"When I first arrived at hotel and showed my online booking , counter staff refused the booking and after some heated conversation he gave me other room ( totally opposite of what I booked) and as soon as I get in the room lights went off completely and I went to reception to change the room and he asked me to wait for his call in room for change of room. I never got any call from reception , next day I went to reception and explained whole scenario to other reception staff first they refused to change room but after some consultation and my threat of contacting booking agency worked out and they change the room. In short my life worse experience with Agoda regarding this hotel. Let see what I hear from you now. Regards Idrees"

"Our stay was very enjoyable despite the unusually bad weather that prevailed most of the time. Extremely strong winds kept us from enjoying the outdoor surroundings as much as we would have liked. The young and creative animation team kept us entertained with a constant stream of activities for young and old. We took the half board option, but often ate three meals in the hotel due to the bad weather. Considering that the food was self service steam-table variety, the quality was very good and varied. there is also a regular restaurant in the evenings, but it is a bit expensive. There is also a snack bar near the pool for the warmer season, and some reasonably priced restaurants around the port across the street."
