The wifi was not always 100% but adequate most of the time, breakfast was included in the price and was plentiful and varied (but no hot food), and the location was perfect - close to the beach and busy area of Marina Centrale yet tucked away down a tree-lined side street, ensuring peace & quiet at all times. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here again, thank you!

A family run hotel which is 15 minute walk to the railway station and may be 10 minutes to the beach. Nice modern and clean rooms. You can 'book' a meal that night if you don't feel like going out to dinner in a restaurant. this hotel is located in a residential neighborhood so it is quiet.

Right on the beach. What is better than that. We had an ocean view with a small balcony. Staff helped us figure out buses to San Marino. Bus stop was about 100 ft away. The room was great. A little tight squeeze trying to all get passed the beds in our rooms but something that doesn’t effect my stay. Game room downstairs for the kids. It wasn’t much but it was free ...

I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's clean, comfortable and very close to the beach&shops. The staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty. Everyday room service. Quite neighbours. Comfortable beds. Everything was super for me!

The location was good, it near to the beach. The owner was perfect. We have an issue on the wifi, due to our setting is different from Italy. He was very helpful to solve our problem immediately. He was very friendly and fulfil our needs. The room was big and clean.

The staff were incredibly helpful here, even providing breakfast at 5.30am before I caught a train. The room was clean and serviced daily, but the poor hotel is much in need of a revival, coats of paint etc. think 70s prime. Perfect position, very close to the beach and all the restaurants/bars.

The hotel has excellent location directly in the center or Rimini beach area, just across the road from the beach. The hotel is average looking and the rooms could be rated by 3 stars, not really by 4 stars. They are on the smaller side and their condition is acceptable, but not excellent. The hotel has excellent location directly in the center or Rimini beach area, just across the road from the beach. The hotel is average looking and the rooms could be rated by 3 stars, not really by 4 stars. They are on the smaller side and their condition is acceptable, but not excellent. The hotel has free parking which is very convenient. Our main issue was however the Rimini beach itself. Almost the whole beach is private, subdivided into segments that are ruled by lenders of beach umbrellas and beach chairs. When we went to the beach and were just sitting in the sand, we were kicked out. There is only a tiny segment of free beach on the very edge of the beach, over 1 km far from the hotel. Seeing this “mass recreation industry” Rimini style makes us think about California with its entire coast area being public land and accessible to everybody.

Simple small rooms, pool along the street, bar with bike storage, and only breakfast restaurant which was only ok. Next to beach means there’s another bar/restaurant and street between. Insane disco noise from the beach Friday and Saturday until 4am. Other 3* hotels looked better, and there may be much better areas along the Rimini coast.

Can't comment on this hotel as they moved me to a different hotel before arriving. The new hotel was brilliant and I have no complaint. The hotel in question is Hotel Alibi. Great value for money, very clean, good breakfast included, nice staff, great location.

It's in front of the railway station though you might miss it if you do not pay attention. The bus stop for San Marino and shuttle to Bologna airport is just at the doorstep of the hotel. It is also not too far from the sights of Rimini. Hotel is a bit run down. Airconditioning was not the best but is comfortable for a good nights rest. No fridge and no tea/coffee make...

Serve poor Italian man breakfast. Coffee machine with diluted coffee. Open after 8 ... total lack of service. Person at job looked bored, no smile and not happy working. Good enough place for long term refugees. Many parts of hotel closed certain hours or for staff only

We had a pretty nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful, the beach is a few blocks away, and the neighborhood is quiet. For us the most important thing was the price and we were able to get a good deal on the rooms. We thought there would be separate beds but instead they were just beds big enough for two people, which was fine.

Was here for the SIGEP exhibition in Rimini. I didnt see a 3 star hotel here. More to an inn or maybe a 1 or 2 star hotel. Room was very small and basic. Breakfast was great, loved their freshly baked croissants. The service was great, the host helped me a lot. Allowed for late checkout and even helped me find a box and tape for me. The hotel is a bit dated and has a feeling of a large .... hostel, but apart from that, it was clean, decent size room, all facilities, good breakfast and very nice staff ... maybe possible to get something cheaper but overall good stay! I would stay there again

Was there for an convention, Lorenzo was a great host, made us feel comfortable. Remini is a small town but all information that we need were provided. He also gave a great recommendation for food. We will definitely stay there and recommend to anyone. Near the beach n great views..

We arrived mid Feb for an out of season weekend. Not much open around Viserba, but we walked into the centre of Rimini every day, where all shops, bars etc were open. Great beach, lovely hotel. Breakfast was continental, lots of choice and plentiful buffet. Staff were very helpful and were happy to serve us. lovely location. Hotel basic but clean and comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful dinner both nights at restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The only negative with our stay was the surprise request that we pay VAT tax on the room in addition to the city tax. Agoda had informed us about the city tax--plus we were used to it as a standard feature in Italian hotels--but the VAT tax was something that I do not believe we should have been required to pay, as it should have been a part of the room rate as quoted by Agoda. No other hotel in Italy during our stays in the last year (nearly 3 weeks of hotels) asked for a VAT tax payment. While not a huge amount--only about 7 euros for two nights--I do not like surprises, which is one of the reasons I use Agoda in the first place.

Overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. We attended the Rimini Fiera, a shuttle bus was available at the hotel but we had our own transport. Rooms were smalll but we were given a suite with a sofa bed and additional desk/tv which helped. There were not many hotel rooms available at the last minute due to the Fiera and thought the price paid was justified.

i went to rimini just to attend the rimini tourism fair and the ariminium was the closest hotel i found to the fair, so i wasn't expecting much of the hotel. however i was very pleasantly surprised to find a very nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff and great food. infact i would not mind going there again next year.

The answer of the person in charge was: "close the window". I packed my staff and left the Hotel....

I stayed here one year ago and it was pleasant....but it has been sold to people who barely speak Italian and who have no idea. the breakfast is now minimal and the service sullen and unhelpful. That it is modern and without charm will always remain but as it is now I shall never return

I rarely complain but one night in the room we were given was one night too many and we only stayed that night because we arrived so late. The next morning we were told that the room type was what is offered on hotel booking websites and that if we wanted to move it would cost extra. I rarely complain but one night in the room we were given was one night too many and we only stayed that night because we arrived so late. The next morning we were told that the room type was what is offered on hotel booking websites and that if we wanted to move it would cost extra. We looked at one room and it was better and then looked at another and it was much better - it was like going from 0 star to 4 star in 24 hours but the hassle of having to complain and move rooms really put a dampener on our holiday from the start.I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Nothing bad to complain about... fantastic room setup with a true one bedroom apartment facilities ... good breakfast... friendly staffs... good internet connection... cable tv.... sea view... will always stay here from now on when i come to the fiere.. bus 5 from fiere to hotel door step.... taxi cost 15 euros ...
