I cant compare to what is locally available only other parts of Sri Lanka, si it may still rate as one of the better around. Wi Fi not available, restaurant food very poor qualtity. Rooms cortable,AC worked well but noisy. Pool looked great but we did not use. Overall expensive compared to other locations in Sri Lanka

We had such a nice stay there. It was clean, rooms were okay, shower was working very well. Since it's getting hot we would take an AC room next time. Biggest plus is the pool, perfect after a long trip there. We booked a tour to the National Park Udawalawe at the hotel, they fixed everything for us, told us how to get the cheap tickets and everything. We could even sh...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Embilipitiya and really liked it! The owner, Handuwala, is super friendly and received us with a huge smile. He even gave us welcome drinks upon arrival.
