I would say get the cottage stay to make the mos of the beautiful scenery of the place. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked for luxury room , but the renovation work and lack of sound proofing meant first night we were kept up. Next day spoke to reception and the Manager on duty - who moved us to a cottage. That was a 10/10. Surely give them my business again next time we are in india. The hotel is undergoing some renovation work. Its about 15-20km from centre of kochi so a hire car is recommended.

We stayed for 13 nights in this charming little hotel. It was Sir Robert Bristow’s house right on the seafront and by far the best situated in Fort Kochi. The feel of the place is colonial, the staff fantastic, the food phenomenal. Nothing is too much trouble and the chef Rehman, will adjust the dishes and spices to your palate if necessary. He can often be seen checking that the food is to your liking.The dining area faces the sea at the harbour entrance and dolphins leap before you in the sea whilst you take breakfast. Raghavan and his team look after you well in the restaurant. The beds are enormous four posters with firm mattresses the ensuite bathrooms very roomy with amazing soap.The hotel has 2 drivers who will take you on trips if you so desire.This is not a modern concrete tower hotel, this one oozes history, relaxation and charm.We had a brilliant time. Many thanks to you all😁 A difficult holiday to beat!

We had a one night stay at this hotel, during our travel to malaysia from kochin. Even though we just booked it on an opinion by a friend, we were quite impressed at the hotel facilities and hotel employees. The room were pretty good and since the hotel is new.. everything was wonderful. the rooms were spacious with balconies and the hotel location itself was in a highway and easy access. the employees were very helpful and check in and check out were smooth. the night we stayed the hotel was pretty booked completely, but still it was well organized and all requests were well handled. The only issues was the breakfast, which was not upto mark. the swimming pool was good, but could have been a bit more clearer water.. neverthless we had a wonderful time and pleasant stay at this hotel.

I only stayed one night, and I loved it! A delightful room with surprisingly good bathroom and confort level. Everything in the hotel was immaculate. The peace of the garden and pool area were just what I wanted and needed. The pool was clean and water felt almost body temperature on this hot April day. Perfect. Staff were attentive and helpful, obliged me by making a drink not on their menu, yet readily available most everywhere else in Forr Kochi so I suggested they add it to theirs. It’s a pity the consumption of chilled soda drinks has become so prevalent in India these days! Food was tasty and freshly prepared. A very limited Vegetarian selection though, only 4 choices on the menu which surprises me too. But Kerala seems to be less Vegetarian oriented than the rest of India. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, and would love to return one day.

The CGH group of hotels never cease to impress. I was transformed to another time at this residence. The fit and finish was carefully thought through, and the effort put into sustainability throughout the hotel was amazing. The taste of the filtered rain water was divine! The staff looked after us so much, even making my birthday dinner truly special. They made a cake that followed our dietary requests. If you need to stay in Fort Kochi area, look no further than this hotel. AMAZING.

My stay in Saj Earth Resort was superb and the services were excellent. Moreover the food and disc is also good. I will book this hotel only whenever I visit Kochi again. Also, the main advantage of booking this hotel is that it is very near to airport.

This is a lovely hotel which delivers. it is artfully curated without being overdone. the deck area overlooking the lake and islands is lovely. while i stayed there, there were roadworks which made my room (overlooking the street) unbearable - the team made a plan and moved me around to accommodate me. I only had a dessert at the restaurant and the staff were helpful and the food delicious. the only downside is that it is a little bit out of the main drag (2 min by tuk tuk and 8 min walk) but closer to other kochi sites and experiences. I didnt find it a problem but may be a consideration for others.

My wife, my daughter and I stayed at the Fragrant Nature for three nights (two rooms, two separate stays) during a recent visit to Kochi. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects: room size, quality and cleanliness; location; service level; restaurant & food. They were very accommodating to all special request we made, including flexibility with our check-out time and getting tickets for us for a local performance (Kathakali). The rooms were of generous size and very well equipped. There was also a very nice gym with cardio and weight equipment. The restaurant offered very good and freshly prepared foods (local as well as int'l items) and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of Indian as well as Western foods. The staff was outstanding in terms of clarifying food items we were unfamiliar with and helping select the right things (thank you, Vishnu). One example: While we were in our car driving in from Kochi airport, the hotel called the driver and asked if there was anything we needed as the kitchen was about to close (22:00h). The location is ideal for exploring the sites in Ft. Kochi. An ATM is located next door and friendly TucTuc's are usually standing by to provide local transportation. The hotel did not have an alcohol license when were stayed there, but it did not matter to us as we usually do not drink much wine or beer. But we were told a license would be obtained very soon and they are already organizing the bar, so this will probably change in the next few weeks. We will come back for sure to the Fragrant Nature when we return to Kochi

We landed in kochi and were surprised to see a name board in the arrival zone from the hotel representative as the flight was delayed. Everything about the hotel is good. One of the best hotels in kochi for sure.

The place is situated on the waterfront which makes for very romantic atmosphere. It's a busy hotel but always feels serene because of its location. It had money exchanging services on site. The garden is very calming and being by the water feels like a luxury. Rooms are great value, and simply furnished but comfortable and no complaints. AC and Fan. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Great location for tourists visit to Fort Kochi in the middle of everything for biennale. Food is fantastic quality and good prices. Service we appreciated but because it's busy waterfront restaurant, and cooked fresh can be little slow. But we had no major issues. Love love this hotel. Massive recommendedactions.

Hi, I am fully satisfied with my stay at Radisson blu, kochi. Hotel staff are helpful and rooms are so good. Breakfast is also so good. Only thing and missing is indoor game facilities... 100% best hotel to stay...

I stayed for one night on April 22 2019 with my family. My daughter, 3 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the property. The Pool is beautiful. Property is strategically located - back water on one side and Sea on the other. Rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. Buffet staff is very cordial and helpful. They took especial care of my daughter's diet. There are many activities - like bicycling, backwater boat ride, paddle boat etc provided by the hotel. Unfortunately we could not enjoy all the facilities due to time crunch. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to stay second time whenever I am in Kochi.

We stayed five nights at the hotel, our longest stay of any on our trip to India, this gave us a chance to really get to know the staff. We dined in the restaurant on four evenings and had our breakfast (included in tariff) on four mornings. The service was superb and the evening meals on two occasions was an excellent buffet, on the final day we enjoyed an excellent thali lunch. This was my fourth visit to India. The room was of a good standard and well serviced each day. Overall a great place to end this visit to India. Excellent value.

What really amazed me about this place was the decor. It felt more like a tastefully decorated home than a hotel. The staffs were very friendly. The rooftop pool is small but so much fun- the water was really clean. The entire property was absolutely spotless- that’s quite rare for India. We were the only guests on the night we stayed there so it truly felt like our own home! They can definitely improve their food quality though. Breakfast was quite basic but the cheese omelette tasted really good. The location is great- there are some really cheap but tasty restaurants around. It’s a ten minute walk away from fort Kochi beach. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to get a heritage feel with all the modern amenities.

Hotel Airlink Castle is a quality hotel in Kochi. It is close to the airport and all amenities are maintained to a high standard.The staff were courteous and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very adequate. Will definitely stay again next time we pass through Kochi, and will recommend to others. Suitable for long or short stay.

I have been staying at Mercy Hotel regularly for the last 4 years and the service has been consistently excellent. From the manager(Mr. Dibu) to the bellboy, guests can always prompt and efficient attendance to their needs. The hotel itself is very well maintained and the fact that it is not a huge one perhaps enables the staff to give guest immediate personal attention. Slightly hidden from the main road, it is quiet and peaceful and yet close enough to the commercial centre of Kochi. There is no doubt that Mercy will be my preferred choice in my future visits to Kochi!

Abad plaza is a best 3 star hotel among the others in Ernakulam Kochi. This is our tenth time stay in the hotel. It’s location is perfect at M.G road. It’s just 100 meter away from jayalakshmi Saree centre and there is also a new shopping mall just beside the hotel. And most of shopping centre is along M.G road. Also train and bus station is nearby. Hotel’s security guards and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Staffs at the reception counter were very friendly and polite. There is also convenient Travel desk at the hotel which you can book for vehicle for travelling around. .Hotel’s Canopy Cafe is awesome which open till mid-night that is air-conditioned and served very good food. The room’s interior looks good, nice and Spacious. Swimming pool is at roof of the building. The buffet breakfast was good . Overall the stay in the hotel is very relaxing and enjoyable with friendly staff always around to assist when we need help. Will definitely come back again. certainly great value for money.

The Center Hotel is very suitable for person who wants comfortable rooms and solo travellers. The staffs assisted me in many ways including transport and ensure that I was in good all the time since I was alone. I appreciated their high hospitality. I've been travelling and my stay in this hotel is the best.

We stayed at Le Meridien, Kochi for 6 nights on our first trip to Indian. This hotel is advertised as a five star hotel and the level of service and attentiveness of staff was certainly worthy of this. The staff were excellent and couldn't of been more helpful. The food served at the hotel is also worthy of 5 stars, there are two restaurants in the hotel, one which offers a buffet style and the other which offers more traditional Indian cuisine. I would recommend a visit to both as the standard of food and choice was amazing! One thing I will say is alcohol is very expensive at this hotel, a bottle of wine costing around £38.00 but this seems to be standard in Kochi! The only of negative thing about hotel I would say is some of the decor around pool area is a bit tired and could do with up grading. However on the other hand the pool is a good size to swim in and offers a swim up bar which is always a bonus! Plus again the pool staff/waiting staff again could not have been nicer and done enough for us! Would recommend booking Le Meridien if you are visiting Kochi.

We arrived at the hotel after a tiring but exhilarating trip around Kerala.Having spent 5 weeks in India, staying in hotels and guest houses, we were stupefied by the luxury of the rooms at the Legends Inn. King-size beds in a very chic, spacious bedroom, two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, a fitted kitchen with sink, fridge and microwave oven, big bathroom. Quite mind-blowing after our harassing travels. We regretted not staying longer than a night and will definitely stay longer on our next trip to India, using this hotel as a base to travel round the Kochi region or stpping over. The staff were extremely obliging, the food in the restaurant excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. A great deal through Agoda.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spotless, the staff were very polite and helpful and the location was very good if catching an early flight from Kochi. The only negatives we found were: the pillows were too high for us and they had no thinner ones so we didn't use a pillow at all. The drainage in the shower wasn't fast enough so the tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor, fortunately it does have a drain outside the shower also. We would recommend this hotel to anyone flying from Kochi airport.

I came to kochi 3 times in 2 months... and all 3 times I stayed in crowne plaza... de service made me feel like home even while on vacation... de staff are so Courteous and very helpful... definite value for money... and yes we will b back again...

A very friendly hotel. They rang my young son to wish him a happy birthday and pursued me down the street to return some left luggage we forgot after we checked out; all done with a big smile. Arranged pick up from the airport. Room service good, with very tasty food. Breakfast excellent with staff very attentive. Only disappointment was the pool was under repair & looked to be the permanent condition. One reason we picked this hotel was the availability of a pool, as we had a lot of down time in Kochi. Having said that l wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Price. Well if you want a better hotel you need to pay a bit more. It was medium to expensive for India even with a discount. Cheaper hotels I viewed & visited seemed not to have as well appointed rooms, coffee shop or restaurant as the Travanore. In all a first class hotel for the price. Thank you to the staff as they always make a difference and they did in this hotel. They were excellent!

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Dec 2016. Our original booking was with a hotel in Fort Kochi, but since we had an early morning flight, and because the Kochi airport is 45 km. away (can take up to 1 hour 45 minutes during traffic hours). This hotel is located 5 mins from the Kochi domestic and the new International airport (being built). The hotel provides complimentary car service to the airport 24 hours of the day/night. The hotel is quite clean and provides all the amenities. Two Wi-Fi devices can be used on complimentary basis. It has a restaurant, which we did not use. We found the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone arriving into Koch airport late at night or for travelers having very early flights.

Here I booked a Room in The International Hotel for my family spent only 25% more than a Average Hotel and surprisingly I got a positive result. The Hotel really has 5 Star facility in all fields, including Cleanliness, Spacious Rooms, Good-behavior of Staff members with Smiling Face. Location can be called in a center of city and transport service is also very easy from auto, cab or bus. So do not think much more if you are visiting Kochi with family just book a room in this hotel without any hesitation if you really would like to get back the value of your money! And before to close I assure you would surely feel something more, special, different than any other Hotels you have visited till the date in your life!

Metro very close. Housekeeping is very good. Very caring i n their service. Very good food. Front desk is very efficient. Check in is fast. Pool is clean and run well. They have 24hr.cafe where the food and service is very good.Will definitely return to this hotel again with no hesitation. Look no further. This is a gem in the heart of Ernakulam. Kochi.

Hotel is located in mid town known as Ernakulam about one hour Taxi drive via Ola cabs ( not by pre paid taxis by airport) from airport . Fort Kochi beach ( ridiculous dirty beach) is about 10 KM away from hotel.Spicy food is available from local shops instead of having bland food from hotel.

Ferry to Marine Drive and Fort Kochi make this a convenient location (much less so by car). Grounds are extensive. Boasts an outdoor pool (near dining area). Room smelled of mothballs. Not much room for cot, which turned out to be a foam mattress on the floor. Breakfast very Indian. Coffee is instant only. Nightly Kathakali dance performance with introduction to the form available. This 45 minute performance is a terrific introduction for foreigners curious about the form but not wanting to commit to the traditional 3-4 hour performance. Historic palace building quite interesting. Front desk staff helpful.

Exceedingly excellent value at £30 for 1 night incl buffet breakfast. Best value of all 3 hotels that I stayed in Ernakulem, well in fact my entire trip. 40 minute taxi to airport at 7am but can be 90 mins later in day due to construction of new metro. My driver spoke excellent English, with wealth of local knowledge, employed/contracted to hotel so reliable. Spacious stylish restaurant with international menu and good wine/beverage list. Clean bedroom with super new stylish bathroom. Next to various shops. Market Street (great area to explore + excellent coffee shop, Coffee Cube) and Kochi ferry terminal 15-20 min walk or a 50-100Rp pleasant tuk tuk ride. HIGLY RECOMMENDED..assuming you get a good rate.

We had wonderful people in the reception to receive us. Very cooperative and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Though crowded the service was good. We found a chinese restaurant 'Ming's Wak' very close by in panampilly nagar. And so that made the location 'the best' for us. Had a pleasant stay. I would recommend. We enjoyed the trip.
