    “Stress free Staycation !”

    First of all, thank to all the staff .. so helpful & so professional especially dealing with customers with a lot of questions 🤗when u need to ask anything regarding places or to get transportation to airport or how to get an public transportation like Mtr,tram or etc ..the hotel was so beautifully design especially when u enter ur room… feel like home .. EASY ACCESS TO ALL PLACES ! Only 1 thing that’s I’m 😩😩😩😩 there is no bidet… like hurmmmm but it’s normal coz when u go the public toilet also there don’t have bidet. *Mtr tsim sha tsui the nearest (train) *Bus to airport u turn right follow Kimberly road straight to Nathan road ..(main road) A21 cost hkd 34.60 *There’s a lot of restaurant near the hotel & even a supermarket… I just love how strategic the place is .. next time when I come bck to hongkong will definitely stay here again…❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ terima kasih

    “Tourism ”

    The highlight of the hotel is its prime location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by famous restaurants, shopping malls, and various shops. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with enough amenities. A free minibar is provided on the first day as a welcome drink. The bellboys and concierge staff are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the room clean. Overall, the price is reasonable and offers great value for money. Just a 5-minute walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station.

    “Still a favorite!”

    This is my second time staying at Luxe Manor, and it’s still one of my top picks in Hong Kong. The location is super convenient — just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, which makes getting around so easy. There are also plenty of food options all around the hotel, from quick bites to nice restaurants, so you’ll never go hungry. The overall experience feels familiar and comfortable, which is why I came back. Luxe Manor continues to be a great choice if you want accessibility, comfort, and a good stay right in the heart of TST.

    “Great location, nice deco but slightly old”

    We stayed as 2+1 for a king size bed...The hotel is abit old, consider clean and overall nice experience.. With nice deco for Christmas too. There is free Watson water machine within ur floor to refill water.. Free cake given for our anniversary celebration (lovely thought) This hotel is located at a strategic location where it is near to kowloon park (free view of flamingo and museum to visit)... Walking distance to dim sum restaurant, marts and breakfast shop (char chan teng).. 2 street away there is milkfill, hashtag B or even bakehouse (for bakery and pastries) .. Walking back of the hotel direction will have st Andrew church and further down to Australia Dairy company for delicious breakfast.. By mtr (exit A1) will have to cross the road with heavy luggage.. (exit B1 or B2) with no luggage.. And walk around 500 meter (7 mins) through shops and there are lots of people too..

    “3-nights TLM”

    My stay was short but memorable, thanks to the exceptional staff. Every interaction, from check-in , breakfast, to check out, was efficient, friendly, and personal. The breakfast lady even reemebered me each morning, and the cleaners cheerful greetings made the start of my day pleasant. The room was comfortable and fair. Toiletries were minimal, but I didnt mind since I always bring my own. Overall, the service and hospitality stood out and made my brief stay feel special.

    “Satisfied”

    We stayed here for 7 days and overall, it was a pleasant experience! The location is great—very convenient and easy to access public transportation. The park, bus stop, MTR station, mall, and even another park are all just a short walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining out really easy. The room isn’t very big, but it’s comfortable enough for a nice stay. It was cleaned daily, and they provided fresh towels, toothbrushes, and glasses every day, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and hospitable! Our only issue was the light near the doorway—it kept going out during our stay. Also, we noticed there was no bidet in the bathroom, which would have been a nice addition. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

    When we travel we don’t play cheap on where we will sleep, when The luxe Manor opens up a sale we grab it right away. It’s our second time staying in TST.     “Value for money 5star boutique hotel”

    The location is near to both TST and Jordan Stations. Just opposite across the Kimberley Hotel. The rooms are spacious, with ecclectic decor. I was worried the carpet might be smelly but surprisingly fresh and clean smell all over the hotel and room premises. We were given a spacious top floor room however the TV was not working properly so they transferred us to a more spacious room at the 4th level. It was raining throughout our 5-night stay and the hotel provided us with umbrella just like they do in Marco Polo and other big 5-star hotels. Overall, we are satisfied with the service, we give this hotel perfect score for the room and value for money. Of course this is a boutique hotel so don't expect a Marco Polo room. It is however perfect for the money spent if you're looking to cut cost but still have a quality room and overall service.

    The hotel lobby and rooms are very cutely decorated and excitingly designed. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is nothing to complain about.     “Most spacious rooms so far”

    Luxe Manor had the most spacious rooms I've encountered so far in the 20+ years I've been staying in TST hotels. Large, comfortable beds with an array of pillows, separate lounge & computer areas and a nice bath with rainshower heads and regular showerheads. Two things really turned me off - 1. A mass of black hair (not mine) found on the weigh scale in the bathroom when I first used it. 2. The hotel didn't have plug adapters - first I've encountered at any hotel in HK. Did not try the restaurants nor have the food, but tried the gym and it's probably one of the nicest parts of the hotel. Lots of good equipment (ie. Range of cardio equipment, free weights and cables, as well as two showers), nobody around. May stay here again if the price is the same as what I had via Agoda this time. Otherwise, without the Airport shuttles running, I may try another place closer to the airport shuttle.

    I’m glad we chose this hotel for our week-long stay because of the ideal location- close to bus stop, near Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and plenty of 7-eleven shops nearby. Room was clean and had all amenities such as slippers, dental kit, tea/coffee supplies, a water jug that can be filled as and when needed with a water dispenser located at every floor. Breakfast was really good with many choices - it was Continental. You can also order your type of omelette from the kitchen.     The staff were all nice. We had a smooth check-in and check-out process. They asked for 2,000HKD security deposit but refunded the whole amount upon check-out. Make up your room is everyday.     A pretty decent 3D2N stay here. Quiet, clean, good service, good location in the middle of TST and Jordan MTR station. Main road there's a bus stop. A few hotspots nearby, bakehouse, Australia Dairy Company, Dim Sum Here, all great eats. TV a little small but not too much an issue. They also actually bumped me into suite which is amazing. Staff can speak eng well. 1 thing to note, they also collect deposit of 500HKD or credit card photocopy for consumption (laundry, restaurant etc.). The drainage in the shower is also quite slow. Otherwise, all in all a very decent stay for a place under $100 SGD.

    “Anniversary Trip”

    We celebrated our nth wedding anniversary in HK and decided to stay in The Luxe Manor Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, buffet breakfast was worth it, very good location, nice clean rooms and other areas of the hotel, needed room amenities were available, and water dispenser was in the hallway for the occupants of the floor. Negative items are the hotel room view and loud music. We didn’t enjoy the room view because there was a building across the small street. We checked in on a Saturday and there was loud music coming from one of the bars until the wee hours of the morning. Other nights were relatively quiet.

    “Great place within the city”

    The room space is a luxury in Hong Kong. Location is also great, the airport bus A21 stops about 5-7 mins walk from the hotel. Got in to my room on the first night and the smell of smoke was unbearable, fedback to the counter and it got cleaned immediately. Though the smell didn't go off fully but it was much better. We also had an emergency that required medical attention and the staffs were helpful and thoughtful in assisting for the arrangments.     “Great accomodation”

    We stayed at The Luxe Manor for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally located on Kimberly Road, providing easy access to Nathan Road and the Avenue of Stars. It is just a 5-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The check-in process was seamless, with a deposit collected via credit card (both MasterCard and Visa are accepted). We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room . Although the room did not have a bathtub, it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our two large suitcases. Additionally, when I ordered items from Taobao to be delivered to the hotel, the staff kindly received my package on my behalf while I was out. Overall, the service at The Luxe Manor was excellent, and I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Hong Kong.

    This is great hotel to stay at, it is right in the middle of tourist district. Walking distance to the Tsim Sha Shui MTR, lots of eateries shopping places nearby.     Lovely boutique hotel in a convenient location close to Nathan Road, MTR station, shopping including groceries, etc. Daily included breakfast and room service was delicious - complements to the Chefs. Staff at the Front Desk, Restaurant and Concierge were polite and helpful.     Just got back from a stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a solid experience! First off, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city with tons of eateries just a short walk away. The room itself was pretty spacious, especially for a hotel in Hong Kong, which is a definite plus! However, we did run into a bit of trouble with the bathroom. The drainage system wasn’t great, and we found ourselves dealing with a flooded bathroom floor just two minutes after turning on the shower. That was a bit of a bummer.
