"Carpet in room had loose threads. Communal areas of hotel were smelly. There are kettles in the corridors rather than in our rooms. There was an old sandwich outside my window on the sill. The duvet inner was stained brown from overuse. The beds had flat sheets on them that do not cover the entire mattress. We went to another hotel for breakfast as we weren’t comfortable eating food made into “balls” and drinking coffee from stained glass mugs. There are much better hotels in Karpacz that are similarly priced. We booked too late and could not find better accommodation. If you do choose to stay here- good luck. Never again."
