We loved the location as we walked to the restaurants by the seaside. The front desk staff were not overly friendly which is a shame. You need a smiling welcome person when you arrive after a long journey in the car!
This was our second stay at hotel “le B” and once again it lived up to our expectations. Friendly staff, good rooms, excellent quality of food for breakfast, underground parking for the car, and one of the best locations on the sea front.
Nice hotel near beach and centre Villa. Room is small and need to walk up stage to reach reception which is a bit in conveience for ppl with big lugguages.
To mention one point of the issues on top: the Residhome Arcachon Plazza Hotel offered a breakfast buffet (worthy of the name) This was a big improvement compared to our previous hotel near Perigueux, where the € 14.00 breakfast buffet just offered some different bread and baked goods, some cold meet and coffee and tea.

Great location on Boulevard de la Plage near beach, casino, and restaurants. Easy access from highway for arrival and departure. Street parking is challenging but hotel has four onsite parking places worth the extra cost. Our room, a kind of cabin-like room with terrace, was in the ground floor garden area. Very quiet. Would be great in good weather but we had rain...
Great location on Boulevard de la Plage near beach, casino, and restaurants. Easy access from highway for arrival and departure. Street parking is challenging but hotel has four onsite parking places worth the extra cost. Our room, a kind of cabin-like room with terrace, was in the ground floor garden area. Very quiet. Would be great in good weather but we had rain and cool temperature. Only issue in that room during our stay was total absence of hot water.
Parking too small during the peak season. I didn't find the tv remote control in the room. Why only one complimentary bottle of water in a twin bed room? All in a goog hotel value for price.
This hotel has seen its best times. The rooms are quite small, no Internet and the breakfast is just enough to get you started, but not more. The only good thing is the location, as it is quite close to the yacht club.
the standard of this hotel is well in accordance with the price for an hotel in this region in france. don't expect any luxury there (room and bathroom are small, the view is on the street, hotel is not brand new, etc...) but this is however quite correct when this is what you are paying for (rooms are clean, receptionist is helpful, breakfast is quite ok for this pric...

I am French, so I was not bothered, but I had difficulty to translate to my husband...We had rented a bike, so we basically went around Arcachon pedaling around. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the beach, so we walked a bit. If you walk, probably 10mns from the beach? Do not use car, its impossible to park anywhere in Arcachon. So leave your car at the hotel, and move by foot or bike. If you have young children, the hotel is very near a Park, and my boy loved it. He made friends there. I would recommend to anyone this hotel.

The bathroom was very small, very old fashioned, as the fourniture in the room. And when the price is 80 euro each night, I expect some more comfort and certainly not a dirty room ! Unless the area was very quiet and lovely, I would not book again this hotel, because of the reasons here above.
