Wonderful stay. Everything was too good, staff, service n food. The only concern was disturbance due to wedding functions in the property during our stay. We were not able to sot pool side as there was one or the other function everyday. Rest everything was 👍

Upon checkin, the room allotted was 2 categories lower than the booked, which I luckily realised later. When I raised the issue , instead of accepting his mistake he asked me to show the booking details ! He was totally unapologetic ! The resort is located on the outskirts. Nothing scenic about it Bathrooms need renovation Staff behaviour is average Food is good Breakfast spread is decent Resort upkeep is substandard I think this place focuses on marriages and other banquets , therefore that “resort” feel is missing

Reception staff do not have manners to speak at all and they were rude . All the staff is good and stay was good.

Bad service and worst experience”
I stayed withy family for two days. This is not a hotel it is a marriage hall. All night music noise can't sleep. Poor room service. No drinking water . No wifi. Very poor experience. Property is big but more focus on. Marriage parties.

One of the best property ”
One of the best property with unprofessional staff I have booked 4 rooms as we were travelling in a group we have been handed over 3 rooms at check in and one room alloted keys were not given as we were having shirt of time we decided to take fourth room in the evening to our surprise the room was alloted to some other guest when I brought this mess we were offered new room but I feel a major lapse as keys were given to me and I access the room which has luggage 9f some other guest luckily they were not inside or might have privacy issue

Resort was good and food was also good. But due to bad service, It was very disappointed. Even for tea ,you have to wait for an hour. We have ordered food in room and called many times then got it after 2 hours . Same things happened for tea in evening and morning

Thoughtless architecture & staff”
It’s a vast property that seems appealing at the first glance but then reality unfolds. Obstructed ground area with unexpected steps, uneven flooring, incomplete ramp entry that can cause a major fall for anyone walking. Blind steps in some rooms. Untrained staff that fail to handle guests. No room for disabled guests.

When I had been to this resort with family ., On chickin noticed cofee maker plug not proper and a chair handle broken . But as there were 3 chairs I didn't complaint. But during checkout when the staff asked me a explanation for the broken chair handle. Felt very bad. And now onwards I think should demand for the perfectness and no need to adjust for anything. (Afterall paying for it). {Atlast staff were convinced that chair was broken before }

Best Place to Spend Quality time with your Partner And Family as well. I figured only one bad thing i.e they allow to drink in the pool. I saw People carrying their Beer Bottle and liquor As well in the pool. Apart from that everything was Perfectly Awesome.

Nothing was good except food”
Starting form the reception, waiters, bartenders, no one was behaving professionally. Swimming pool closes at 6PM itself. Not at all a good experience considering the money we paid. I must appreciate the food though, nothing was tasteless.

Luxury rooms good staff good facilities reasonable price as I booked from Agoda One thing needs improvement kitchen should be open at night with a limited menu only but there should be availability of things as people can starve anytime on holidays
