"1)its geared towards 3hr stays for quick stays
2)mosquitos!
3)location nothing like what states in description (good for us as exactly where we want to stay near family home)
4)no attractions around here at all and nowhere near town centre as stated
5)room dirty wet bath mat, hair in bath, toothpick near bed
6)internet very poor
7)for same price we stayed 4star 3km away from bkk airport with lovely room shuttle services to airport included and pristine cleanliness and free bag carriers coffee tea making and room service. This place is worth about 200bt per night max as near nothing.
8)staff were pleasant washed our clothes free but annoyed us in morning to sign documents and wanted us to show them booking number all should be done at check in.....
9)mattress best ive slept on in a long long time (thank goodness it's plastic coated!!!!)
Overall no reason for anyone to stay unless it is short term!!! Very disappointed on the whole. .. not really a family friendly resort though our newborn seemed to love the japanese themed room!"Show more
