"I really enjoyed my stay at Altiplanico. Its such a lovely hotel. I love that the Altiplanico looks like its peeking above the ground but it is not under-ground (am not sure if i'm even making any sense ...)! So lovely! take time just enjoy the scene just in front of the hotel, so tranquil. I took a long stroll along the water in front of the hotel and it was fantastic. The service at the hotel was great but I would like to give thanks to Lauren i believe her name is. She made my stay at Altiplanico all the more memorable."

"We loved the location near the bus station. We loved that we could leave our luggage as we hiked The W. It was free since we stayed with them before and after the trip. We loved the laundry next door which did 5 shirts 5 pants socks and underware for $10 US! We ate at their restaurant three times and all was good. Breakfast is typical for the area. Toast ham cheese and cereal. Coffee or tea. Staff speaks very good English and will go out of their way to make you happy. Very satisfied! "

"A warm and welcoming (see title) stay that is so pleasant. A small place but that is not a problem because of how open Marco and Carolina are. We shred lunches together and the ups and downs of our national sports heroes ALL losing - NZ the rugby, Chile the football final and the Philippines Maqui's loss to Hunt. That says it all really. A great place to stay."
