Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean. Helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurant food was very good and tasty. We were very much impressed by the balconcy view from our room. The whole foggy view of Gangtok is spectacular. I and my husband want to thank especially Karan and Prasana for a very welcoming greeting and stay at this hotel. Definitely made our stay memorable.

We had a very comfortable stay for two nights. The room given had a very scenic view of Gangtok. Chef Joydeb deserve all the kudos for the nice meals prepared n for his personal touch with guests. All the staff were very courteous n helpful. Please keep it up n thank you so much.

I stayed for two nights ( 21-23 March) with my family here. The rooms , toilet , beds accessories- all were neat and clean. I booked a Premium Triple room. The city view at night was really amazing. I particularly mention the good , homely and cooperative behaviour of the Chief Chef Mr. Joydeb. He personally enquires all guests about the quality of food and their satisfaction. He also asks for suggestions for further improvement.. Food quality was delicious. He also prepares food as per special requirements of the guests. He is an excellent person, no doubt. Moreover , the other Stewards namely Seema and Karishma are really so caring that I feel they are assets of the property. They always smilingly enquired if we were facing any problem. After all, the property is new one having everything with enjoyable freshness. I will surely put up in Sinclares again on my next visit to Gangtok.

Full marks for the location and views from the premier rooms located on top floors. They could improve on certain areas. Pool was non functional. It needs to have a fitness center and spa which will take the experience to the next level

The hotel is plush, new, well located. But, on weekends the staff are trainees who are yet to learn the art of managing situations. Early morning there is no room service. The food is not local at all. Tourists visit and expect to have the local cuisine too.

Stay away from it as far as possible. The worst hotel stay I have had in my life . The staff does not know how to interact and they guy named Rahul at the front desk thinks he owns the hotel.
