Very Good value of money
nice hotel but the price is too high”
Before booking with the hotel, I specifically emailed to asked if I can leave my luggage for 2 days. We have a night transit at Madrid(where we stayed at this hotel) before went for 2 days trip to Portugal from Madrid. From Portugal, we then return to Madrid by flight to pick up our rental car for before continue our trip to Malaga hence we need to left our luggage somewhere. However when I want to leave my luggage, the staff told me that I am not allowed to leave my luggage unless we have a booking when I return from Portugal. I am very disappointed because : 1) I understand that the hotel have every right to have that policy, however when I emailed the hotel to confirm about my plan, the hotel replied that I can leave my luggage there. 2) I have traveled a lot and stayed from cheap hostel to posh hotel, even cheap hostel don't have any problem if I need to leave my luggage for 2 days. This resulting we need to drag our large luggage back to Madrid airport where if we know we cant leave our luggage from the beginning, we can just leave the luggage there at the first time we arrive at the aiport.
Sauna was broken and shower had mold at the botton. Other than that very nice place.
Suitable for a budget transit hotel”
Had one night transit in Madrid so booked something cheap just to sleep. Nothing special but nothing awful either, you get what you pay for.
Uncomfortable bed, no pickup from airport and ripped off by Taxi (beware!)”
We booked in advance and requested a collection from the airport providing the time and flight number. No one was waiting for us and there was not shuttle bus to be seen outside. We tried to walk to the hotel since it is less than 1.5km away from Terminal 1 where we arrived however there was a major road between the airport and the hotel so we turned back and chose to get in a taxi. The taxi totally ripped us off, the journey as I said was 1.5km yet the taxi driver charged us 30 Euros for the journey. We protested this amount however he said this was the minimum charge for all taxi's leaving the airport irrespective of the distance traveled. He refused to provide us with a receipt which afterward I learned I required to make a complaint so he knew exactly what he was doing. This was a bad experience and ruined our stay at the hotel - had the hotel been waiting for us with the shuttle as expected then this would not have happened so I feel they are largely to blame for this. On checking in the staff were friendly and on telling them of our experience they told us we should not have been charged so much for the taxi since the 30 Euros we were charged is what is usually charged for travelling all the way in to the city however they explained this was normal behavior for taxi drivers in Madrid since and giving excuses for this by saying that they have large queues to wait in at the airport and they had lost business due to the like of Uber. The hotel itself is in a convenient close location to the airport although walking to it from Terminal 1 did not seem possible. In the morning we were provided with a shuttle service to the airport as arranged. The bed in the room however was uncomfortable. We booked a double bed however found it to be 2 single beds put side by side, each with their own bedding. I am a bigger man so require a double bed at least for space but this scenario I was forced to sleep in a single bed. I tried using the provided duvets as beddin
Cosy & modern airport hotel”
Close to airport, however, not possible to walk on foot (on the other side of highway). Normal taxi charge ~€25 whereas Uber ~€5-12
Nothing to eat around the hotel. Free bike to rent Super small Gym and sauna. Swimming pool can't be used.

Always the best
Very comfortable and pleasant. We have a 1 year old, 6 year old and 13 year old and the family room was very perfect for our needs.
One night stay”
Staff were pleasant and inviting . The room we had was clean and could open the window for freah air , no traffic noise. It had a double bed and bonk beds .. It's was too crowded To have the bonk beds and have 4 people staying there. Otherwise was a pleasant stay.
Used as stop over before catching our flight back to U.S. after 10 day stay in Spain. Hotel was clean, comfortable and had a good restaurant with a very nice breakfast for 7 euro per person. Room was nice, clean and comfortable and wi-fi worked very well. Best amenity was the free airport shuttle which ran a couple time per hour and dropped us at the front door of the terminal. Great hotel for flying in and out of Spain before moving on to other destinations. Best value by far.
Very good would definitely stay again
A bit shabby in places. Nice bathroom”
We only stayed for one night. the hotel is near the airport and that was the most important issue for us.
Great for quick escape to airport.”
Very nice....massage shower did not work but liked location for quick transfer to airport and excellent breakfast. Nice bed and could open window for fresh air. Good value.
wrongly informed not once but twice”
Yhe stay was generally ok but i was wrongly advised byvtelephone that there was a transfer service by reception and to wait outside the terminal one hour later in the cold i called again and told sorry it had finished costingvthen 25 euros in a taxi then later askin about restaurants and being told just go left out hotel of which i did andcthere is lots chinese japenese etc so on going left i found nothing but a spanish bar open?????? For a four star hotel in madrid this is terrible service
Not close to many food options.”
I was booked there as in Agoda they mentioned there is shuttle bus available, but when at 11:15 am I arrived at airport arrival hall and called them, they told me take a taxi and come! so this was not good. There is no restaurant inside hotel for dinner or lunch, there is only buffet breakfast. not many choices for dinning outside of hotel as it is middle of residential area.
Good hotel for airport layovers”
Good Hotel for a day”
My Wife and I, stayed one night. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.. ( We arrived at 9:30 am and they let us checked-in right away ) this is the place to stay when you have to flight the next day. Metro station is just few blocks away is you decide to go to the city.
Friendly Staff and close to the airport”
Airport shuttle always available and friendly staff
