One of the better hotels in Cikarang. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable but just a little dim. Brighter lightings will be good. Breakfast was just ok. No problems with getting hotel staffs to call for taxi.

Ayola is a new hotel in Lippo with a convenient location with decent underground parking. Very elegant lobby, spacious lounge & dining area. The room is nicely appointed. The room i stayed in had a faulty TV (or remote) but i didn't make a complaint because i don't have time to watch TV. I think i will be coming back to this hotel when i need to stay in Cikarang area.

Nice selection of breakfast. This is one of the hotels in Cikarang with nicer amenities, HD TV channels, dental & grooming kit, comfortable bed & pillows. Parking is cramped, especially for larger sized cars. The gym & the swimming pool is quite nice.

just next to waterboom and half km from lippo cikarang mall surrounded by many good restaurants the swimming pool is quite big but the breakfast is so-so, for 5 star hotel the various is so few

This is a decent hotel in Cikarang. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good. Internet is also good. Breakfast is adequate but could be a lot better. There is a nearby convenient store.

Best 3 star Hotel In Cikarang I ever tried, other 3/4 star Hotel are not recomended. This hotel has good value. Room, Area are clean, staff also friendly and good services. Many restaurant at hotel area. Swimming pool is on the rooftop whic has good view and safe for children . All equipment and aminties running well. Recomended Hotel in Cikarang So far.

Discovering AXIA Cikarang is like discovering a mini Japanese treasure in Cikarang! I had a wonderful and well-rested stay at AXIA this time around. I had the chance to try AXIA Italian restaurant "OTTO"fantastic lunch menu designed by Japanese chef as well as an excellent dinner by AXIA Japanese chef at SHION. I would say the highlight of my trip would be the chance to relax myself in their Japanese stlye public bath surrounded by the serenity of Cikarang surrounding and Japanese cuisine for breakfast. One can also borrow bicycle for free from the hotel for a light exercise around the hotel. There is also a supermarket just next to the hotel selling Japanese and Korean groceries as well as a indoor golf practice studio and a Japanese hair salon. I would definitely make stay at AXIA my regular getaway. I recommend AXIA for those who is on business trip to Cikarang as well as those who misses or just want to get a taste of Japanese excellent hospitality.

First time i check in using a regular rate, because i move from discusting Hotel in front of Santika Hotel Cikarang. when i must stay one more night in cikarang, i use AGODA to make a low price check in, and the result is they threat me same like i check in REGULAR and they let me to continue the room i stay the night before. Very Nice Staff, Very Clean ROOM, Very Clean BATHROOM, and somehow the price is Cheap if we see the facilities is very Excellent.

Everything is OK in Batiqa, the hotel staff was friendly, check in process was fast and the breakfast was good. One minus point was the room has like cigarette, but it quickly handled by hotel staff. One of the recommended hotel in Cikarang

Excellent Business Hotel within Cikarang. Hotel is very updated with all the amenities. Staff are polite and are capable of speaking english.

The receptionist is cooperative when I requested a change of room due to less preferable view. Room service is responsive when asked for praying matt and sarong. Room is small but just right size for a quick rest and laptop-tapping job. LCD TV has enough channels selections; shower & toilet is convenient. Buffet is available for breakfast with eggs menu and other basic food, limited selection, fruits and deserts. What's plus is a bicycle to reach many restaurants of local food nearby though McD is next to the hotel. Swimming pool of reasonable size is also a plus point for a 2/3-star budget hotel. Overall, Fave Hotel slightly exceed my expectation and I will definitely come back.

The hotel is especially for business traveller. Many expatriate has stayed in here , so the houtl quite enough and clean.

Relatively new hotel; good condition (not run down), big room, clean (very important). Swimming pool is 'off site' so not too convenient. Room service menu has small range but low pricing yet good quality so very good overall. Will return if I am looking for hotel around this region.

this hotel is in the singaraja whichi is the downtown of Cikarang but bed was so inconvenient.

Me and my family is Indonesia reside in Japan. We had stayed in this hotel for a night because I had business here. The facilities and all manual is written in Japanese. The staff in front office was not so friendly to wife until she knew we are Japan residence. Breakfast also not interesting at all. Not recommended for hotel stay.

The breakfast can be improved by providing some muesli, yoghurt, better fruit selection, breakfast sausages, brown bread. Felt cheated as the rate I saw was RM141 then later I was charged two times a 10 percent charge... One for tax and one for service. The ballpark figure should given before payments were made. When payments were made the figure was showing RM141... After payments were made a bigger figure was seen. I ended up paying RM186 or something. Cikarang is an industrial area and the rates were too high for a basic industrial area. Prices should be revised. There are better pricing hotels in central Jakarta where there is more life, shops, entertainment... So you pay for the environment you are in. There is nothing in cikarang and the hotel rate is a bit too high.

Fast room check in & delicious breakfast which is good to start your day. Bathroom is quite big for a budget hotel. McDonalds is accross this hotel. If you are looking for a local food, go to the alley beside Indomaret.

It's nice if the karaoke room is really sound proofed so it doesn't bothering the people staying in the same floor with it. Because it's really annoying when you want to sleep at 2am but the music really loud outside the room. The rest of the things are OK.

I quiet enjoyed my trip and stayed at Cikarang Hotel, it was comfort and easy access to hunt local food around the hotel

The staff is good, everything looks perfect and clear. The room actually a little bit narrow but we enjoy with this.

Easy find the hotel, good ambience, nice room, the breakfast completed enough, nice staff upon breakfast. Check out process quite long, may be next can do more faster.

Should have known better from the title, senior living. The concierge was called nurse station, there's a button to call the nurse beside the bed. The facility they mention like the pool etc, located at the club house, seperated from the hotel

It is an old hotel building but considered easy to find as it is iconic over in cikarang, I found the room to be comfortable and spacious. But mosquitoes can be found in room and card key to room door system fails at certain times to be activated, it is a problem trying to tap and get into the room almost every time. The room phone was faulty and i did not have time to reflect all these to the staff. But they got a bellboy or staff to come knocking when they called a taxi for me each time. Staff is certainly courteous but you have to speak slowly in english to let them understand if you can't speak bahasa.

I stayed for a night with my family to attend my graduation ceremony in President University, which is really close to the hotel (about 10 minutes drive). It's a great hotel with comfortable rooms, and I got cheap rates from Agoda making every cent very well spent. However, the traffic is very crowded on workdays since Cikarang has thousands of industries and factories operating there. Nevertheless, this is a nice hotel if you need to stay in Jababeka Cikarang.

This hotel is quite new and well-designed. Compare to other hotels in the nearby area, Horison facility can and the room size can be considered 4 star rather than 3 stars. The price per night also extremely cheap. Breakfast is ok, room cleanliness no complain. Certainly I'll be back and recommend it to my colleagues
