It is located at Bauang Beach, which is about 10km from the main San Juan Beach area, and that isn't too bad IMHO. 2. I would have given this 5 star if the beach can easily be accessed. Too bad the beach is far from the main resort. walking is not an option due to the heat of the sun. No free service going to the beach. Food is okay, pool and slides need to be fixed, some parts are rusted, not good for the kids. Love that they have attentive lifeguards when my daughter had a small cut...
we had great service the room was clean and cheap with good ac. the breakfest that comes with the room wash small but good.close to park and good pizza evean a 7-11 with u.s. beer.the view from window was nice like the city they drive fast watch out crossing streets.

Very comfortable, cool and spacious rooms.Honest staff! I left my laptop and they called me within the hour after leving their premises on my way to Vigan and Pagudpud. I got it back after 2-days on my way back and actually stayed again in their rooms before heading home to Manila.

Very comfortable, cool and spacious rooms.Honest staff! I left my laptop and they called me within the hour after leving their premises on my way to Vigan and Pagudpud. I got it back after 2-days on my way back and actually stayed again in their rooms before heading home to Manila.
