Hi , it was a short trip to Bangalore .I booked Elanza hotel by seeing the ratings however it was wonderful experience staying at this property. 1: Neat and clean rooms .Well maintained four star standards 2: Customer centric front office and restaurant team.Always one step ahead to ensure our needs are met 3: All toiletries are meeting the standards of 5star property. 4: Well behaved staff and proper response to your request over the phone. 5: Excellent pricing of rooms and food tariff is very low compared to other four star hotels.Quality of food and water is very good. The Iris Business hotel is a great place to base yourselves for a city break in Bangalore, it's location gives you easy access to MG road and surrounding areas. The hotel has a modern feel inside and is very clean and the staff make you feel welcome and are always available to help with advice. We used the roof top pool which is a reasonable size and is clean, but cold getting in! There is a plentiful choice for breakfast both Western and local food, I recommend the Dosa it is delicious. We were in a blue room which is well appointed with all the facilities you would expect such as fridge, kettle, ethernet port and the WiFi is satisfactory but not super fast. The beds are very comfortable. If I was to return to Bangalore I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again.

There are only 4 floors on this hotel, and that is the good news. I tend to prefer smaller hotels as you tend to get more personal attention compared to the huge hotels where everybody just seem to be running around and don't have time for you. The service is excellent, and every need is attended to amicably.. Location is also great, it takes no more than 20 mins to reach Brigade Road on an otto. The best thing is the food. I think this hotel serves the best food I had so far in all the hotels I have stayed in India. The food is so good that we did not even think of eating out. The breakfast is also not to be missed. We are so impressed with this hotel that we may not consider any other hotels in Bangalore.

Impression in the front manager. Last visit, I left my suitcase at the another hotel in Bangalore so he arranged a car to pick it up. The location is very convenient to visit restaurants and shopping.

There are hotels and hotels and then there is Lemon Tree Premier. Situated centrally with ample parking and world class amenities. The staff are well trained and friendly, services offered are up to the mark. Small mistakes done can be forgiven because they compensate you quite well. Worth every penny spent. The in house restaurant and 24 hour coffee shop offer you the best of world cuisine without compromise in hygiene. Impeccable service at the front desk and rooms. The in house spa is splendid and offer you about 6 different types of massage and the swimming pool is the icing on the cake, located on the top most floor it offers you a splendid view of bangalore with utmost hygiene. There is a fitness centre adjacent to the pool which looked well equipped even though I didn't get a chance to use it due to time constraints. Lemon tree has earned a regular customer through me. A 24 hour check in/out would be great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury stay without burning the pockets.

The hotel is brilliant, it is located right in the heart of Bangalore and across the road from the park area. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The lobby has everything and the lower floor gym, spa, sauna with health and welfare treatment is great. The rooms are clean and first rate. It would be the best 4 star hotel in Bangalore. I hear they are about the refurbish the whole hotel and possibly put in a pool, which would make it 5 star. I would most definitely stay at the Chancery Hotel again and again. Thank you

my daughter and i were on our way from the middle east to mysore which is in the south of india, involving two plane flights, a four hour car journey. we arrived in the middle of the night and were fetched at the bangalore airport by a friendly driver who took us to this beautiful resort set in a garden of tranquility. we showere and slept in a spotlessly clean room and awaken to a delicious breakfast, refreshed and renewed, ready to continue our journey. it was a real pleasure to stay at teh royal orchid and i plan to stay there again next year.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was excellent and the staff were fabulous and helped us several times. It was a good, safe hotel for single female travellers. A few of us were staying for a wedding and needed help draping our saris and two lovely women from the hotel came to help us. We were so grateful! The breakfast brunch was excellent too - we loved having breakfast together each morning and always had a good meal. The rooms were always clean and were well appointed.

In a nutshell: simply fantastic! St. Marks is a mid-sized boutique hotel located in the heart of Bangalore. In the crowded, loud and dusty city centre, this hotel truely is a retreat into a different world. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and well maintained. That is however not even the main reason for visiting them. I was amazed by their restaurant! Being a foody and lover Indian food, I have visited some of the best and fanciest Indian restaurants in New York, London, Mumbai and so on. I thought I had tasted it all, but THESE guys just blew my mind! Even their buffet dinner was simply mindblowing! Try the starters and the different types of bread they do! We basically ate there all the time, apart from an evening visit to another restaurant, upon an invitation from a local business partner. The quality of food in the other restaurant was at least 3 levels lower. Even putting the outstanding restaurant experience aside I can say that their overall service quality was fantastic. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming and they have managed to arrange everything we have asked for in a perfect manner. This is one of the places I can warmly recommend to anybody!

Whenever I come Bangalore, this will be my hotel. Very nice room, clean & spacious. Good food & very good breakfast. Location is best. Very friendly staff.

Last week I spent 5 nights at your hotel in Bangalore. It's been a very nice stay, with a good staff and nice environment. I didn't really enjoyed the breakfast, but as a general view i would give a 7.5 to this Hotel.

I stayed in Ramada Encore during a medical trip with my family. As I wasn't familiar with Bangalore I didn't really know what to expect, but immediately upon arrival at the Hotel, the excellent quality of service we received from everyone made all of us feel very much at home. The staff at the reception especially went out of their way to help us with any requests and always with a smile! The rooms were very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Although there is only one restaurant the food served was consistently good and there were frequent buffets. Once again even in the restaurant excellent service! Hope to be back at Ramada Encore again very soon!

Best and most courteous staff and cleanest hotel. Didn't seem like we are in India. Truly American style hotel . 7 star facilities . Breakfast was Super with so much variety. Would love to come here again and again and recommend to all my friends .

Rooms were confortable. We had to ask for a change in room as the first one assigned had very damp smell.Carpets in the hallway and the room had signs of aging. Staff was very accommodating, breakfast included in the room rate was very good. Overall a good hotel for a family stay, close to commercial street, a shopping area in bangalore.

I booked for my Uncles, they enjoyed a stay in Bangalore. The received very excellent service. Especially from the restaurant manager. the location is very nice, the hotel is excellent and very clean. There were no disturbance of any kind. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Bangalore.

The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Wonderful facilities, the whole resort was immaculate. Close to Bangalore Airport but blissfully quiet. We found the food to be very good and well priced. Our driver, Sunil, gave us a wonderful commentary on our short drive to the airport. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to India.

this is definitely a good choice for business traveller to electronics city - a relatively new hotel, new facilities, clean and friendly staff. the room was spacious. but i guess the selling point is its location, just at the entrance to electronic city. if you have travelled to bangalore before and if you know the kind of traffic in bangalore in the morning, you will appreciate it proximity to electronics city if you are visiting that area - it took me less than 10 minutes walk to my office from the hotel!

stayed here for 3 nights in Dec what an amazing hotel. clean rooms great food.Every need of yours is met staff will go out of they way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is just awesome you have such a large variety. Hotel has lovely facilities like pool and gym , we however had tight schedule never got to use. worth every penny. there is nothing that i can fault this hotel. I have been visiting India for the last 8 years this is my far the Best hotel i have stayed in. If ever in Bangalore again will most definitely stay here.

We stayed at Attide for 5 nights. The staffs are really polite, from the security to reception to bellboys and restaurant staff. The location is good for us because we were attending conference in an institute nearby. Plus this is away from the busy traffic jams in town. Decent wifi, lots of tv channels to browse, and most importantly good hot showers. There's a restaurant nearby - Inchara Restaurant which serves excellent food. We highly recommend it! It's just a short walk away from the hotel. It's also relatively easy to get an Uber. Overall we are very satisfied. Price may slightly be on the high side but it's about the best we can get for our conference purposes. Thumbs up for this hotel!

i stayed at the original luxor hotel in 2005 when they first opened. they were okay then, but now they are simply excellent. we highly recommend them. only negative is trying to explain to taxi drivers etc where the monarch luxor is located. we worked out in the end that monarch luxor hotel and infantry road means nothing, but mentioning the gem plaza (it's a few doors down) meant everything. it is well situated though in a quiet area but close to mg road, brigade road and commercial street where most of the action is in bangalore (politicians please note: i, like most people, still like calling it bangalore and not bengaluru which sounds like a village name - not good branding!). another problem, which ravi assured us they were fixing soon with room cabling, was the hassle we had getting a wi-fi connection. if you rang before 10am for their 24 hour subscription ( you couldn't get more than a 24 hour subscription which cost rs225 per day - a bit rich), it took up two hours and several phone calls to reception to get it. apparently they could only issue it when their maintenance guy started work! and if you're thinking "no problem, i've got my own", then forget it if you have either airtel or vodafone, they don't seem to work anywhere in bangalore - fullstop****! very annoying.

Went there for 1 night to be in Whitefield business park area. Nice hotel, good standards, free wireless internet in the rooms, nice bar. Would recommend for a business stay. For tourism might be far from attractions and isolated. But you just need to take a taxi to go wherever you want anyway for cheap price. Size is not too big so it's also good to save time and have everyone looking after you.

considering the location (mg road, the city centre) and the fact that bangalore is one of the most prosperous cities in india (and as such not cheap), this is a hidden gem. the rooms are nicely decorated, the breakfast is ok, and served in a rooftop patio overlooking a posh residential area. staff were very attentive and helpful. as it is a small boutique hotel, and rather new, tuktuk or taxi drivers don't know it, so print out the location map. it is very close to the trinity metro station.

The hotel initially had very good reviews the first few years of operation. The concept was clever for the location in Bangalore. I found the hype to be unwarranted. Time has passed and the property has not aged too well inside. The interior of the room was definitely not of 4-star quality. Issues included: shoddy paint job, the sheets and pillow covers were dirty from age, dust, and food stains, and the noise from inside the hotel was just as bad as the outside. Overall, it was nice to get away for a night, but I feel this could have been a better experience overall. For the price, I could have stayed at the Oberoi or a few other 5-star hotels in the city.

This hotel is brand new and does not have as many rooms as the traditional Radisson hotels. The staff are are well trained and passionate about what they do. We spent 3 evenings at this hotel. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the concierge with the concoction of a "healthy" drink. The hotel is a modern blend of ecclectic and chic. Dinners were tasty and felt like being invited over to your best friend's house. The cost of the meal is affordable and value for money for the portion size. Shout out to Chef Palvinder, he cooks from his heart and made me the best red beans curry with basmati rice. I will recommend this hotel for travelers who are not just in Bangalore for business because the general areas are relaxing enough to read a book during tea time. Shout out to the restaurant manager Ashim, who kept our stomach full and our glasses topped up. Will definitely return.

Mostly great. Most Indian restuarants do not serve autenthic food if they are serving be it Chinese/ Japanese/Korean/Malaysian/Singaporean/Thai/indonesian food. likewise la classic. for a simple japanese soup like miso tofu soup You expect it to have miso taste with tofu. However, there is no miso taste and tofu is replaced by paneer. We don't even need to review on other items on their menu as i think most India restaurants don't really serve autentic food. I think it's fine to make use of what ingredients you have, but you could have named the soup as "Paneer with spring onion soup" It is misleading if you said it otherwise. For a self claim 4 star hotel, I don't think that is acceptable. kudos to the staffs who manage to reduce the amount of salt in their cooking when you make the request though. (Eating salty and spicy is part of India culture I guess) I think I can improve their restaurant food overall if they are willing for change.

The hotel location is one of it's plus points. Just off Indira Nagar 100 feet road, you cannot get a better place to stay. You have some of the best restaurants in Bangalore which are only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

This is a very good hotel, though possibly slightly over priced. Read the fine print when you book. I landed up booking a room without breakfast included. Also, Wifi was not included when I booked and was Rs 700 per day extra. Most hotels include WiFi free. The food was exceptionally good, far better than was you get in hotel; would probably classify it as gourmet food. The staff behaviour was what you would expect in a high class hotel. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms were very good, with all facilities. It is located in Whitefield which is quite far from central Bangalore - so you would pick this hotel only if you had work in Whitefield.

The hotel is relative clean and the rates is competitive for business travellers. The food at the restaurant is sufficient good and price is very competitive for the quality. The staff at the front desk is generally helpful, not much of a complain here. However, I procure the assistance from their travel desk to assist me in getting a 1st class train tickers for me from Bangalore to Hyderabab and specifically requested for 1st class tickets. I instructed him that if not able to confirm tickets booking, to inform me in advance so that I can procure other transportation mode. The train tickets was confirm but to my surprise upon arrival to the train, I was informed that I had a 2nd class ticket. this has cause some disconfort on my side. I personally feel the hotel management should control the person in charge of the travel desk and inprove thier services to the guest. Other than this, generally the stay at the hotel is satisfactory. My appreciation goes to the front desk manager and also the F&B manager for their gracious hospitality to me during my stay there.
