it is a nice hotel in Dublin. it has a good location which is near the city center. the staff is really nice. However, the room is a little bit smelly.

The location was great! Very close to the old city center, north of the River Liffey. This is the oldest hotel in Dublin so don't expect anything super modern and fancy, but the hotel definitely has character and a strong sense of history. There's a traditional Irish restaurant in the basement, and the breakfast was really great! Definitely recommend it if you have time in the morning.

This was an awesome spot to stay in Dublin. You can take the airlink bus from the airport here, or a taxi. They allowed us early check in as our room was ready. The staff members were all extremely knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to answer our questions and help plan activities. Our room was clean and comfortable. You have to pay for breakfast but the continental option is full of filling and delicious foods. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is at the end of Tenple Bar, where you can listen to music all night long and have a short stumble home. Trinity College is around the corner and plenty of shops are too. Highly suggest this hotel to stay!

My wife and I had an early flight out of Dublin, so we decided to stay somewhere close to the airport just to be safe. We rented a car the day before our flight, drove all over southern Ireland, and decided to check-in to the hotel first, then drop off the rental. It took us an hour and a half to find the hotel. The hotel is out of the way a bit, bu once we got there, everybody was so helpful to cater to our needs. They helped us drop off the car and take us back to the hotel at 11:30pm. Great service!!

Friendly staff that were thoughtful and helpful and would ask if we needed anything. Amazing breakfast each morning served continental style but with hot food available and a lot of choices. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was perfect for covering the different sights around Dublin. It was a good central location. Communication with the hotel was very good as I sent a couple of emails with questions/confirmation and they were prompt in their response. You can’t go wrong with staying here!

Elegant hotel and an excellent location within walking distance to much of historical Dublin including Trinity College, River Liffey, St Stephen's Green, Christ Church Cathedral, St Patrick's and so much more. Everyone on the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. I had issues with my phone company failing me completely with no international phone services. Front desk staff helped me contact my credit card companies to inform them of the problem since calling them was the only communication method. This saved my trip. Many Thanks!

Its my first time to stay in hotel in Dublin. And I travel with my 4-5yrs boy. He really like the hotel. The price is cheap compare to what you get. The room is clean. There are everything you need from staying over night, shower, bathtub, ironing, tea/Coffee. Its very good location. There is bus stop front of hotel. Or you can walk to tram station only 1station away from the city centre.

This hotel is my favourite hotel in Dublin. It was usually too expensive for me but I took advantage of a recent deal for weekends. It is just perfect. Honestly. It's beautiful. It's next to the canal on a quiet road. It's 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It's next to the new train called the LUAS which is so convenient. The breakfast is just perfect, perfect. The food in general is excellent. The staff are excellent. This is the most perfect hotel I've ever stayed at. I love it.

Loved our Stay here. Was very central to everything in Dublin within a 10-15 minute walk max (3 minutes to temple bar). Was great for busses. Staff there went above and beyond. The guy who works overnight very helpful and always a willing to lend a hand. Called multiple places for us and reccomended places. Girl who worked PM was willing to help out as well. Asked for extra towels one day and she personally delivered them. Very impressed!

Room and room cleaning staff exceptional. Check in staff very good all round great experience. All Dublin hotels are pricey now , but this is ok.

We booked our room at the Morrison based on the reviews here at Agoda. It had good reviews and everything that was said was true. Great location! Everything is walking distance (i.e. Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral to name a few). There were a lot of good restaurants near by as well. We only had two days in Dublin and this hotel allowed us to maximise our time because again of it's great location. Will definitely stay here when we come back.

At first glance, the visitor's impression of the hotel's location is that this area of Dublin is in need of investment and enhancement. However, don't let that dissuade you from booking! The premises are well-cared for and clean, with a good lift to the upper room levels and a secure car park exclusive to residents. Bedrooms are spacious, very quiet and well-appointed: like the rest of the premises, they look fresh. The dining room is very airy and pleasant. Breakfasts, whether carvery-style or to order, are excellent. Staff, from reception, through waiters and waitresses, to house teams preparing rooms are very friendly and helpful. Yes, the location is a fair walk to the City centre, but buses are frequent and bikes are common throughout Dublin. As a big-city budget choice with personality, you'll not find better value than Uppercross House.

Very expensive (as are most hotels in Dublin) but the hotel was very clean, modern and the beds were extremely comfy. Would highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, the room was clean, very expensive for a hostel, but this is Dublin...very expensive everywhere.

Now a regular hotel to stay at as it is in a great location for the sea views and shops but also not far from Dublin without the Dublin hotel prices. Great food in the hotel but also less expensive food and drink outside nearby. Room and bathroom clean and quick Housekeeping.Value for money.

We recently toured Ireland and chose Dublin as our final stop. We opted to stay at the Gresham without reading any reviews, but based merely on location preference and standards of service as advertised by the hotel. We always prefer to stay at hotels that can offer high quality room service, fine breakfast, laundry facilities, wireless internet, 24-hour reception and all combined in an easily accessible location or with on-site parking facilities. Our experience from our stay at The Gresham surpassed our expectations by far. We enjoyed a particularly high standard of cleanliness and tidiness not just inside our room but in all common areas of the hotel. Part of the premises was undergoing refurbishment, but we faced no disruption at all and our access to all areas of the hotel was very easy. The hotel is one of the most central and historic buildings in the city and if anyone wants to be environmental friendly and use public transport from the airport, the airport bus has a stop right at the door step. The hotel offers rooms with stunning views over the main avenue of the city, for those who like people watching, but we were given the option to get a room at the back, in the quieter wing of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, welcoming and kind. They even went the extra-mile and offered us to print our boarding passes free, even before we asked them. The breakfast experience met the highest standards of quality, variety and style. We enjoyed great service at the bar and café areas were we had a lovely afternoon tea overlooking the main avenue of the city in stylish surroundings. It is commendable that the hotel seems both family friendly and gay friendly. We were particularly impressed by the value for money that this hotel offered and would definitely recommend it to all our friends and relatives. We are considering it as part of our next anniversary trip.

The Hotel is right in the centre of Dublin. The staff is exceptionally professional. A special mention goes to Mr Ali (Duty Manager) who took great interest to see that an issue which cropped up (not out of the hotel's fault) would be settled to our satisfaction. He succeeded. Front officer (Elise) was also particularly caring to our needs. Cleanliness is second to none and the decor is attractive. the only negative points I can mention are the noise emanating from establishments close by and the costly and difficult to find parking . I would not recommend hiring a car for Dublin. I have found Dublin to be too expensive and over hyped contrary to the rest of magnificent Ireland.

A touch away from the centre of Dublin, but what a perfect place to get away from it all. Truly a mansion with huge gardens that invite strolling, reading, relaxing. The grounds are complemented with an old - fashioned restaurant with its own interior garden, unbelievably attentive and friendly staff, very large rooms with outstanding appointments

one of the cheapest room in Dublin with attached bath...it is a hostel, so the lobby area is always noisy and area can be noisy at night...but staff are very helpful and friendly...location is superb as it is right by the bus station...would recommend for someone just looking for a place to sleep

Lovely hotel , really big rooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast ( though switch pancake machine off too early !) . Staff very helpful and friendly even when my daughters backlpack was lost (and subsequently found ) when we left in the hotel luggage hold . Whilst location not far from Dublin the traffic makes it a longer journey and on average €25-30 which mounts up if you are in and out of city

Last night in Dublin and found this hostel on the cheap, thought I was going to sleep in and have an easy night...until I met my roommates and I was convinced to go out, it was a blast!!

The location is great - very close to bus to City Center. If you are going to travel there, make sure to go on line early and get the visitor Leap pass for the public transportation. The room was nice, the shower was very slick...we ended up putting towels down in it to not slip. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to know that I didn't have to order the full Irish breakfast each day. Julie is very nice and helpful with our plans for our days in Dublin. Definitely visit the National Museum. It is really amazing! And FREE!

My partner and I recently had a one night stay in the riverhouse hotel and we honestly cannot wait to go back. The hotel itself just oozes character, from the antique furniture pieces to the warmth of the open fire in the foyer. Such an amazing refreshing change from most of the modern establishments i have recently stayed in. The food was exceptional especially the full Irish for breakfast. It is a must. The dining room setting, seating and layout are exceptional. The staff in the hotel are exceptionally good at their job and extremely friendly and obliging especially the lady at reception upon checking in. The room i occupied was warm, cosy and nicely decorated. It was a large triple room with abundance of storage space with the gorgeous antique furniture. Spotlessly clean White pillows and sheets upon the comfortable beds. All in all this was definitely a 5 star experience or in one word "perfection". I will definitely return.

When our short staylocation fell through in Belfast and we couldn't get anywhere close by to stay, Ibis in Dublin added a night on to our previously booked 1 night stay and accommodated us for a 2nd night. We arrived after 11:00 pm and there wasn't any issue. We liked the clean, simple room, comfortable bed, great breakfast and menu options and the friendly staff. Although the hotel is out of the main city center, it is easily reached by a 20 minute Luas ride into Dublin. Staff at the hotel were very helpful with our questions. Very pleased!

It's was pleasure to stay here, almost all was near perfect. But there is always something you may count as a minus. And CP Dublin Northwood has it of course. It's outdated big TV set inside the buffet. Because I stayed here alone and only for 1 night, for me it was not a big problem, but if you travel as couple or as family you can't just sit and watch TV in your room, because it's visible only for person who stand (not sit in the chair) exactly in front of the TV screen. And it's Deluxe room! Except written above, my staying in this CP hotel was beautiful and good enough to recommend it to other travelers.

Great quiet location only minutes from the park and 10 minutes from the downtown Dublin area. Would stay again. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very helpful with everything you should need.

Only had one night here, but would have loved more. Excellent hotel with cute rooms in a beautiful old house. Only a block away from the Irish sea, where there is a sea walk trail. Tram stops are nearby that take you right into the heart of dublin. Food was delicious and staff was always nearby to help.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to just about every major attraction in Dublin. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very much like home away from home. Breakfast are the cream on top, 5 star quality. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Dublin.
