"My first visit (more than a day or two) I had was great, and loved my room. I came back literally the next day (because I loved my first visit so much) for a few more days and my room was gross, I mean rotten milk and McDonald's all over under the bed, and socks, etc. I asked for a different room, I got one but the tub didn't hold water. Mind u I have small kids. And the air conditioner made so much noise it was hard to sleep. But what really made me not want to come back is I left my nighty in the bathroom in my first room and when I checked in literally two days later and it was no where to be at in the hotel. That upsets me that the only one to find it would be a worker cleaning our room after us and didn't turn it in. Yes it is a nighty shirt but it goes to a rather expensive set. Means there are dishonest workers. And I didn't even get a small refund for the nasty room or inconvenience. "

"The Hyatt Regency had friendly staff, was in a great location downtown, was clean, and has been updated. I was there for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon. The starting corals were right outside my window (I was on the sixth floor). The lobby and central area was really nice. You could relax at the tables or play games. They had several giant games: checkers, uno, bags. They also had a bar/restaurant in the hotel. The food there was good, especially the sweet potato fries. It was a few miles away from Lambeau Field, too far to walk but not too far to drive or Uber. There was a brewery right across the river. It was a nice place to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again!"
