Un-doubtedly, Pearl Continental hotel Karachi is still leading the hotel industry in this city / country with its superb services and showing extra care to their guests through its very competent, efficient, courteous and professional staff - right from the shuttle bus driver to the gate-men OR from front desk staff, Concierge staff to every house keeping staff - We would probably say that each and everyone of them is a proven precious asset for the PC hotel-Karachi. We had a wonderful and memorable stay here in PC-Karachi, which will certainly last in our mind till our next visit to this wonderful city and the hotel- The memory of our short stay in PC -Karachi can not be forgotten easily and it has far lasting imprints in our mind - and this is only because of the warm and courteous hospitality by PC -Karachi which was far beyond our imagination and it is in-fact convincing us to make yet another trip but with much longer stay.

Good sized room albeit with dated decor. Comically slow room service and at breakfast also. Tiny gym with too much equipment and a good outdoor pool, but no lady only swimming times so avoid unless you want to be gawped at. That said, as far as Karachi hotels go it's fine and a lot better than the Marriott

we got problem due to flight from Bangkok to Karachi (flight was canceled), so... 1 day was no-showed. even though our person contacted the hotel separately,,, they finally accept this change. Good hotel!!!

just a walking distance to the most congested local market.... its good to experience old Karachi.

The rooms were comfortable and modern with large bathrooms and good amenities. The artificial beach is unique and impressive. The resort staff was always courteous and willing to help. Food was good and so was housekeeping. The golf course is just so so, it is hard to keep it in shape with scarcity of water in Karachi. Negatives, the resort doesn't have a good access. It takes quite a bit of travel over poor roads to reach the hotel. There is enough security within the resort but approaching it at night is not recommended. Worst, they have very poor Wifi (0.2 to 0.5 mbps download). However, considering the price and comfort on the resort premises, I had a good experience.

I used to stay in Regent Plaza 7 -8 years back and have a good impression. But i quite disappointed with my last visit, I hardly find a staff with a smiling face. Maybe because we are in Karachi. The facility is a bit old and sometimes I don't get hot shower water in the morning. The AC is quite noisy when it is running. But I enjoy the Pakistani Tea serve during breakfast. I will take 2-3 servings each morning.

Between staff immediately making us feel welcome, and the hotel itself being quiet and having all needed amenities, it made for a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and customer service rep. Took my bags in and out of the rooms, helped me with navigating through the city. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is sent to the room. Worth every penny and will definitely come back again.
