Pigeon Forge (TN) hotels & places to stay

I was visiting the Great Smokey Mountains NP - while Pigeon Forge town was not much to my liking, this hotel was great, much better than expected for the price. Great room and location 10 mins from the natural beauty of the national park.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong is when my fiance went into the bathroom he found a roach.

They switched my room after I checked in. The first room was horrid with filth. Went to second room & it was tolerable. After further inspection of 2nd room, there was urine dripped down side of toilet, dirty washcloths left in tub, and something wiped (like by a finger) across one of the headboards. Desk chair had a broken arm on it & the floor hadn't been mopped at all. I have pictures if you would like to see them. You can email me at dartgal74@gmail.com. Your best bet is to stay away! Only good things about this place is that the staff was very friendly and there were no bed bugs. Breakfast is a joke...Raisin Bran was only cereal. They had juice, coffee & milk, bread slices in individual bags & waffle batter. The waffle irons do not function properly, so you really have to watch them.

Really nice room, very quite, and located away from the road. The only problem we had was with house keeping. They did not bring us any more cups during our stay, never left no more than 2 wash clothes. There were 4 of us in the room. Two days we got no hand towels too. We had to go to office to get any. Every thing else was nice and beds slept great. Loved the time there.

Only thing I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff at the breakfast launch. She was rude to an elder, when she was no where to be found and she try to get the coffee, that was brewed already, to work, and she told her that people keep messing with it. Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!

A great place to stay . Extremely clean . Breakfast was excellent . Scrambled eggs , sausage links , waffles , apples hot and cold,cereal bread sweet rolls and more every day . The whole place offered more than expected . We will return. you won't go wrong staying here. 50 yard walk to Mama's . Very reasonal price .

Room next to us asked if we had big problem. She pulled up her sleeve had bites all over her arm. She said it was bed bugs, and she saw roaches!! It wasn't very clean!

It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we were going into our room. There is also no option for just family as it was my sister and myself but n this trip as we were visiting friends and shopping.

Staff that checked me it could have cared less how long they take to help you I was the only person checking in when I got there it took the man over 15 minutes to complete this process because he constantly had to be propped up on the counter ... my last day there I went down to grab breakfast and the girl working then wouldn’t even speak as you walked in the door just stood there propped up with her arms crossed like she had just finished having a temper tantrum.... the building is not very appealing nor are the rooms it was clean I suppose there was nothing I saw that appeared dirty except they need to teach there staff how to clean the corners in the bathroom and they have the nerve to leave a envelope in the room for tips bahahahahahaha this is a joke right if you can’t clean the room properly why would I give you a tip? This facility was way way way way way overpriced for its condition . I will never return here nor would I suggest it to anyone!

I was throughly pleased with the level of friendliness and customer service provided on this trip. Worth every penny for this stay.

The room was clean. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Received free all you can eat pancakes at the onsite restaurant. Staff was friendly and check in/out was easy and quick. Would stay here again.

Easy early check in around 1pm. Possible extra day extension and hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were up to date. Clean beds. Microwave, fridge. Only complaint was that if you had the a/c or heater running and someone was outside smoking if would come in. Other than that great value for price. We did not try the complementary breakfast. We visited during off season. (Beginning of feb)

Beds were a bit too soft; but, still enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to most attractions. Our room had indoor pool access which was a bit noisy; however, it was perfect since we were traveling with our grandson. Breakfast was GREAT for the price (free); but, needed more sitting. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we had a nice stay and will definitely stay again when we come back to TN.

Breakfast is amazing. Hot, fresh. Good coffee. Bed was adequate, not above average. Cable TV was spotty, interference on some channels. WIFI below average. Pool area clean, with hot hot tub. Location perfect.

Friends flight cancelled due to hurricane Michael and with no natural disaster cancellation policy, they had to pay.

This time we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. It was amazing. It had a large king bed, a beautiful jacuzzi, and a gas fireplace, with a decent size TV/seating area in the room. We really loved this room. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, but not great. The hot part of the breakfast when we were there consisted of biscuits, white gravy, sausage patties, and egg patties. But I'll say this: most hotels that serve free breakfast don't have nearly enough seating for all of the people. But this place has a lot of tables. It's no fun standing around with your family holding plates waiting for someone to get up, but that shouldn't be a problem here. We've stayed here multiple times, and love the place.

Hotel was clean and great location room as described good amount of parking good breakfast. Could do with some updating

The location is great and the price is reasonable during the peam summer season in Pigeon Fort, TN. This is 2 star hotel so do not expect anything beyond what it is and you will satisfactory and happily stay here. The hotel is next to the creek and you can even stroll in it and enjoy.

Hotel was in a great location and was very reasonably priced. It's like a motel. Room was fairly clean, bed was decent. Breakfast was more than I expected given the price and type of hotel. We were only there for sleeping in-between travels, and it got the job done.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. Every time I passed a cleaning person they asked how we were and if we needed anything. For just under $200 for the weekend and located next door to the Doxoe Stampede and just over a mile from the Island, you can't beat it for an affordable getaway.

Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the room was very clean. This was our second stay at Twin Mountain and I will stay there again when in the area.

I thought the room was pretty my wife thought it was Gaudy. It was right next to several rides but they want working when we were there was Quiet. When you went out the back go on there was a small river there that was pretty when you go out the front door you see the strip. It was in the middle of everything that's what you came for.

My girlfriend and I booked this room and the price we paid was stellar considering all the amenities this room had to offer. It was her first visit to Pigeon forge and the unit was a great first impression of the Smokies. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
