"Hotel is saying that Agoda is doing fraud booking.They refused to give me room. They said that they have blocked on site booking then how Agoda can book. They tortured me for one full day as I had no option to cancel as you had taken 100%advance. After a lot of effort they agreed to give me a room. In my view you should blacklist this hotel.They say that they have enough customers hence they do not accept on line booking. Please do not torture your customers with booking this hotel. I had very bad experience and in future I will not want to book Hotel through Agoda."Show more
