this is one of the better rooms we had in india. the rooms were really modern, and they have rooms for three beds, unlike other hotels that just put an extra bed on the floor. rooms are very clean, and comfortable however bed a little hard for me. location is superb near the railway but however can be noisy in the morning. wifi is free, however is very weak. would definitely recommend this hotel, do try the mango masala restaurant nearby as well

We stayed four nights. The hotel is in a good location on Churi Bazar a short walk from Akbar's Fort museum. Every night across the road a number of vendors set up their stalls offering popular eats, eg. pani puri, momos, paw bhaji, and dosa., and coffee and lassi is available further up during the day. The station is not far away, and most of the sights can be reached on foot along the market streets. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable.

Excellent hotel to stay for anyone visiting Ajmer sheriff darga, it’s a brand new hotel with specious rooms, with all required facilities, hotel is located very close to darga, Even though there were no staff who could speak flaunt English, staff were very helpful, The owner of the hotel Mr. Syed Fakhir ensued our stay and purpose of visit were fully completed to our fullest expectation, Overall stay at Ata inn is beyond Expectation.

The Hotel was a pleasant surprise considering it being in Ajmer. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were modern, the staff was good and courteous. We had an issue with the airconditioning on the first night but the problem was with the whole hotel which was rectified first thing in the morning. The only 2 drawbacks were that the toileterries need to be much better and there is no bar or non-vegetarian food.

agoda showed the hotel locating in Pushkar until I arrived in Pushkar and realized its in Ajmer. After two days we went to the hotel and looked for a solution, we waited nearly an hour to get check-in, the manager was walking around but never talked to us, the reception didn't speak in good english for communication. It was terrible customer service. I made a new booking and we checked in. The rooms are very nice, the spa was horrible, two of my friends got itch because of their massage oil. The breakfast was ok with not much western choice plus they even charged on coffee. During our stay there the restaurant was only opened once at night and never opened in day time which was very confusing. The last day there was a wedding and we waited 40 mins at the first floor's restaurant to be served. All in all very bad service but the rooms themselves are very nice.

Easy walk from rail station. Easy to find food. Paan sweet outside to the left. Very clean comfortable room. Next time I fly into Jaipur, I will go right to hotel ajmer inn.

The food was excellent! As we were working travelling Rajasthan we wanted relaxed evenings. One night we had room service which was excellent, the second we are on the roof- again brilliant food and service. The hotel was rather luxurious and we were well looked after. There was international TV stations, a mini bar, great housekeeping and reasonable quality free wifi. It felt very western which is not usually to our taste when travelling but very welcome and familiar after a long day working. In the Uk I would give this hotel a 4 star (I often find star ratings vary world round). I would stay again for sure. Thanks to the lovely staff.

A newly built hotel in Ajmer, a bit away from Railway Station, but closer to routeto Brahma temple at Pushkar. The rooms are good, with a clean bathroom with toiletries, ok bed and linens. We found the room to be spacious but there was this weird Pillar right in the room. There's a restaurant on site and we had dinner, which was good with nice vegetarian options of vegetables, rice, daals and naans. Morning breakfast was good but was very limited in choice. Poori bhaji, cereals, cookies, bread and jams.

Ajmer area near Dargah is not clean but once you enter MADNI Royale, you will see cleaniness. Facilities like hot water and food at it's restaurant are very good. Room rates does not include breakfast but the rates are very reasonable. Rooms are of uneven size and rates are as per room size. Best part is it is located few steps away from Dargah main entrance. If you intend to visit Dargah few times during the day(for namaz etc.), MADNI Royale is certainly one of the best.

It was an average hotel with good location. Rooms in the backside had street noise, so the manager changed the room to front side of hotel. Overall a decent option to spend one night at Ajmer.

This is by far the best hotel I had in my 5 weeks jurney in India. Mr. Sunjay Bandor was always there, with a kind smile on his face, making sure that everything works well and That the guests are happy. If you get to Ajmer - this is the place to be.

The hotel was chosen based on Agoda's recommendation list. We chose it as it was newly constructed, it being only an year old. The rooms were furnished well as in any modern hotel. Tea maker, clean beds, clean toilets. The overall decor of the hotel is ordinary. But if the trip is only for a day, it doesn't really matter. The food that we ordered was OK again. The towels were old but clean.

It was a wonderful experience for the whole family visiting the serene city and living at a nice and decent hotel very near to the beautiful lake. It was an overall nice experience. The restaurant is the selling factor of tis place, nice food, nice atmosphere and setup. I would love to stay again.

Coming by car, hotel can be difficult to find. Its located in a very busy, a bit congested area. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel does not have restaurant. Food is served in rooms. Service can take time. For us after ordering breakfast it took 1 hour before it came. Hotel does not have own car parking. So we had to park car in empty area behind the hotel.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience staying at Royal Heritage. Four of us were visiting Kishangarh to buy marble. We had booked a Super Delux room, which accommodates 3 people with the option for an extra bed to accomodate the fourth person. Before booking via Agoda, I called ahead to ensure that the room can indeed accomodate 4 people. It all started from our first contract with the staff and then went downhill over next three nights of stay. In short, find a newer and more professionally run hotel than RH. As soon as we arrived, people at check-in declared that we don't have a reservation. We mentioned that the reservation was done online. Then looked for "the email" but couldn't find one. Again they insisted there is no reservation. At this instead of being progrssional and courteous they seemed a bit aloof. I showed them the email I had with the reservation confirmation on my phone. They looked deeper to find "the email" on their system. Finally it was found and we all breathed a sigh of relief. After going through the checkin process the person at checkin told us that our reservation allows for a Max Occupancy of 1 person in a room that normally accomodates 3 people and demanded that they will charge more per person per night. At this point this was beginning to be disturbing. I have never booked a room in my life where occupancy for the stated number of guests is not allowed. Imagine booking a room Where you are charged extra for your spouse or kid when the room normally accomodates them. After haggling we settled with the manager on an amount of Rs. . They also upgraded us to Swiss Cottage because there water problems in the Super Delux rooms. Over next few days: 1. We had troubles with toilet. We were shifted to a new room 2. Lights in the new room did not work 3. My dad had serious illness after eating at restaurant 4. Wi-Fi did not work Overall, I am glad to be out of this place.

To run away, dirty with cockroaches in the bathroom. We left 5 hours after check in. We were not used to the luxury but the sheets had hairs, the toilet were dirty, the scent unbearable and half the staff slept on the floor.

A Strictly No-No & never-ever recommended hotel. Please do not make any booking in this hotel. Horrible experience of stay alongwith family, though conveniently located nearby Ajmer Rly. Stn. Literally, No service, callous staff, rooms & toilets are dirty & not at all suitable for inmates. Even roadside toilets are cleaner than their's. Also, even after shelling out extra penny to the designated sweeper, no cleaning was done. Even roadside lodges are far more better than this. This hotel is not at all entitled for listing in Agoda. This hotel should be dropped immediately from the listing of Agoda.

The hotel is nice compared to the majority of hotels in India - rooms are clean, linen fresh and decent bathrooms. The staff are friendly, but not very helpful. If you are looking for a place to get some sleep, I suggest you call the hotel and check to see if they are any parties/functions booked during the time you wish to stay. The hotel had two functions on while we were there and blasted music until early hours of the morning . We asked the staff to turn down the music several times and were assured it would stop in 5mins, then it continued for 3 more hours past midnight (and got louder!). Important: If booking on Agoda, when checking in make sure the hotel doesn't try to increase the price, they tried to add R. 1000 per night. While the hotel has got potential, I personally would not recommend staying here, especially if you are wanting somewhere to rest and relax.

Staff organised our visit to Ajmer Sharif which took out lot of stress and worries. Restaurant serve good food. Nice clean hotel in a good location.

I booked this hotel for 1 night. The main issue was power cut, and they were swithing on and of the generator. My floor was very noisy. Because the kicthen was just opposite to my room and always people are there screaming and talking. Towels were very smelly. Hotel provided free parking.

The facilities provided was not worth according to money we paid. Not at all clean hotel, I think after construction this hotel is not yet renovated. No hot water. Breakfast will only serve in the rooms. and time from 8:30 am to 10:30 am - I requested to arrange at 7:30 am- normally all hotels are providing breakfast @ 7:30. They refused my request and served at 8:30 am in rooms. Not at all worth for the money. Not recommended for family.

This is an impressive big old well kept hotel that feels like you are staying in a palace. The service was excellent, the restaurant is vegetarian but nice and the view of the lake which is very close is great. It is high up on a hill. Reception staff went out of their way to assist us with travel arrangements and also arranged for a guide to take us to the temple. This was the best thing as to go on your own is confusing and overwhelming.

it is an oasis in ajmer and is conveniently located with close proximity to the highlights especially the dargah. the owner and his domestic help- lal singh were super helpful. i needed train tickets to go to delhi and he spent half the day trying to organize that for me. its close to the train station, so a bit noisy with the train horns but a good trade-off with the location. the personal service, location and the homely touch, i would stay here again when visiting ajmer. ajmer is a small city with limited choices, staying here would be a good choice...

It was good to stay , I will recommend to my friends & colleagues if they are visiting Ajmer & need budget hotel , this is good.
