"Spent a night here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised (in a very good way) with my entire experience at Nova Kiama! I needed an early check-in so gave them a call just few hours before my arrival. They were very professional and accommodating. Got to the hotel and was greeted in a very polite and warmly manner. Check-in was fast and easy. Found parking easily in the basement. Room was super clean and tidy. Could have been a bit more spacious but it was bigger than my expectation. Amenities could be improved slightly such as including toothbrush, toothpaste, and a microwave oven. I had ocean view from my balcony which was awesome! The swimming pool was nice and clean. Kids loved it! The only negative here was a bit of foul odour arising around the sewer lid. The smell was quite unpleasant as you get closer to the lid so I believe the smell had something to do with improper sealing of the lid. Hotel itself looked and smelled brand new with slick modern design! Loved it!!"
