"All staff (reception, catering, facility management) was very friendly, competent, and professional. Location is nice by the sea, but the street in front of the hotel is rather busy, which you will notice if you have a room with sea view. Accessibility is okay: either public bus once every hour (+/-) or taxi. Pool and private beach were unfortunately closed in mid-October. The biggest downside was the price: rather expensive, both room and food. Bistro food not recommended."

"Close to the sea, close to the bus station (a 10 min. ride to the center of Catania for 1€, tickets available at Arcobaleno). There is always staff in the hotel lobby, so why not sell bus tickets as an extra service? A very extensive breakfast, but we missed an assortment of non-sweet bread. Consumption in the pool bar was a bit pricey, e.g. a small coke €5, bottle of water €4. Very nice garden, impressive lobby, valet parking. A wall of plants results in dark rooms/balconies. Choose a room facing the pool (!) on the second floor if possible. We stayed 7 nights (booked in advance) "

"This was a very misleading hotel name. There was a decent bed, but no thought of breakfast included, and when I questioned the proprietor, he just shrugged his shoulders. The positive here was that they stayed up until 12:30am to recieve us. The downside was the very dicey neighborhood, there was no bathroom in one of the rooms, and no running water in the other room. I would not return, and i would not recommend it to others."

"The hotel is good but on arrival I wasnt given the room I had booked for and was transferred to another hotel for the first night which had a great quantity of steps. The hotel said that the room for the first night was a small room so not good for me. I got the room the next morning at about 1015 am . "
