The Manor remains to be one of the best hotels in Baguio. The staff are accommodating and the food is well-prepared at Le Chef. The breads and pastries are also a nice present for loved ones.

i would consider my stay at this hotel was the best of all my baguio city retreats, the hotel staff from the front desk to concierge and restaurant are very friendly and accomodating, the hotel ambiance is excellent. they are the only hotel in baguio with nice heated pool. the rooms and baths are clean with soft clean comfortable beds and good room ventilation the allows mountain breeze.

Fantastic stay in this hotel. I've been to different high end hotels in Baguio but I can say, this hotel is the most affordable hotel with the same quality of service that you can get from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing! They even have gym and spa facilities.

Casa Vallejo attracted my attention upon reading in the BPI Best Hotel Deals that it was voted one of the top ten oldest hotels in Baguio. Knowing that Baguio has a very rich history of wholesome tourism endowed with beautiful nature and nice people, the only most important choices that every tourist or visitor can look for as bonuses can be the accommodation and the transport to the place. I find Casa Vallejo perfectly fits to my requirement of an affordable, interesting and homely but elegant place to stay. Best also it is located a walking distance from the Victory Liner Bus Terminal. Casa Vallejo is an experience worth including in your Baguio vacation. Just to be one of its hotel guests for an overnight stay and explore the facilities and amenities it can offer is surely worth every cent you pay for its room rate. The hotel staff is composed of seasoned personnel in the business of hospitality industry aside from being locals of Baguio which you can find an added interesting experience as they offer honest to goodness hotel service. These people really keep Casa Vallejo one of the most elegant place to stay when in Baguio.

This is a brand new hotel opened it's door since September 2011, so it's just a year plus old during my stay with my Fiancee. Compair with other hotels in Baguio, this hotel looks much grand at it's entrance, when you enter the room, everything is new, it has all the facilities which a five star hotel has! In terms of hotel rooms it is consider the best value hotel I have ever stay in the Philippines(Midas, Heritage, Copacabana, Remington and so on)! It's much better then all these hotels I have had stayed. However, if you stay in a lower floor the view is bad, you could only see a wall when you open your curtain, besides, the Wifi in the hotel was terrible, because it's still new, more upgrading works are undergoing; secondly, F&B of this hotel also should improve, totally no choice from the menu that's why no hotel guest would like to dine in their restaurant, if they could improve the menu I believe most of the hotel guest will love to dine in the hotel because outside is expensive too and not much great food you can find in town! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here, I rest very well in the hotel because it's a very quiet location! I will definately come back to this hotel during my next trip!

Just along Leonard Wood Road, right across the Botanical Gardens in Teacher’s Camp is a relatively new Baguio Hotel which is in a unique class of its own... The New Town Hotel. Upon arrival, one would instantly notice that parking will not be a problem, with a separate car park building and ample security. The lobby was tall with high glass windows that bring in the famous pine tree landscape. The reception staff was quite accommodating... and the easy, wanting-to-be-of-help nature inherent in the people of Baguio was palpable... definitely a pleasant experience after that tiring uphill trek on Kennon Road. The rooms were clean and simple, not gaudily decorated and tastefully accommodated. It had an airy fresh feel with a ceiling fan circulating the cool ambient Baguio night air. The bed, towels ( they even provide bathrobes), pillow and linens were clean and crisp, although we were required to put a deposit to insure that nothing terrible happens to them. Toiletries were also provided. While we go to Baguio for R & R and a commune with nature, if you like most of us cannot do without high tech gadgets and digital entertainment, the New Town Hotel delivers exceptionally. Each of the eight floors are studded with Internet routers delivering a fat line to each room ample enough for personal needs and cable TV on a digital flat screen with more channels that you can speak the language of... English, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, Indian and some others we could not identify. One of the stellar draw on the New Town Hotel is its extremely affordable and ample Buffets. They have breakfast, lunch, merienda and dinner buffets which are frankly full of locals that come visit and partake of the feast. As a room guest, we were entitles to 2 breakfast buffet a day. We stayed for 4 days and probably gained at least the same amount of pounds. New Town Hotel is also a very popular venue for functions, exhibits, seminars, weddings and anniversaries. Without batting an eyelash, Paladin tries and succeeds in approximating the hospitality enjoyed by Baguio visitors decades ago, long before the city deteriorated into a crass and congested destination. Being treated courteously and well by hotel staff in Baguio is now seldom heard about, except if one pays big money in five star accommodations. If only for the genuinely warm treatment, the price one pays for lodging at Paladin suddenly becomes reasonable. The thougtful amenities are also worth raving about. For a hotel of this modest stature, one gets complimentary bottled water, slippers, bathroom supplies and use of a personal in-room vault. The long ascent by steep stairs to the receiving area is a challenge to PWDs and certainly, to elderly guests. There is no other recourse for the receiving staff but to make sure they are polite and ready with smiles if only to soothe tired legs and frayed nerves brought about by that huff and puff climb. If only they could hasten check in procedures and not subject guests to an interminable wait as so many things had to be written down. Surely there is a more efficient, even automated way to give out breakfast coupons and get data from registering guests without making them wait in line too long. They need to rest from the long trip, or that staircase challenge.

I traveled solo for the first time and tried to search for a hotel that would be very convenient for me. I put my trust to all the reviewers and just hoped for the best. I booked Wyndham because according to trip adviser it was the number one hotel in Baguio and the reviewers mentioned that it is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. I came there last May, a peak season so I arrived along with many other guests. I was so tired from my 4 hour plane journey from Singapore and the 8hours trip from manila (straight with no sleep at all). But the staff in this hotel are all very efficient and friendly. They did all check in's very swiftly regarded all my queries patiently and i get to rest immediately because of them. I thought i'd still wait for long time due to high volume of guests. My room as big enough for me. It was very comfortable and the bed was not too soft and not too stiff so it gave my body the rest it needed. After my nap I went to the front desk to ask where SM Baguio and session road were. The staff gave me vivid description and I had no trouble finding the places. The bus terminal, eating places, sm baguio were all just a walk away from the hotel. I regret that i forgot to ask the names of the staff that helped me so i can commend them as well but i feel that wyndham trained all their staff well and that they are all equally efficient. Thank you Wyndham! definitely will be staying with you if I go back.

It was my second time to stay at Forest Lodge. Though it's not the newest hotel in Baguio, it still boasts of its location and the comfort it gives to their guests. The bedsheets, pillows and towels are still excellent. It's still one of the hotels i prefer to stay at.

Most convenient location, very affordable yet upscale villas, and, most of all, a warm and accommodating personnel -- Nothing but praises to Baguio Holiday Villa. 1. MOST CONVENIENT LOCATION- the place is located in the heart of Baguio, which means that it is just a walking distance from Burnham Park and other good restaurants. Banks, pharmacies, and few restaurants are literally just beside it. It was a delightful experience to walk around the street and feel the Baguio breeze knowing that your accommodation is just around the corner. Plus, it actually felt safe! 2. VERY AFFORDABLE YET UPSCALE VILLAS - we booked a deluxe villa. My family and I were highly impressed on how modern, sleek, clean and comfortable the villa was given that we got the place for less than 9k for 5 pax, with full amenities of a comfortable home: sala set, TV, kitchen, cooking utensils, dining table, 2 BRs, 2 CRs, 1st and 2nd floor. There was nothing more that we can ask for! 3. WARM AND ACCOMMODATING PERSONNEL - My family celebrated my mom's and little sister's birthday in Baguio. I wanted to surprise them and so I asked Baguio Holiday Villa to print a banner and decorate the room with few balloons to make it a little special. Though they don't often do that, they made it more special and exceeded my expectation. They even added rose petals across the whole villa, including the bathrooms and bedrooms! I would like to commend Tots, their amazing personnel, for making everything extra special and extra personal. His aura gives warmth and friendliness. Thank you Tots and to your manager for the effort and for making my mom happy! :-) Keep being amazing!

The staffs were nice, as well as the buffet, to me it is one of the best buffet offered by hotel in Baguio, there was only one catch which need improvement. The water in the has a smell, taste and there was a trace that it was mixed with gasoline or gas like chemical.

Modern and very clean rooms. I always find a hard time looking for hotels in Baguio because most of them only have electric fans which I hate because this means you have to open the windows and more often than not, it's either noisy or creepy outside. Travelite has airconditioning units in the room that works perfectly and quietly for a good night sleep. CRs were clean and simple and has heater. Room size is perfect! Location is perfect! Just a few blocks away from Burnham Park. I love this hotel so much and I'm actually thinking of heading back to Baguio just for another stay here lol! Staff were very very accommodating. 20 out of 10 stars overall! Keep it up, Travelite!👍🏻

Me and my 8 year old son occupied room 405 while our two friends occupied the other rooms. Our stay was so great and relaxing and has queen bed and a single bed on its side. The owner of this hotel was very accommodating plus the restaurant serves very good meals. The room was very relaxing , large and clean. It has big cabinet wherein you can out your belongings. It has Led Tv plus the large bathroom were so great. The heater functions well . The elevator were not very crowded. The hotel is a wifi zone area. What I really admire is the nice balcony wherein you can view the city and the houses at the mountains of Baguio. Day or night, you can see beautiful scenes while it's so pampering and relaxing. I definitely say that this is one of the most beautiful hotel in Baguio and looking forward to book another on the closing of Pangabena. Godbless the owner Mr. Dimagiba and the staff.

We were welcomed by a competent, pleasant staff and were pleasantly surprised to see our room - clean & fresh, without the musty scent of many Baguio hotels of its class. Bathroom was okay but was quite small, but we appreciate the strong water and bidet (not even Manor has one). I would just like to make comment of the small ration of breakfast food, and small area of the restaurant. Plus, there are only a few parking spaces in the basement (thank God I did not have to be awakened just so I could get my car out which was double-parked in the parking area) and even in front of the hotel. But generally, we were satisfied with our stay (overnight). I grade it higher than most Baguio hotels, and only Manor can rate better.

We had a great stay!! :) We arrived at the hotel around 10am, the supposed check in was 1pm but they allowed us to check in early without extra charge. :) So we had the luxury to rest before going on an afternoon stroll at Session Road. We were given a twin sharing room (Room 210) though we're a couple, but that's fine with us. :) The overlooking view is great. We can see the Hotel's pool and the city from our window. I loved the city lights at night. Room does not have Aircon but there's no problem since it's always cold in Baguio. The heater in the bathroom is working well. And we were given freebies such as hotel Soaps, toothbrush, toothpastes, and shampoo. We were given free bottled mineral waters too.. Breakfast was OK, you have the choice on the meal you want. I got Longaniza, Garlic Rice, 2 Eggs, Orange juice, and a Coffee. Yep, it was a heavy meal! We had much energy before going to Bell Church (just a few meters WALK away from the Hotel) and Straberry farm (Just 15 minutes away ride thru Jeepney). :) BUT if you're a coffee person like me, I suggest you to just buy outside because I was charged 40 pesos for a small sachet of coffee! Again it's fine for me but I think they should invest with free coffees, it shouldn't be that expensive. :) Sadly, the room was quite pricey so we're not able to extend for another night. So we had transferred to a creepy transient home which made me MISS hotel supreme so much, but that's another Story.. OVERALL, I am recomending this hotel if you want first class service, comfortable rooms, cable Tv's, free wifi, great overlooking views. The Price is just Right with all the comfort you'll have here.. It's really worth it! NO REGRETS, you mYou'll appreciate Baguio more if you stay here! So If I'm going back to Baguio, I'll book with Hotel Supreme AGAIN. :)

this is our first time to stay in veniz hotel with our friends..the appearance of the hotel outside is not so attractive since it is located at the business zone in baguio city...the rooms are clean and nice and the food also was great especially the longanisa breakfast...ukay ukay goods are just around hotel veniz, overall this is one of the best hotels in baguio city and we will recommend this place to our friends...

Value for money. Excellent service and Comfortable stay. I've been to Baguio a number of times and most hotels are either ancient or aging. Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza is one of them yet they still try their best to be as competent. My family and I arrived at 4:30 AM and the receptionist was very lovely, accommodated us right away however said that the room we booked was not available and ended up giving us a fan room. I still requested to be transferred to an aircon room once it becomes available. The fan room is extremely hot, we couldn't take it so we went out for a tour first and mid day when we came back they had us transferred to an executive suite that was converted to a family for the 5 of us since we have a 5 year old tagged along. We had an early check in and only asked us to pay very minimal on top of what we've already paid. Their breakfast may not be buffet breakfast but we had not wait long. They have all you can coffee and milo and fruits but all the other food is order from the menu. They have huge portion of servings and it was very good. Overall, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Satisfied with this visit. Our room was perfect and there were no other issues.

This is one of the few good hotels I found in Baguio that is within the city proper. The hotel location is just a few steps away from Session Road. The room looks modern, large, and clean, especially the bathroom. We got the Deluxe room, which has a 32 inch LCD tv. The room is not air conditioned though, like many hotels in Baguio. We were able to request an electric fan, although we hardly used it as the weather was cold during our stay. There is no refrigerator in the room, and the included toiletries consisted of two small soaps, a small shampoo, and a small conditioner. The bed is stiff but was not a big deal to us. The included buffet is great. Pros: - Reasonably priced - Great location, just a few steps away from Session road, Baguio Cathedral, and SM City Baguio - Large, clean, modern looking room with an LCD tv - Great breakfast buffet included with the room price - Spacious carpark - Friendly staff Cons: - Other than the tv, a side table, and a chair, the room is bare (not so much an issue for us) - The bed is stiff (not so much an issue for us though) - There is a bar at the penthouse that plays loud music until 12 midnight We still enjoyed the stay despite the cons as the pros were really important to us during the trip.

Well recommended hotel in Baguio considering its location, parking slots and proximity to Burnham Park, Market, Session Road and best of all, Good Taste Restaurant is just beside the hotel. Rooms are well maintained including heater availability. All rooms are equipped with AC. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Will definitely go back again when in Baguio.

The apps for Agoda where I booked our stay in Hotel Veniz was superb, they even went the extra mile to take care of the bookings and error😁I made. Hotel Veniz Session is the best place to be if you want easy access to the busy life of Baguio city, its smack down to the center of all, this means that. Transportation to Mines view, Mansion, etc is just around the corner. Eats and deserts is just an elevator away. The Hotel staff were courteous and prompt on services needed by their guest. Size of the room is OK(for the price) I just hate the shower room, its too small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will still recommend this hotel. Thanks

We used to book in more expensive hotels in baguio that are quite far from city proper. We had coffee at beanstalk and learned from people sitting at the lobby that it is a hotel and facilities are good. So i booked in this hotel for an overnight stay. Location is good, 5 minutes walk to the public market. The eateries are all over the place. Burnham is a block away and so is the night market. The hotel is clean, sheets are white and clean and it has an airconditioning unit, wow. Compared to the 5 star hotels in baguio. What more can you ask for, even the staff and front desk were very courteous and gracious. I highly recommend this place and will surely return to this place.

I've been in Baguio for so many times already, but so far, this was the best accommodation I've stayed in 😊 I booked this hotel via Agoda (3 days and 2 nights) and I can say that this hotel was worth the price! 😊 My family were so happy and satisfied with the overall services of this hotel. All staff were really courteous and accommodating - security, receptionists and even the kitchen assistants. They were not selfish to return the smiles you gave them. The common area of the hotel such as the reception, dining, lanai, stairs were also neat and well-maintained. The food they served were also good and delicious, especially the sinigang and tapa 😊 For the interior of the room (Room 7), which was the most important, was spacious and so relaxing - the beddings and CR were clean, the room had enough cabinets, and the cable reception was clear as well. Lastly, if there will be only 2 suggestions that I want to make, that would be an intercom inside the room and additional convenience outlets. But overall exeperience wise, this hotel really deseves a PERFECT 5 😊 Two thumbs up 👍👍

our stay at the hotel is nice. the staff are all friendly. the breakfast is ok. and all our concern was attended right away even that time our stay the hotel is fully book. the only concern we have is the parking, but i think all of the hotel in baguio has this problem.

Great location. It’s in the city center. Near baguio market and Harrison road. They’re very strict in terms of check in time unlike other hotels in baguio they did not allow us to check in even an hour before the check in time. It’s a smoke free property..as in no designated smoking area! Lol! if you’re a smoker,better find somewhere else. There’s no smoking area even in the vicinity.

Friendly Staff, informed me in advance that the room is newly renovated needed help from us to evaluate, nice room 301 modern style, some things to be improved, waste bin at the bathroom, ref, complimentary water, defective key card but have immediate actions. However, my family preferred their rooms, the old style of Baguio Hotels. Also, good food and location.

My family booked three rooms (Deluxe with Loft) off-peak season and our experience was amazing. Mr. Jazz (the one with the red hair), the concierge during our late night check in was so accommodating. He arranged to have our luggages delivered to the room quickly and checked us in fast, which we very much appreciate since the kids were tired and sleepy coming from the 4 hour drive to Baguio. We requested for a late check out and the staff gave us a spare room at 101 to deposit our luggages until 4:00 in the afternoon (this was very helpful since we did not have to carry around our stuff while we roamed around Baguio. The hotel was new and clean. the Loft as superb, better than the internet photos! it was spacious, fresh and cozy. There was hot water and complete mini-bar. I would definitely come back to this hotel. it was just a stride away from Burnham Park, Good Sheperd Convent, Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pink Sister's Convent, Session Road etc.. very accessible. kind and sweet staff. Keep it up!!! We loved staying at this Hotel (first time) the side garden was very beautiful, the hotel itself is not that big but it was very beautifully designed. Its modern yet with the hint of country cottage style that reflects my impression of Baguio. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE WONDERFUL STAFF.

Burnham suites is a good place to stay. Close to just about anywhere downtown Baguio. Nice facility, warmed welcome by hotel staff. I highly recommend to anyone who is a member of Agoda and wish to visit Baguio City, Philippines. Security will even assist you and getting a taxi cab and ensure that you are able to get the ride you want. Kind and friendly staff. A job well done. Thank you.

The location of the place let’s you experience the breeze of Baguio and provides you a great view of the pines and the city from afar. It might be a bit far from the city proper but if you want to have a relaxing stay away from the combustion and busy life of the city. This is the perfect place to stay. The amenities are great! Cooking facilites are provided and the staff are helpful. Looking forward to stay here for my next trips in Baguio

I really like the rooms of Holiday Inn , that's why when they opened their hotel in Baguio, I didn't think twice to book. The restaurant's food selection is superb! The staff were awesome, especially their Supervisor, I wasn't able to get his name, but he was really good and very attentive to all guest request. Thank you Holiday Inn!
