"I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover based on price, since we were only going to sleep and leave early the next morning. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of our room and the hotel, and the breakfast next morning."

"Lied, called me a theft, closed booking out with no show after I left I got to finally check into my room Finally at 6 AM on the following morning and my second day I paid for both and they would not do anything to help pay the incidental fees my mom paying authorization card just to hold for a room I paid for it already and they don’t do it because people steal and rob. And Had a different story when I was upset about that even after she heard she was she told me it was not welcome to stay there because to many credit cards are part of the transaction I have not ran one credit card at the time I had just paid online with her present and I was needing a credit card authorization because my account is frozen because my mom is gonna let incidentals come from her. And After all the BS they do to meAnd ice click on it everything is hard to get my reservation back on and get me into my room so I did sleep in car with kids. Only let me stay pretty much one of these because six in the morning"

"This location must have been rocking in the 70’s and 80’s. It needs some major updating and cleaning. Given that the town of Fort Collins was celebrating it’s CSU grads, they could rent all of the rooms, but the facility is in need of some work. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable."

"Very nice hotel, however if you want a Jacuzzi bathtub for a king room be sure to call the hotel and reserve a room. The website and the hotel did not match on everything included in the room. The website only showed pictures of the Jacuzzi tub for all rooms listed so we booked the room without, so be sure to check with the hotel first before booking . The overall experience was very nice service and pretty clean rooms save for the carpeting. The hotel stated they had dry cleaning services, however, when we inquired they stated they did not offer that service. "

"My older daughters and I spent a night together at the Baymont. I was a little nervous at first because the location is not the nicest looking and I had read some negative reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was modern and worked fine, as did the air conditioning. The building may be in need of some updates but for the money it was just fine. We felt safe and the staff were great. People who travel to this hotel just need to be open minded to some possible parking challenges. I would stay at the Baymont again without hesitation."
