The rooms were already set with extra beds as per booking. All the facilities mentioned during booking were available. However, the restaurant needs improvement. We had to wait around 30-40 minutes for breakfast, and dinner after ordering. We were staying at the hotel to attend a function and we got late due to this delay in breakfast. They asked us pre-order from room itself so that they can be ready with food by the time we arrived at the restaurant. We had booked breakfast included package for stay and were expecting buffet service for the same as seen in our previous stays in other hotels. However, it was Ala Carte ordering system and many of the items in the menu card were not available. From typical Keralite breakfast only Thattu Dosa was available. Idly and no other dosa variety was available. We ordered omelette and it was below average size (looks like only half egg was used). Usually in restaurants, Tandoor items will be available for dinner. But here that too was missing even though the menu card displays interesting options. Altogether,if you are planning to have food here, please check with the staff what all are available instead of going through the menu card. Also, you will have to request at reception for housekeeping to be done if you are staying for more than one day. They don't do housekeeping in occupied rooms, not sure if this is for security reasons of occupants' luggage. Once we requested, they came and did thorough cleaning. Overall, the stay was good except for the delay in food serving. The hotel location is also family friendly.
