We arrived hours before check-in time and left out luggage at reception before heading out to explore. When we returned in the evening, we were pleased to have a comfortable and spacious room with a large bed, flat-screen TV with programming from various countries, and big bathroom with double sink. Our standard room's design and decoration were tasteful, and storage areas were more than adequate. All rooms are non-smoking. We received good service and attention from all staff members. Receptionists were perfectly fluent in English. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel offers free parking, but its location is not completely ideal because it is about 3/4 of a mile from the train station and center of town - and it is a bit difficult to reach on foot (you need to traverse a small highway with neither traffic lights nor pedestrian crossings). We managed well, but patience is required and would recommend arriving by car or taxi. At any rate, we were satisfied with our choice of property (Saronno does not have many anyway).
