"When we arrived the staff were very nice. We then went to our “rooms” and it was fairly comfortable and clean however the bathroom had a pair of underpants left on the floor all day all the way until the next day. We only stayed one night, and when we checked out my friend accidentally left her kindle in the locker. We realised the kindle was left at the hotel when we reached the airport we tried to contact them and didn’t hear back till the next day in which they told us there was no Kindle. If the room was cleaned after we checked out the kindle should have been found by a staff member but the fact that it has now permanently gone missing obviously we are not happy about that. "

"I came here for a congress. The place is located in a nice rural neighborhood. It is probably a 10 to 12 minute walk to get to the metro station. There are probably hotels that are located closer to the Milan centre so this location might not work well for everyone. I think the staff was pretty competent and bilingual. This is very important because it makes it easy to solve problems that might arise during the trip."

"Stayed several nights in Milan in this hotel. I had choosen it, expecting it to be quite near the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, where the event I came for in Milan, was taking place. Even though it took me 25 minutes walking to get to the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, I was totally satisfied by hotel. In general, pricea could have been a little bit lower, concodering there were offers in Hilton for the cheaper price for the same dates. But the difference between price was not dramatic, while the location was in priority. There is two-level big parking with 24 hour access (important in Italy, famous for the lack of parking on the streets), friendly and nice stuff (girl on the reception was fluently speaking Russian), nice design outside the Hotel and inside the rooms (architecture and lightning of the building looks cool at night; rooms are not very big, but smart using of the space and modern design make them comfortable and nice looking). The place, where the Hotel is, also seems good - subway is in 3 minutes walking, plus I had no problems finding the Hotel driving in Milan for the first time. During staying in Arcimboldi Hotel, I faced only two not very pleasant things. First is the amount of plug socket in the room (there was only one free plug, which is completely unacceptable, considering at least the number of beds, because nowadays two people have two smartphones and three other gadgets minimum, which have to be charged). Anyway this problem seems to be common in Northern Italy hotels. Second thing I disliked was the behaviour of the stuff, serving breakfast. I had breakfast in Hotel only once, but it was enough to feel their anapropriate behaviour - talking and laughing between each other loudly, standing just by tables of the guests, cleaning tables with huge delay and as the "final shot" one of the waiters become interested in my smartphone, which I used while having my meal, and came close from my back, stand behind me for several minutes looking just in the scr"

"I arrived into Milan at about 11pm. I had organised a shuttle, but there wasn't a clear pick up point sent to me. I had to email the hotel after waiting round the airport then was told an exact area to go to. The hotel was lovely, there was a large comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. Free breakfast was varied and fresh. There is nowhere to get food late near by, and I was unlucky to stay when the internal restaurant was closed for maintenance. So I had to go to bed hungry! The staff were lovely and gave a great welcome. Not ideal to get into the city from here as it's a fair walk to the train station, but idea for a late night arrival into the country. "

"Glam is a perfect spot if you're working in and around Milan - It takes 20 minutes by Taxi from Linate Airport and the central Milan station and underground are right outside. The hotel is contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Our very reasonable rate included breakfast and dinner and the food on offer is good. The front desk and hotel staff are always very helpful and friendly. The area is good for connecting to transport but it's not the best for tourists - you need to walk quite a way to get to the interesting parts of Milan - it's good if you're interested in 1960s architecture - Gio Ponti's 'Pirelli Tower' is across the square and the areas boulevard and 60s / 70s architecture is run down but interesting to see. There are some decent eateries around, but you have to hunt to find them - otherwise you'll end up in a station tourist trap place... Overall we like the Glam Hotel and have stayed here a few times for business trips."

"Stayed here with my husband and 14 year old daughter for 4 nights. Really clean hotel and absolutely beautiful breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very handy to Central Station and Milan Bus Tour. Once we done the bus tour it gave us an idea of exactly where to go and eat etc. which was all within walking distance. Whilst in Milan we took the train to Lake Como - This was just amazing and so beautiful. A must see! There was a fridge in the room which was handy however no tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice. I had asked for a room with balcony but unfortunately none available. It didnt spoil our stay though. If returning to Milan I would most certainly stay here again. "

"We love our stay at NYX MILAN Hotel. As we're moving a lot from one city to another, having a base closed to the station is really handy. Only a couple of steps from Milano Centrale. The room is a little small, but we were out most of the time, so that's OK. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. "

"This was probably one of the highlights of our one night stay in Milan. Hotel Berna was easy to find, in a great location right next to Central Station and conveniently located next to a restaurant with great service. The room was spacious and clean, front desk attendants were friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with soooo many options. We’d definitely stay here again when we take more time to enjoy the beauties of Milan. "
