This is a very pleasant, clean, comfortable and modern establishment, ideally situated in the centro storico, only a 3 minute walk to the beautful Duomo. It's run by two friendly guys. My room on the first floor was lovely, spacious and quiet, with aircon, TV, a bar fridge, and ensuite. perhaps the only drawback is that the way up to the rooms is via a very narrow and steep staircase, which would have made carrying my suitcase up to my room a bit of a nightmare, had one of the managers not kindly carried it up for me. Breakfast is rather wonderful, with a glorious selection of meats, cheeses, rolls, cakes, jams, yoghurt and fruit, with coffee served to order. The managers speak passable English, are friendly, and do all they can to make your stay a happy one. Highly recommended!

overall i liked this hotel.it does not have a lot of character but the rooms are large ,well equipped and the beds are really comfy.it is possible to walk into lecce in around 15 minutes. i did not try the restaurant but the menu looked interesting and not expensive.the only bad thing was the fact that i could not check in before 6pm, despite explaining that i was travelling with a child and wanted the room earlier.

This place is mainly for business persons but I felt comfortable. The facilities are very good and walking distances to local restaurants, town & amenities are easy (apart from the railway station where a transport is required if with luggage. Helpful and friendly staff especially the young Russian guy who runs the pool area during the day.

We normally stay in 2 or 3 star places, but 4 star is affordable in Puglia. It was a revelation to see how the other half lives ...

really was a great place to stay the family managing the b&b were really nice and helpful they most like it were very friendly and were over their duties they make me the favor to pick me up and drop me off at the train station when i arrives and when i leaves i would highly recommend them

We received a lovely welcome. Our junior suite was beautiful and very clean and fresh. The upper terrace is a lovely place to relax. The location is just perfect. It’s a very calm, intimate place, a little like owning your own Palazzo in the middle of Lecce. The first floor room was very beautiful. Some of the design details, bathroom fittings, door handles etc are a touch over designed for me but that is a very minor detail. The staff are warm and genuine And we would stay here again with pleasure.

We stayed in one of the standard rooms facing the back of the building. No 118. Our room was comfortable and large enough with a reasonable bathroom. There is no view from this room as I said it is the back of the building and just faces onto another building. However, as we were only in our room to sleep this did not affect us. The room was very clean, comfortable bed with nice crisp linen. There are tea making facilities in the room and a small stocked fridge with wine/beer/champagne and snacks. The usual mini bar prices. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre within the City Walls and is so central for everything. My only one comment is that the room had air conditioning but it did not seem to work that well.

Nobody present to take care of us; no information given. Fortunately the owner of the bar next door helped us but we had to wait for another half an hour before anybody came to open the door. The room itself was ok and clean, but the house and the neighbourhood was not ok.

Great location just a short walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the beautiful old town. We stayed in one of two large bedrooms with small bathrooms, furnished in antiques. Our hosts were warm, friendly and helpful with excellent English. The breakfast was good. The only down side is the lack of an elevator.

We were welcomed by a friendly staff member and the room was comfortable and newly redecorated. We were able to park the car on a nearby street and the cost was reasonable.

When my friend and I was checking out, I was going to get charged for use of garage, but the Receptionist he could not speak much English, my friend could speak a little Italian and she managed to tell him we have used a garage. That's was the only mishap we had. Otherwise the hotel was superb.

The location, the room and the service were all PERFECT. My wife and I stayed for 10 nights and there is nothing that we would change. You step out of the door, walk for two minutes and you are at the Roman amphitheatre, which itself is on the main square. The Basilica is about five minutes around the corner. We walked virtually everywhere around Lecce - a beautiful city - and ventured further afield in our hired car. The roads are pretty good - even for a Brit driving on the wrong side of the road. The Trulli houses in Alberobello are a must, and there are many wonderful coast villages east and west (my favourite was Sant'Andrea). Don't pack towels - the hotel will provide them. Just as they provide car parking. A special mention to Marco, who worked hard to ensure that our car was at the front door whenever we needed it. Once we found the hotel (being heistant to drive on restricted streets), we were warmly welcomed into this beautiful hotel complete with roof-top breakfast garden. Staf was always welcoming and attentive. The room was more than adequate.

this b&b is very confortable,clean,quiet and perfectly located. it is in the centre of everything in lecce.it is surrounded by banks,shops and typical restaurants, and the historical centre is just 5 minutes walk. our room was lovely with a nice balcony,free wi-fi in rooms. nice atmosphere,lovely staff,delicious breakfast, and overall very good value for money. it's a great place to stay.

hostel is in the old town of Lecce (walk 7mins to Porta Napoli) but not near Lecce train station, I take a taxi to there with Euro15. hostel owner is friendly and helpful to pick my heavy big luggage upstairs. room is big and nice with stone decoration. breakfast is eaten in my own room , but it is less and not enough for me.

The staff is excellent, SImona is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location is incredible, right in the old city centre with parking facilities. The building and it's history is amazing, with the upstairs balcony and excellent views is a great spot to relax. We really enjoyed our stay there for 3 days, could have easily stayed longer. We booked a room for honeymoon and we got a single room with a double bed in it. Luckily a helpful member of staff (one person per shift) was able to change the room for a bigger one. The reception and neighbouring bar area is served by the same person so whenever you need anything from the bar or the reception there will always be a queue. The location is very good and the venue is new. The breakfast area (bar) is offering quite a nice selection but very poor quantity of the items. There is no WIFI however the cable is provided and it works quite well if you have your own laptop. Overall would recommend it but for a bit more I would recommend staying at the sister property in the heart of Lecce Regiment Resort with SPA and roof garden/restaurant.

Lecce is one of the loveliest cities I've been to on my 7 months so far, and this lovely B&B on the edge of the old town is a must to stay in. Great value, free wifi, one of the best free breakfasts in Italy. Coffee, juice and yogurt any time of the day. Make sure to head into town for sightseeing and a great and inexpensive meal.

staff was friendly and helpful. they loaned us a book about lecce and provided us a map. breakfast of coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe was included in the price. we would stay there again if we went back to lecce. if you arrive by train it is close enough to walk if you could locate the accomodations on a map and knew the way. if you arrive late be sure to find a market outside of the old city to buy supplies and water. the name of the apartments appears to changed recently to chiesa greca. but our taxi drived knew the address.

I liked the breakfast coupons you get every morning to the local cafe. It was very convenient. My only annoyance was checking in, there's a very limited amount of time available to check in and you have to call ahead and schedule. We had to wait four hours with our suitcases until we were let in. If you rent a car, the tourist fee (select areas) is something they do not tell you about. So be careful where you drive and where you park. Knowing all of this, I would stay here again.

Nice and modern hotel located outside the city center but perfect for whoo comes by car from the motorway. Useful hint: take the exit Gallipoli-Nardò, nor Gallipoli or Nardò, follow the road and you will find this hotel on your right after km 1. Good rooms, comfortable beds. I really appreciated the possibility to use the microwave oven at the bar and the rub flippers found in the room. Staff is very kind and helpful and everywhere there is a pleasant scent. International tv channels.

The room in big in a very good location. However, the bed is of low quality and there was no hitting in the room in April (the owner said it is due to local regulation).

Loved it. Vito was very helpful despite our language differences. He does everything he can to make you feel welcome. The apartment is huge, thoughtfully equipped & very comfortable. The high, vaulted ceilings & remnants of the old stone walls add to it's charm. Despite the central location, it is very quiet at night and is close to a range of good restaurants. A wonderful home away from home. We had stayed in a number of apartments in Italy prior to coming to Lecce, but this one was ahead of the rest and great value too.

We arrived early at 11 am (It is worth remembering that B&B check-in times in Italy seem to be out at 10 am and in at 4pm not the usual 12 noon) but Francesco soon arrived and out rooms were already prepared. The rooms are extremely well-appointed for the price with coffee machines (ask Francesco how they work if you aren't familiar with them - it took me hours to work it out!), fluffy towels and robes, nice cotton sheets, big TVs and fridges. Corkscrews too! The shower, loos, bidets were very clean and shower products provided. The balconies have views over the park or The White Room has the rooftops but still rather nice and a very quiet room. The superior room is huge with 2 double beds so you could comfortably share. There's bourganvillea on the balconies, chairs and tales so you can enjoy an aperitivo looking over Lecce. The rooms have good roll down blinds so you can sleep well and though the road is busy it is quiet during the night. It is well-situated for sightseeing in the old city which is just a stroll across the park. Breakfast was provided in the Mac Cafe a minute's walk round the corner with fab range of croissants and pastries. Francesco was extremely helpful organising our airport taxi, helping me find my favourite restaurant even though I'd forgotten the name, providing a map and printing one of our boarding cards. Highly recommended!

Lovely B&B in the heart of Lecce, but in a quiet street. Restaurants and bars around the corner, just as piazza Duomo. Breakfast is personally made every morning by the host. Rooms are very cozy and clean.

My fiancée and I have just stayed at the Negramaro for 3 nights, and our stay was fantastic. Riccardo was an excellent host, and his English language skills made up for our lack of Italian. The room had everything we could want, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at the Negramaro was fantastic, the selection of freshly made pastries, breads and pasticciottos (local Lemon pastries from Lecce) were a real highlight. It is definitely worth having breakfast on the roof terrace, which was a lovely way to begin the day. The Negramaro is central and perfectly situated for exploring the city of Lecce, with all of the cities landmarks a short walk away. We used it as a base to explore all of the Salento peninsula, we visited Gallipoli, Grotta Della poesia, Ortranto, Santa Maria Di Leuca and Porto Cesareo which were all between 60-90 minute drives. The car park at the university is the best place to park if you are travelling with a car. It is around 200 meters from the hotel and was easily accessible from a main road, which saves you driving down some of Lecce’s very narrow streets! It cost €5.00 per day which was good value. I would strongly recommend staying here, and when we come back to Lecce, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again to Riccardo for making us feel so welcome!

First of all, the location is simply perfect! You're right in Centro Storico, but in a beautiful and silent road. It's very relaxed atmosfere, you feel truly on vacation. The B&B it's beatific and tasteful, so is the room: great bed, great sheets, clean bathroom and a closet! You have also AC. Rooftop is simply amazing, you can see the city while take a nice glass of the wine. No reception but somehow, they managed to always read emails you send, so it's fine. Breakfast is sour/sweet for all tastes. I missed some fruits, but that's all! From yogurt to bread and pasticcini. I would bebbacknfirnsure

All good just let down by the smell from the drains in bathroom in my particlar room .I, m sure this will be sorted though X

The location is very good,just in the middle of old city. However the room is very bad, especially the bed. It is just like a very poor student room type. There is almost nothing in the room except a simple table and a small flat tv. With a nice carpet and some small decorations, the room could be ok tho. Bathroom is new and nice. They offer you breakfast in a cafe which is 5-10 mins away and just a single coffee and a croissant, that's it. So in our opinion this hotel is absolutely not a value for this price. There are much better and cheaper options around, like Cadelli suites 5 mins away. Do not recommend this hotel at al
