Traveling to Vietnam? Find Buon Ma Thuot hotels

Every time I came to Buon Ma Thuot, I stayed at this hotel, nice place & easy to move to favorite place :)

Great bathroom with both overhead shower, hot water and bathtub (big and clean) available - we enjoyed bubble bath every night! But the water is sometimes cold - need to constantly check the water temperature. Room is spacious and clean. King-sized bed is comfortable. A typical 4-star hotel based on international standard - nothing extraordinary but this hotel is probably the best you can find in Buon Ma Thuot city. The only other contender will be Dakruco Hotel, also a 4-star hotel. We tried both in our previous stays - and we felt Sai Gon Ban Me is better. The breakfast is so-so: the menu is the same everyday. Probably because not so many guests staying here, the breakfast does not have much variety. WiFi internet in rooms at extreme ends of the hotel floor may have weak signals - but you can always bring a laptop to the lobby and access WiFi from the sofa seats there.

My partner and I areivedr drenched from the storm and the bellboys were all hands on deck shading is from the rain with their large umbrellas, offering us to come inside to dry off first before handing them our check in slips and passports... Telling us to take our time and that it was alright we were warm and indoors now... They took our bags and even helped parked the bike in a sheltered zone that was for staff parking... The welcome we received was truly the warmest welcome ever from any hotel I've stayed in. The facilities were great... Nothing was lacking. Can't go hungry at the hotel... It was close to all the food. Atms, shopping and markets nearby... Deserves a 9 rating of youask me. We were there on only 1 day stop before heading further down on our roadtrip. Wished I could've stayed there longer. Definitely will book this place next time I'm there.

We spend one day in Buon ma thuot. We arrive at 8 am and they arrange a room for us. The staff there was very helpfull. They find us motobikes and explain us how to go to the water fall and. They have answers to every question I had. The restaurant is good for the breakfast but Not a lot of choice. We enjoy our stay in this place.

Very good price hotel with central location, clean room with all facilities you need, the toilet pretty small but clean. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

I had really good time at Dam San Hotel. The room was big and clean, and the staff were quite helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite delicious. The hotel was next to lovely cafes. Buon Ma Thuot is an interesting place for sightseeing and eating. Nearby waterfalls (e.g. Dray-nu, Dray-sap...) and the ethic village (Don village, Lak village) are must-see in the area. The weather was great, feeling like 4 seasons in just one day. If you have time, a visit to coffee villages will be quite a treat.

This is the first time staying at Dakruco Hotel in Buon Ma Thuot. I've stayed twice at Cao Nguyen hotel while travelling for work here. The hotel we stayed at was the 3 star block which is behind the 4 star block. Breakfast is served at the 4 star block thus there's a walk over in the morning. The only concern here was if it was raining, it would not be the best way to start the morning having to hike over for breakfast. The internet works well and the rooms are clean. Decent selection of channels. Would love to comment more on the surroundings although we were there for work, thus by the time we did venture out it was rather late. Overall a good stay.

I have stayed here for 4 days during my business trip in Buon Ma Thuot. I was upgraded to a very comfortable room with a very large bathroom

We came early in the morning, but the hotel still let us check-in without any extra fee. It's location isn't in the city center, but not far. Overall this is a worthy hotel to stay in Buon Ma Thuot

The room was exactly what we needed for our stay in BMT. It was clean but not very big which was ok for us. The staff were nice. Our only word of warning is about booking things through them. We asked for some help in booking some things we wanted to do at yokdon national park. The son was friends with the director apparently. Long story short they wanted us to pay the guesthouse for our national park activity. It felt wrong so we didn't pay and when we turned up to the national park the prices were MUCH cheaper then they were trying to get us to pay. It was a real shame because we cut short the things we wanted to do because the prices were so steep. Turns out we could have done everything we wanted to. Next time I guess! I am not discouraging staying at the guesthouse, that was perfectly fine. But be careful when booking things with them and always be wary of upfront payments.

Best value in BMT. It's a bit far from the centre but we hired a motorbike at the hotel which makes everything quite easy, 5 minutes drive and you're at the centre of town. The room itself is nice, small bathroom but totally fine. Facilities are quite new and there is an elevator. No fridge in the room but cable TV and A/C (not all the rooms have A/C!). The only complaint is that our room wasn't very clean, the table beside the bed had old coffee spillage all over the floor. For the price we paid I think it was just fine.

nice little hotel on a quiet main Street. staff was helpful. was a bit dirty, cigarette butts in the hallway, dead cockroaches on the stairs. room was clean lights didn't work on half of the room and fan didn't work on the other side.

I took a group of grade 12 students to Ban Me Thuot. We book 6 rooms. I book VIP room from Agoda and 5 rooms from hotel as the price cheaper than Agoda. We had one night there. I had VIP room with karaoke but we didn't use. The hotel is too far from town. I had checked all 6 rooms. There is not clean in the bathroom. The glass are very dirty. Some rooms have smoking smell. The bridge is not clean.

It was a very nice hotel at one point. It has a great view. We were the only ones there but it made it for a nice and romantic night. Rooms are huge, bathroom, beds and facility were clean. We were able to put our motorcycle in garage under lock. Breakfast was served at the sister resort down the street. Very good morning menu available considering it was free. Overall it was a pleasent stay.

First of all, the bungalows are quite old and poorly maintained. Fixtures are rusty and broken, The TV and fridge didn't and everything was a little musty smelling. However, the resort itself is very scenic, smack bang next to a massive lake. It's very clean, quiet and green. So, a nice place if you just want to relax for a day or two. There a few activities to do; biking, elephant riding, canoeing, etc. The hotel restaurant is so slow. Each time we went to get some food, it took ages for it to be prepared. However, having said that, when it came it was very good. So, as long as your not in a rush it's fine. They have an English menu. There is not much outside the resort area. There are a few cafes where you can get some cheap but good coffee and noodles. There is also a pretty cool coffee shop up the top of a hill you can walk up to, called Bao Dai (or something). But, that's about it. To sum up, this place is quite far from Buon Ma Thuat (about a 40 minute bus ride from town) and there is not too much to do there, so you need to consider whether it's worth going. The bungalows are crap, but the area is lovely.

This hotel is a little 'tired' and one of the recepionists was not friendly. However, the location is good and buon ma thuot is a very pleasant town with very friendly inhabitants. If a foreigner stays at this hotel they will likely be one of the very non-Vietnamese guests, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

The receoptionist was most helpful to assist in securing my return flight from Buon Ma Thuot to HCMC. It was done expeditiously and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean.

hotel excellent, no faults but not keen on the city. it seemed sprawling without any discernible centre. karaoke bar next door is very convenient and closes by about 11.00 pm and great for a laugh. i was inspired by the red quaffed elvis singing his heart out with gusto and dedication as if fighting a musical war with the band who sometime achieved the right chords but sadly, not in the correct order. i sought solace in beer.

Sitting on the balcony/front terrace area of 'The Highland House' now writing this review. I don't often write reviews but they are just so awesome here in many ways I want to show my thanks by writing a review. Also they just opened so I want everyone to know how nice it is so so you come here! This is a well done hostel/hotel/homestay, all brand new and clean adn they said I am guest number 4, pretty cool. It's just what is needed for here in Buon Ma Thuot for the crowd doing the motorcycle trip up and down Vietnam. It has an outdoor and indoor social area to meet other travelers and relax. The wifi is working good with cozy couches outside, cool swing chair basket things and it has great atmosphere, good music going the whole time with lighting and style that makes me feel at home and relaxed. There is a kitchen, a menu to order food and drinks which are really affordable and a private under ground garage to park my bike. They speak really good English here so it's great to get to talk to them conversationally and to get any help needed/questions answered. I am staying in the dorm room with 6 beds, the beds are bigger than the standard dorm bed size and the AC is sweet! There is another girl in there (guest number 5) who is doing the trip as well from Hanoi to Saigon, she is also going to Dalat tomorrow so it was great to meet her. Oh and it's the cheapest place in town, good value! I look forward to coming back here in a year as I'm sure it will be more busy and 'the place' that backpackers and travelers stop over for their time in Buon Ma Thuot. I'm always thankful and happy to see these places opening up so I don't have to stay in a boring hotel, this is wayyyy better. Hooray! Prettiest and nicest place I have stayed in a long time. Oh and another reason I'm making sure to write a review is because the staff and owner have been so helpful to me. I needed a mechanic for several problems with my bike and Trung personally brought me to a really go

I had 2 nights there with my friend. Everything was so great. The host was amazingly friendly, hospitable and really welcoming. The ambiance here seemed so tranquil and fresh, with a lot of open and green space. Our room was so ready to use, other facilities were fine as well. Highly recommended.

This is a family-run hotel in a brand new building in a quiet area. 10 mins walk to theVictoria Momument. Corner room (like in the photo) has a lot of natural light. Good value for money.

The staff are friendly and appreciate to help or recomdend the attraction places should to go in Buon Me Thuot. The room is clean, however there is still mosquito inside. You can contact with receiptionist to rent the motobike easily with competion price.
