quarter hour during daylight hours, and sometimes sooner. An excellent stay, with exceptional service, and I look forward to another stay while in Paris.
Great Airport Hotel - Would Stay Again!”
For a preflight, last night of a wonderful Paris/Normandy visit we selected the Radisson Blu and it did not disappoint. Arriving at 5pm, we missed lunch and were very hungry, but the bartender kindly kept us in snacks and wine until the restaurant opened at 7. Dinner was tasty but we thought service was slow until we figured out that they weren't bringing our entrée as they were waiting for me to finish my soup. Once that was cleared up service was great. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Shuttle bus driver was excellent and took alternate route when traffic was heavy and made sure he dropped us off in a good place. Overall very nice for airport stay and we would stay again!
Close to the airport, but far from Paris sites”
In my opinion, better than a typical Eurpoean room. Bigger and nicer by most standards. BTW, the shuttle only goes to Terminal 2. If you leave from 1 or 3 you have to take other transport from Terminal 2 to those other terminals (bear that in mind when trying to get to your gate on time.)
This is a Radisson Blue?”
The Radisson Blu in Bangkok is a beautiful and superbly managed hotel. The Radisson Blu in Shanghai is also very good. Why is this hotel called a Radisson Blu? I guess anyone can be the name. Maybe I can rent a room in my house and Radisson will sell me the name for that, too. How disgusting. This hotel is not even in the same school let alone class as these hotels. Small hotel in an industrial park surrounded by an 8 foot fence...it looks like a prison. Rooms are small and sparse. It seems to specialize as a conference hotel....vacuum cleaner sales people were there that week. I was very disappointed.
Great hotel, awful staff”
The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room amenities weren't that great (only small tubes of shampooing and body wash, no show cap, no bathrobe, no tooth brush). You need to consider several issues besides price. One is how to get there from the airport. The shuttle bus doesn't always run at 15-minute intervals (30-minute intervals after 9H15 until the afternoon). There was a shuttle bus sign for Radisson in T3, where I found out later after an hour wait that they didn't pick up guests there. They only stop in T2. The other issue is the breakfast. It's EUR 20 if you paid on the spot. They claimed to have over 150 items. 40-50 (several kinds of cereals, bread, jam) is closer to the truth. It's definitely not worth it. The worst is the front-desk staff. Except for one female staff, most of them were just pathetic. They talked like robots. The hotel information in the room said you can borrow a towel for the steamroom and a cable for the internet is available at the front desk. I asked for a towel for the steamroom. A male receptionist gave me one. I asked where the steamroom was. He said it's under repair and that the towel can be used for my room. But why would want to borrow one for the room since it already has two? I asked for the cable, since the free wifi didn't work very well (you have to pay for the high speed internet). A female staff had no idea I talked about and had to check with someone. Another male receptionist emerged telling me that everything was wireless. I didn't want to press the issue further about the information in the TV. The worst punishment for them is not to come back. If all you need is a good night sleep near the hotel, then with the agoda price, it's OK. It's actually cheaper than most two-star hotels in town (when I was there). I saw the rack rates of EUR 300-400 when I arrived. It's definitely not worth it.
Great location, fantastic bar & restaurant - food was exceptional. Very nice and friendly staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Rooms were good and quiet. The FREE airport shuttle service was excellent. Made it value to stay a couple of extra days there rather than in Central Paris.
Proximity to CDG”
Stay was good, even if I only stayed overnight. Staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to and from CDG Terminal 2. Spacious rooms, and very clean. However, no complimentary drinking water in room. You have to buy it from the mini bar, or at the lobby.
Nice Hotel ”
There was a free hotel shuttle to bring me to the hotel, which is about 10 mins drive. then when i reached the hotel, the environment is very nice, cozy. the female staff at the concierge was very friendly and helpful. She would try to chit chat with the guests while waiting for check-in. I had ordered one grill spring chicken. It was yummy and value for money.
Great place to stay for our last night in Paris.”
We were in Paris for a week with family. With an early departure from the airport in the morning, we needed a convenient place to spend our last night in Paris. This was a fine place for the two of us to get our rest before facing a long travel day back home.
Convenient to de Gaulle Airport”
My main concern was being near the airport for an early flight. They run a shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle service was very convenient going both to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was all very concerned that we received prompt attention. Dinner was good, but expensive.
lovely hotel, excellent staff and service,”
Very helpful and curtious staff.Slight problem when checking out, large que at desk and I had to leave urgently as shuttle bus was waiting. There should be an express desk available if a large number of clients are booking in and you are trying to depart. Service excellent to and from Airport.
