River Palace Hotel
"I love the rooftop bar that offers great view of Atyrau and even the refineries from a distance.
The only downside was a miscommunication where the hotel driver did not show the placard hence we had to take a taxi myself.
Other than that, this is a highly recommended hotel for all business travellers with constant high speed internet available at all times.
The italian pizza joint has really delicious pizzas!"Show more

"Was in Atyrau for a business travel, booked 3 single rooms via Agoda.
Tried calling the hotel 3 times before my flight to confirm the booking, was on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time and never got through to the reception. Arrived at the hotel at 11pm with mu fellow co-workers and my boss only to find out that there were no available rooms. The receptionist did not even apologize. Also would like to add that at this time there were no available rooms in other hotels of Atyrau...
