This hotel has a great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. All amenities are provided, the rooms are very clean and cozy. Pretty standard size as far as Japanese hotels go but it's not unbearable.

This hotel is conveniently situated, some five minutes’ walk from the south entrance to Iwaki Station. While I’m not sure when it was opened, the building appears cleaner and newer than most hotels in the area. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities seemingly meet guests’ demands in general. The common bath on the fourteenth floor is available from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., and overlooks the town. The buffet-style breakfast offers both Japanese and Western meals for free. As a whole, the hotel was satisfactory to me, and is recommended for tourists who desire to take a rest.

Very new and cosy hotel for a nice stay over but nothing around the surrounding. There is convenience store beside the hotel. Good for a overnight stay before continuing the journey to your destination.
