Very comfortable and well furnished cabins in peaceful location on the coast and not far from Atlantic road.very enjoyable experience.

This place exceeded our expectations! Really convenient spot to see Geiranger from. It says that it's a Camping place but really nothing shabby about it at all. So much cheaper but as clean as hotels in the area. You do have to pay extra for towels and linens, so try and bring your own towels! There's a cleaning fee, but if you don't mind cleaning the place out on your own and if you aren't cooking, it is ok. Watching the sun set from this place at night in summer was one of the best things we did too.

We got a room with a balcony and mountain view. This was nothing short of a joke as this description is so deceptive. Wish I could upload pics for you to see. The website has none. We are vegetarian, there was literally nothing for us to eat even though every where we have stayed had no issues print something simple together. Breakfast had a big your group right before we came and most of the food was over. When I asked if it will be topped up, I was told no at 8AM for a buffet that runs till 10AM. Then I explained that I'm vegetarian and have very limited choice already, they brought out cold baked beans for us to eat. The corridor to the room smells so bad I had to cover up my nose everytime I passed by. We wanted to pay cash but the reception had already used our credit card even though we did not authorise this and we told to use the card for deposit on incidentals only. Very over priced for what it is, is really avoid staying here and do not recommend.

We and two other parties had to wait for the reception to open although it was stated clearly at the door the opening times. One of us had to call the telephone number at the door for the person in charge to come to attend to us. The cabin was in good and clean condition but the surrounding was not very sightly.

We really enjoyed the homemade dinner the hostess prepared for us. The food was fantastic and it was obvious that the owner was passionate about her food. We enjoyed the company of the other family that also joined for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and homely. Thank you Hege Kristin!

The owner lives in next door. A great kitchen for cooking. 5-10 walking distance to train station and supermarket. Need to contact the owner for the front door code, which may be costly if you did not have a local SIM card for phone. The owner may consider to provide the code via email directly to customers for easy access.

Is open for a limited time as it is based in student accommodation that has been vacated for the summer.

We spent 2 nights there and have a wonderful experience. The house is nicely decorated which is cozy and comfortable. The host is extremely nice and caring to provide many scenic information to us. Since the kitchen is facing the fjord, we had our breakfast and dinner there which is very relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped that cooking is not a problem there. There is also carpark in front of the house so it is very convenient for those travel by car.

A littel bit far from bus station, but you can ask any people in the street. People are all kind to tell you where your hotel is. Very closed to pier, just behind the hotel, easy to get on the boat to sea.

the hotel is central molde right next to the football stadium. have nice view if get the front side rooms. the first room we got was filled with stuff from some kind of celebration. had to go back to reception and change room. the second room was unfortenuately older and smelled quiet bad. also a lot of noice from the nearest pubs. the breakfast buffet was not of high quality. watery eggs and not the best selection. slow to refill the most popular dishes.

Very centrally located and easy to walk to and around town. Very close to the pier to get the local ferry across to other sides of the water. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was available behind the hotel and was 135NOK for one night - arrange with the front desk staff. Car was safe and secure.

problems with hire car the hotel staff were excellent phoning and trying to sort it out rooms were good size bathroom very good and our stay comfortable breakfast was good but not as good as the hostel up the road

The staff and the breakfast is good. We booked a large room. This room had the biggest bathroom I`ve ever had in a hotel.

Thon hotel at Kristiansund is amazing. we were afraid the size of the room would be a problem but the room is very spacious. We got a breathtaking view of the water. Wish we could wake up everyday with that view. Breakfast was amazing with many selection to choose. many types of tea to try! the only downside is the bathroom. there were no shelf or cabinet for us to put our toiletries and hand towel. we had to put everything on the floor even their own tissue box as there were no space despite the spaciousness of the bathroom. It needs at least 1 or 2 shelf or 1 cabinet would really help UP Thon Hotel. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you :)

We stayed here for two nights. It's a camping site located 1.5km away from Geiranger Center. If you don't drive you can either walk about 15 min or call the hotel and they will pick you up. The staff is very very helpful. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time in the Fjord. The room is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. More surprisingly, the internet connection is very good. Overall good experience. The price is considered very good in country like Norway

Great clean and spacious full facility apartment by the sea. 5 minutes drive to carpark to start the hike to the cliffs to see puffins and great skua. Great for families.

perfect stay here. staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast and view around the hotel is good! would definitely stay here again!

Close to the train station, only take within 10 mins. It is clean and two bathrooms and kitchen is very clear, although it need to be shared.
