"The staff were friendly and everything fine. The room was quite simple, very basic, and many steps to get to it but that's ok, I'm still young. The bathroom was very large and elegant, we liked it. The breakfast was very good. Its a great location in the middle of the town. On my next visit to Quedlinburg I would try a different hotel."

"On arrival, we found a note on the door saying the hotel was closed for refurbishment and our bookings would be honoured at the 4 star Theophana hotel am Markt. Theophana was excellent, newly refurbished and staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Romy in the restaurant who probably wanted to be going home when we were still finishing our evening meal at 9pm, but continued to serve us with a smile! And all this for 3 star prices."
