    Bed was lumpy and 'caved in' at the center. Staff was rude. The included breakfast was awful - they ran out of coffee and all of the food was over-processed crap - fatty pork link sausages, scrambled (powdered) eggs and wonder bread for toast.

    Booked a room from a third party website. When I arrived, they could not find my reservation. Waited for an hour, still can not find a room for me. I ended canceling my reservation, but they still went ahead and charged me for a room they don’t have for me and didn’t stay in. Terrible experience all around.

    Bad experience started with shuttle from the airport - or rather lack of it. Waited 45 minutes, called property 3 times, told “he’s on the way, bad traffic” (11pm Sunday night). Finally asked driver for another hotel (almost everyone else had swung thru 3 times at least) to take me there for a generous tip. Two vans parked in front of the door when I pulled up, unattended. Desk clerk checking me in shrugged and said “just starting my shift, not my fault”. Room not dirty, but tired, shabby, more depressing than usual in that airport motel way. Plenty of places to sleep a few hours and shower before your flight — go with a pro like Courtyard or Holiday Inn. I tried to save a few bucks figuring it couldn’t be so bad... but yes, it could. You’re warned!

    Not a park and fly ”
    Chose this hotel for parking and fly. When I arrived I was told by staff and manager that I didn't choose that option and was charged over $50 more. Be aware that park and fly option is not offered through this site. I won't use this site again.

    Didn't give us the room we booked”
    We booked a King bed room, called ahead to say we'd be checking in late and were told that was fine, arrived and checked in with the manager on duty and were given a key. We went upstairs to discover that we'd been assigned a room with two double beds. We went back downstairs to request a change, and at first it seemed we were going to be given one, but midway through, the "manager" on duty came over loudly insisting that there were no more rooms available. When I told her that we'd booked a King room, she told me that the two doubles cost more (as if we were getting a good deal and should be grateful), and that "the sites will keep the rooms listed as available even if we don't have them. The guy on the computer who had been trying to help us told her "I was just gonna move them here" while pointing at something on the screen, and she took over and told him "no, we don't have anything available". My boyfriend and I are both tall, and we spent two nights in beds that our feet hung off of. She also forgot to offer us a parking pass when she originally checked us in (I just happened to ask about it when we tried to get our room changed), which surprised her colleague, as cars without parking passes get towed overnight. Something weird is going on here, and I would never go to this hotel again if I can avoid it.

    At check in the clerk said "oh you got the room through Agoda, that's why it's so cheap." I don't believe that was the reason for her disdainful rudeness. I do think part of it was because she had no one helping her even though there were two in line before I got to speak with her, two more behind me as I walked up to the desk, and three more (total 5) before she gave me my room key. There were other staff that walked through but they were busy with other tasks as they quickly disappeared into the back office. Two attempts to connect with the front desk by telephone were not answered. On the third attempt, all spaced about 30 minutes apart, I connected only to be asked to hold. After five minutes on hold, I gave up on customer service, and went to sleep with my questions unanswered. This facility is definitely on my never again list.

    Room key didn't work each time I needed to get into my room. Had to get a room key at the front desk every time. Extremely close to the airport. 10 minutes by shuttle. However, there was nothing else near the hotel. Would be good for those staying for a layover.

    Disappointing Stay”
    Where do I begin. My friend and I were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Firstly upon check in the receptionist was on the phone whilst checking us in and did not give any instructions on how to get to our room just pointing rudely, then when we found our room we had the wrong one. We booked for 2 double beds and were given one king. After going back down to ask for our correct room we were told the hotel was booked out and we would just have to have the room we were given. Reception staff were happy to give us a later checkout and said she would make note of it. Then in the morning we had the housekeeper knock and open the door before 9am and wake us up, then again at 12 and again at 2:30pm, followed by a call from reception telling us checkout was 12 and we were late. Clearly the receptionist from the night before had note made a note saying we would be checking out late. As we were traveling we could only use email as communication with the hotel and we emailed them a few times without response. one email regarding airport shuttle in which we didn't get a reply and had to pay a $20 taxi to our hotel instead. On arrival the receptionist had the cheek to say oh yes we got your emails... but they never bothered to reply. Overall a terrible experience, the staff were rude and not willing to do their job. The only staff member who was nice and did a great job was the driver who drove the airport shuttle back to the airport, he was so nice he asked us for hugs :)
