It was a great experience as the Staff are so friendly and helpful, they upgraded the room from Premier Suite to Royal Suite, Arranged travel to nearby tour attractions on Affordable rates, Specially Mr. Pankaj who took us to Gwalior local tour was good to guide us with all information's on Attractions.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We were 2 couples, one of which was in a wheelchair. Everyone was so helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were great and clean, the food excellent and all the staff so nice and friendly to us. We would definitely stay again when next in the area.

It was a good decision to stay at this hotel. We arrived before the time indicated for check-in, and still they prepared the room immediately and without extracost. We want to highlight the excellent staff that the hotel has, they were very thoughtful and profesional. Really recomendable hotel if you visit Gwalior.

Check in was quick, simple and professional. The room itself was what appears to be Indian standard at this price range, which was perfectly comfortable for me. Toiletries were decent, bed firm. Only slight issues were there were some ants and at least 1 mosquito in the room (I'd chosen A/C to avoid mosquitoes) and the A/C was too noisy to really run while trying to sl...

Only slight issues were there were some ants and at least 1 mosquito in the room (I'd chosen A/C to avoid mosquitoes) and the A/C was too noisy to really run while trying to sleep, but the fan did the trick instead. Ordered breakfast and I don't understand why it takes so long (30-40 minutes) since it looks to me as though a member of staff simply goes to somewhere 1-2 minutes down the street. Location seemed to be in a busy shopping area but I didn't spend any time there. Overall, perfectly happy with the hotel for the price I paid.

Nice hotel - formerly a guest villa for maharaja's guests, now run by Taj chain. Not luxurious, but certainly has an "olde worlde" feeling because of its ambience, decor and architecture. Rooms are certainly not 5 star, but big, clean and bright. It was a bit cold in January, but the staff was quick to bring a heater. As in most Taj hotels, the staff is the key to succ...

Rooms are certainly not 5 star, but big, clean and bright. It was a bit cold in January, but the staff was quick to bring a heater. As in most Taj hotels, the staff is the key to success here - polite, quick, prompt and eager to help. Everything we needed was provided quickly and with a smile. Many thanks to the concierge, guards, front desk staff/etc. I'd say that the room rate is bigger than expected for Gwalior, given its remoteness and absense of tourists, but they have just a few rooms, so that may be the reason.

I booked here seeing high star rating given by two foreigners, but was misled. I guess they came to India with extremely low expectations. The front desk is not too organized. They couldn't locate my booking, didn't know if it was paid for or not, but somehow let me stay. Had already mentioned 3 adults needing an extra bed, but all that came only when asked for. Also t...

They couldn't locate my booking, didn't know if it was paid for or not, but somehow let me stay. Had already mentioned 3 adults needing an extra bed, but all that came only when asked for. Also there was no extra bed, it was just a mattress put on floor. Then the tea ordered came after 1 hr after repeated reminders. The geyser wasn't working had to do with hot water in bucket and that too after two trials of just room temp water being sent as hot water. There was confusion at breakfast whether only 1 person's breakfast was included or for all the three. Overall very poor service and management. Not sure how other hotels in Gwalior are as I don't have much experience of staying there. But if they are all even worse, then maybe you juSt come to Vinayak, but not otherwise.

We stayed five nights. The Gulmohar Guest House provided a good base for our stay in Gwalior. The hotel has a homely feeling about it, well maintained with marble floors. We had a non AC room with fan and cooler which was fine. All staff showed a professional approach to their work, reception were friendly and attended to our requests. We had a non AC room with fan and cooler which was fine. All staff showed a professional approach to their work, reception were friendly and attended to our requests. The hotel is well located for the train station via the back route, and is also well situated for restaurants on station road, including the Indian Coffee House. Gwalior Fort and the old town are also within easy reach by auto. We found this to be a good and pleasant place to stay in Gwalior.

This is my 6th visit to gwalior in last one year. Been through manny hotels. This is one of the cleanest hotel in the town. No insects, clean toilets, clean rooms. The only issues are they take a bit long time for room service. Need to order atleast 30 minutes prior. Parking is a another problem they only have 2 car parking at a time rest you need to park on the road. ...

But if we talk about gwalior hotels i think this hotel would be one of the best. Hope they maintain it.

Room was not clean at the time of check in, hot water not available 24 hrs, room lock was not working. When we ask for room change they say no other rooms are available but on next day they offers other room but actually they are offering low category room. So my stay in ramaya is totally disappointment for us.

This is very prominent hotel of Gwalior, however it this property requires attention by the management. Rooms are normal but a little smelly may be because of poor ventilation. Beds are comfortable, room service is prompt and courteous. Food spread for breakfast is limited

I had a very pleasant stay in this pretty big hotel. My room was also very big and modern as the photos. No fake. It's clean as the European standard. Looks like new hotel. Good matress. Receptions guys and room service guys friendly and helpfull. Nice people. First time I ordered food for dinner because tired to go out and it was very good. You can walk from the trai...
