had a wonderful experience in Privato Hotel Ortigas. We decided to have a staycation here because it's cheap yet elegant. I requested to have our room upgraded and to my suprise it was granted. From executive king to deluxe. Receptionist is very polite. Room is very clean and relaxing. During our check out, they gave the tshirt that was left in the room. They made sure that nothing was left. will definitely go back and stay here and will surely recommend to other people

This is a very good entry level hotel, affordable, and staff are nice, d ko lang msyado ngustuhan ung food 350 pesos siya pero ung menu is pancit, egg, hotdog.. Mga basic lang.. Cguro u can add mas msrap na mga menu pra sulit nman ung 350 buffet,.. The place is nice, clean, malakas aircon, malakas dn ung wifi,hot and cold shower is okay.. Babalik ako next time. Pleasantly comfortable and clean. I feel home when I stay here that’s why I always book in this hotel I like the room. Their bed sheets and pillows are super comfy. Bathroom is clean especially the toilet bowl. Staff overall are polite and considerate. They would really try to grant your request if available. One thing, if you guys could put a wine glass or 2 in the room, then it will be perfect 👌🏻

Upon entry the modish design and courteous staff welcomed us. Our room on the 19th floor was spacious, clean and full of amenities. Opened the curtain and a great view of the city was perfect. More stunning with the city lights. If you fancy local food , by foot loads nearby. Malls and other activities for all ages within distance as well. Beyond expectations this place is highly recommendable.

Great and would recommend”
I used Privato Ortigas for my mandatory quarantine and I have no complaints. Room is clean and their service is spectacular. I stayed for 14 days and I will definitely recommend them. If there is something that should be reconsidered is to have a better and bigger fridge and a microwave so you do not have to always request the staff to reheat your food when needed to avoid unnecessary contact.

When i first entered the room, i already noticed that the air conditioning is not properly working the air was okay i set it to 15c but it keeps turning to 25c to 27c. But i did not mind it. So i went out and bought some food. When i came back it still hot! So i called the front desk and reported it. And then they said they were advised by the engineer that the air conditioned were not functioning, so they transferred us to a larger bed! 2 large bed! Free upgrade! And the air conditiong was great! Thumbs up Privato!

I'd like to commend Ms. Tani from front desk. She assisted us perfectly and super bait niya! Me and my husband celebrated our 9th Anniversary here in Privato and our stay here was awesome. Wala naman ako masasabi na hindi maganda kasi na enjoy namin yung stay and we will definitely come back! Lahat ng requests namin inasikaso nila ng mabilis kahit fully booked sila. When it comes to checking in and out, mabilis naman. :) Great customer service kaya will definitely recommend it to my friends! <3

I accidentally double booked at this hotel, called Agoda for amendments but was advised that it's not possible given the time, so I ended up having 2 rooms for 1 day. To my surprise, the recepcionist offered to move the other booking to another day 'til end of month or just have 2 days booking. I opted for the 2nd one and she upgraded the room to double deluxe. This act was a 360° turn from a bad experience to a great one. Well done, Privato! I'm looking forward to my 4th stay. 👏

We were a bit disappointed at first because the swimming pool is nit yet open and their restaurant but still my daughter enjoyed her stay because of the queen sized bed she used for herself.. The room was clean and all staff are very accommodating and friendly..

We stayed at a room with 2 queen beds. Good amount of space. We loved the view but the sun was too bright so we had to keep the blinds down the entire time, would've been great if they had sheer curtains. We wanted to grab something to eat but the resto was not yet available. Parking was free. Over-all good experience

Privato hotel is really good for a quick staycation in Metro Manila or if you just need a place to stay at if you are attending events and are in transit the whole day. Would also commend their customer service - they made our stay hassle-free and worthwhile. Will definitely stay here again for a quick RnR with my family. :)

The place and the room is ok and we do really enjoyed it. Near to Estancia and restaurants. However, my only comment is that Privato only have 2 elevators with 22 floors plus la Roof deck so you have to be patient in waiting for elevators. But overall, I enjoyed our staycation!!! God bless!

Their rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. I had a very relaxing time during my stay here. Location is great too as there is a nearby mall, supermarket and lots of restaurant options. Staff were friendly and polite. However, there was a time we were trying to call the front desk but it just kept ringing. We tried 3 more times and still didn't get an answer. I would still recommend their hotel though,

They have very good protocols in place. My mom stayed here for her quarantine and they were very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire time from pre-booking to checkout. The room is also very spacious and the food was great! Well recommended!

Value and comfort though neighbors were noisy. ”
The check in and check out processes were a breeze. They have us a room with a view of the city. The sheets were fluffy and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only down side was that I could hear our neighbors getting ready in the morning and one could listen to their conversations through the vents of the shower room. All in all a pleasant stay with just some added effort in blocking out the neighbors noise.

Worth Staying”
Staff were so pleasant to talk to.. they were accommodating. Room was clean and exceeded my expectation based on what i have paid. The minimalist Black and White concept from lobby to room may have been soften by fresh flower/ornaments. Only challenge thou was the parking., bringing in your car and driving it on a narrow space would make you think twice. .Valet service would perhaps help. Overall its worth the stay.
