Nilai is a university township and people who visit/stay are usually students or their families. Another group of travelers are those who want to have some rest before travelling to the nearby airports.
Food is readily available but there isn't much entertainment for all groups of travelers.
Has a great restaurant with award winning Chinese cuisine. Loon sing. Very popular for wedding dinners
My husband and I went to this place thinking of shopping for wholesale fabrics. I read a lot of good things about it on the internet.
But I had to warn you all, it's not true. If you are looking for a good quality products then it is the wrong place. We wasted our time going to the Nilai3 street mall,it was full of chinese junk. You will find row after of chinese junk. We just couldn't believe it. We have asked a lot of people about the place and they said it's good for wholesale shopping. It's true if you want to buy those junk. So if you are looking for cotton fabrics, linen or other good quality fabrics its the wrong place. The thing we found that was good are the carpets. I hope nobody will do the same mistake like we did. There's nothing special there to see.
Nilai is a quiet place. It is near to the airport. The place is clean and very convenient to the airport.
Nilai is a small town with many differ colleges and universities..food in nilai is not cheap as they want to earn more from students.
.and transportation is not convenience there, so u might rent a car to visit where u r planning to go..
NIlai is a good place, but also far from Kl. Need to wait for our taxi. Not accesible on transporation
Good to stay near hill area as we enjoy to stay with family near hill so it was nice to stay at this hotel their staff are good and cooperative bathroom is good and communication was nice
Very easy to explore and if you need anything just ask anybody there, they are very helpfull and kind.
Dirty, out of the way, no diversity. Place was unfriendly, felt poor, dangerous and generally somewhere where you don't feel safe, comfortable or welcome.
Up and coming town. The number of universities/colleges nearby are keeping Bandar Baru Nilai alive. Once most the shops are open, this 'sleepy' town should be buzzing with activities.
The developer and city councils should do more to promote this place.
You can stay here during F1 and motoGP event particularly because it's near to Sepang international circuit.
the traffic is not that bad compare if you travelling from KL. Despite that it's a city/town that offer a lot of reasonable destination
