"we stayed here because our grandmother had been airlifted to jackson. we booked this room online then when we got there my sister realized she didn't have her I'd on her so the woman took my card and ID for "incidentals" but they ended up charging both cards for the price of the room... it took me 4 days to get someone on the phone that could give me a refund... very poor staff"

"First room we got smelled like a smoke house so bad that my 16 year old daughter got dizzy and the the second room we where given had mold on the ceiling so we had to moved to a third room. We where a little irritated because we had traveled 14 hours and we where so tired. So finally we where showering and getting ready for bed atriums 1030pm and then a someone is trying to get in our room so my husband opens the door and it was a family that said that they where given our room to them so I call the receptionist and she said oh no they miss understood, sure! . I was so mad that if it wasn’t because we been on the road all day I would probably would have moved to another hotel"
