the location, plan off the hotel of having the rooms around the pool with a waterfall is brilliant. the staff of frontdesk, resturant, and room service were excellent. the only problem was that the tv was small and did not have enough channels, the should at least have lcd tv in the rooms. overall had one of the best holidays of my life in hotel lemon tree aurangabad.

Located on the city main road, yet not far from Airport, Good Restaurant and Food. well mannered Staffs. Good to see a lot of Foreign tourists as well. Note for Manager:: Suggest to keep in mind that Aurangabad has all early morning flights before 7.00am; thus, need enough reception-staff support specifically early-morning (atleast more than 1) to handle early-morning checking-out rush. Thanks.

The staff were friendly and helpful, however the wifi did not work for two days out of the three we were there. The swimming pool was fine and a good size. The hotel was ideally positioned for a trip to the Ellora Cave temples.

My husband, 4 year old daughter, my father and I stayed at this hotel in Nov 2019 when we came from Vancouver, Canada to see the Ellora Caves in Aurangabad. Grand Kailash is located in a very central location. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it had one of the nicest showers I've experienced at a hotel. The water pressure was amazing. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel.

The search for an all-round good value hotel in Aurangabad stops here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely efficient in organising our driver and itinerary in advance of our arrival.

I had 4 days in this well managed hotel in August. Room was very clean. Even room was small there was enough space for my big suitcase for opening on the floor next to bed. The bathroom was modern and stylist with good water pressure in shower. Location of hotel is very good and there is D Mart next to hotel. Service was excellent and food very good. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if in Aurangabad.

We had to book at the last moment and we didn't regret booking this hotel. They don't a restaurant but there a hotel called kareem's below the hotel which server amazing food both veg and non veg. If i visit again, i will stay in hotel pearls and have lunch dinner in kareem's(biryani and rolls)

I guess it's hard (I'm finding) to get away from the traffic on a reasonable budget in India but I did find the road noise particularly bad (I did ask to be moved around the back to no avail) and two out of three nights loud music started from what I believe is a kind of small place of worship at 6:40am and carried on till about 10am...not the best! Having said that I had a very nice meal up the road at the restaurant Tandoor, yummy!

Most of the hotels in Aurangabad are basic but this is a good choice as it is opposite the station, staff are friendly, it is safe and clean (if basic) and close to restaurants. Good budget choice for Ajanta and Ellora.

We only stayed one night (previously Hotel Gurjas). Paid for a superior room and felt the benefit of a decent mattress. Right next to Aurangabad train station. Much quieter in the room (possibly better windows) TV channels were good - English films. Hot water available Would stay here again

The Hotel is very basic (according to European standards), breakfast is Indian only and is far from luxury. However good value for the money and staff is very friendly. Aurangabad is excellent place to visit Ellura and Ajanta UBESCO sites.

This property is very good to stay in Aurangabad. Only concern is that, they don't have washroom facility for drivers like the one they have in Ginger Nashik.

Pros... Reception staff extremely helpful, in particular Mr Kailash did not have mobile phone as foreigners but Mr Kailash was very willing in offering us the use of this phone as well as called taxi men and make them understand your requirements.Staff understand a foreigners difficulty arising from lack of local knowledge. Room service is good and they are keen to provide the best service. Hotel location is on the main road, hence easily noticeable and accessible. Hotel cleanliness is good and if you want a cleaner and safe place just to crash in for the night, this is the place for you. The television had hundreds of channels😏. Good restaurants near by and the Aurangabad famous Tara pAn shop is a few hundreds away! Cons: rarely there may be no English speaking staff which could need some sign languages on our part.,but this was only once during our two nights and three days stay. I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

i was the only international guest among several local wedding guests. the room was acceptable, bit noisy due to wedding. most staff while spoke english (india is the world's largest english speaking country), they had no ability to deal with international guests. the director of food & beverages was so hospitable that on the day of my check-out, he came at 5:30 in the morning, while the restaurant did not open till 7 am and came to my room with a cup of hot tea and toast! most rooms in the huge 3 floor health club was locked due to lack of members.

I visited this property after 2 years and was surprised to see a completely new hotel! It has become very beautiful. stayed in winter green room. Breakfast spread was exceptional and delightful. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had even in 5star hotels. Staff was warm and friendly too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

The place is overall nice and total value for money. The poolside rooms are beautiful. Only they have to improve little bit on providing clean towels. The other room services were adquate.

Booked 2 Rooms for 04 persons in advance, but this Lodge made us to wait for one hour to give us one room only. The other room was not available and was not given to us. Four persons had to adjust in 03 single beds. Room was not having basic facilities such a waste paper basket, intercom etc. Continuous water leakage in Bath room/ Toilet. This Lodge has no restaurant. Should never be booked, when with family.

Pros Price was budget-level. Room equipped with almost every convenience except hairdryer. Free wifi in the room quite decent, but limited to 2 devices Cons Entrance/reception lobby shabby, though inside the room ok, generally clean, though in need of serious upgrade to avoid discoloration marks in bathroom floor, walls & wash basin area. Some aircons not working well (so had to test a few rooms before settling on one) Some power points dont work Breakfast is very limited to 4-5 hot offerings, same every day. Overall location is not the best, being near to the main railway station which is always full of traffic, and always dusty

We opted for this budget hotel as we had fewer options for last minute booking. We did not have a good feeling of hotel looking from outside the moment we arrived, but that was only till we got in. Even though there is construction going for their restaurant, the rooms were excellent. Also, service was excellent. All were very nice, especially their Manager Harshal was very courteous and helpful.

The Vivanta Hotel in Aurangabad had one outstanding feature: the staff! The young people that worked at this hotel could not do enough for us. They were outgoing, fun and kept us happy as guests. It seems that this hotel participates in an internship program and some of the staff we interacted with were college students but all of the staff were good. The restaurant was also quite good and once again, the staff there took quite good care of us. When we were not hungry enough to indulge in the the very good buffet, the staff brought us complimentary deserts at the end of our meal. Our room was clean and comfortable and had the added feature of a balcony with plenty of room to sit and relax overlooking a park like setting.

this hotel is much more of the standards reached in europe or north america that those typically found in the 'budget' option in india. the room was clean, tidy and spacious and insulated against both sound and sunlight. the restaurant-attached-was modern and had a excellent menu. staff were incredibly helpful in recommending local sights to see, arranging transport, recommending local shops,etc... the attached travel desk (not actually part of the hotel)was functional if staff were a little distant and functional.

Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless no other options available, worst and rude staff. Worst response and service. It was a mistake. To book this hotel

Stay was nice, rooms were clean, food was nice. Reasonably priced. Few misses were that toiletries had to be asked. Staff said it'll be served only when asked, this was kind of turn off as these are basic. Also, drinking water is only bottles of 1/2 litre per day and that too in Suite I stayed. On asking one more bottle it was said more bottles will be billed. Come on guys, pl bill it's fine. Anyone staying in a Suite won't bother to pay few bucks more for water. Either offer as much drinking water as desired. They should have capitalised two days stay in a manner guest should not even think of exploring other hotels. This got missed. next time am gonna try our other hotels in Aurangabad, despite being happy with Keys. Means the missed somewhere. Lastly, beds were not comfortable to sleep. A person sinks in the bed, making sound sleep difficult. Chairs were more comfortable to sleep.

The Yuvraj provided us a little oasis, as US travelers a little worn from 2+ weeks. We had, likely, the best room, with a bay window-type space. There was a very good thali restaurant attached and locals popular restaurant right next door. As ever, the hotel staff arranged drivers for us to Ellora and Ajanta caves. Aurangabad is a pleasant-sized city. The price won out over every other city for the quality of the room. I recommend it.

Never stay in this hotel! Terrible room with decrepit furniture, very dirty even cockroach was appeared! There were a lot of misunderstandings with manager

It is okay if one is interested in having night stay at Aurangabad and roams around during daytime. We stayed there for four nights and it was satisfactory. Two of our three rooms booked had no hot water facility but the staff did arrange it. The caretaker of this hotel did provide us the breakfast and tea whenever we had requested. The rooms were cleaned upon our request. However, the hotel does not arrange any toiletries. The hotel has no restaurant but hotel Saurabh nearby(opposite MTDC) is a good option for having non-veg lunch and dinner. Also Madhur Milan is a very good outlet for the masala milk and some sweet dishes at night.

hotel is not worth stay with family.the toilet sheet was broken and not corrected till my stay.no hot water supply till 8am.quality of mattress was very poor .hotel staff needs to be trained for better hospitality.location of hotel is good and if managed profgessionally is worth staying for tourists
