"In Fajardo we waited in line for over three hours only to be denied a place on the ferry to Culebra. Whole families were denied and money was lost by all the people who couldn't board - what a racket. When I called the Casa Robinson they told me, "No Refund and that is your problem you couldn't get to Culebra from Fajardo." My family and I feel like fools - this is legal theft and the attitude by the proprietor and those involved is reprehensible. I spent over twenty years in the USAF and have literally traveled the world only to experience a first in be degraded and snubbed by the Puerto Rican tourists industry. "
