"When we were looking at different places to stay, we were not sure about this place since it had very few reviews. The photos made it seem like the cabins were very small, compact & cramped up. Also, since there were so few reviews, I almost thought that it was some sort of a scam & we were really suspicious about the listing. So, initially we booked another, much more expensive lodge in Geiranger. But, when our plans changed a few days before our trip, there was nothing much else available & then we decided to take a chance on this property. Am so glad that we did. The owner is super nice & helpful & accommodating & the property is so great. We stayed in a family house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen & private bathroom. The cabins are clean, spacious with good sized bedrooms & family room & kitchen. The location is so awesome. Our cabin was right on the water with great view of Geiranger, - away from all the hustle and bustle of Geiranger. Best of the 8 different places we stayed in Norway!"

"This place exceeded our expectations! Really convenient spot to see Geiranger from. It says that it's a Camping place but really nothing shabby about it at all. So much cheaper but as clean as hotels in the area. You do have to pay extra for towels and linens, so try and bring your own towels! There's a cleaning fee, but if you don't mind cleaning the place out on your own and if you aren't cooking, it is ok. Watching the sun set from this place at night in summer was one of the best things we did too."

"We stayed here for two nights. It's a camping site located 1.5km away from Geiranger Center. If you don't drive you can either walk about 15 min or call the hotel and they will pick you up. The staff is very very helpful. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time in the Fjord. The room is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. More surprisingly, the internet connection is very good. Overall good experience. The price is considered very good in country like Norway"
