"-customer services was extreme, especially the night shift staff, morning shift were fine. -one day that they didn't refill the shampoo & shower gel, i called to the reception and they said it rarely happened, but it HAPPENED! then he said will check with the only free room see if there are spare could bring to me, answer - NO. so i ask: then? he said there is a supermarket next to the port which i could go and get it and sorry "we are only 3-star hotel". I think it is totally fine that there were problem, but the customer services attitude is the key! -went to the restaurant in the hotel and wanted to take a 4 seats table instead of two but there was NO CUSTOMERS at that time, and more than 10 free tables! We could only speak English and the waiter could understood totally but only reply in french/italian who not even seek help from another waiter if he really can't speak english. was just totally rude! -saw twice a small cockroach in the muffin basket during breakfast! -towel smell"

"This is an ok budget hotel for one night however, don’t come if you have suitcases because we literally couldn’t fit them in the room! We had to put the chair in the cupboard and move the beds over completely to JUST squeeze our suitcases in. About a 10 minute walk to the marina and station. "
