"They ask every day if they should clean your room. There is a big tv with PlayStation. Food is to expensive for the quality. Falafel was good. At the Pool you have view over the lake. You may only consume drinks from the hostel bar at the pool. Even if you are a hostel guest. The bar staff is very unfriendly and stoned all the time."

"San Pedro is a lovely little town but it doesn't seem to offer much for more luxury accommodations. Sababa resort helps to fill this gap. It is just on the edge of town and offers great views of the city and the water. It is a bit overpriced relative to the accommodations you can get at this price point else where in Guatemala but if you want up scale in San Pedro Sababa is one of very few (if not the only) options."

" What are the most beautiful settings on the lake and really nice staff. But you will not get much sleep because of the looooong bus horn on the street above that wakes the town at 3 AM 4 AM 5 AM and 6 AM"
