"All was good, everything was as advertised but I had a disappointment in the restaurant. I thought I'd have a change and order 'fish and chips'. Bear in mind the prices aren't cheap. What came was three small pieces of breadcrumbed fish accompanied by Lays crisps. Not chips in the English sense, nor French fries or whatever you may call them, but on the plate, a packet of plain crisps (out of the packet obviously).
When I complained to the restaurant manager his excuse was that as it was a Sunday, they couldn't buy potatoes.
Pathetic and left me feeling as though they were trying to rip me off."Show more

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We traveled to Ankleshwar for a wedding and the stay in this hotel for the 5-6 days was enjoyable. The bathroom facility needs a bit of sprucing up - but when in Rome, it's acceptable. Johnson was extremely helpful, and the young, room service, boy ( young bangali boy with a smile) could not do enough for you. He should be encouraged and promoted as there was no problem he could not solve-A real entrepreneur. Look forward to the swimming facility for next January onwards. I believe this hotel is real value for money. However, the queen beds need the 6" to 8" mattress as is the case for the single beds."Show more
