Location right in the city and next to paragon mall. Staff are the hotel best asset . All of them ! Yes n I meant ALL, the front office , the concierge, the airport driver , the waiter/waitress, cleaner, security . And yes they all converse good english. Airport drive only 15 min Many attractions are just within minutes drive. I was taken care so well during my stay , the front desk lady goes all the way to help me planned my 1 day itinerary in semarang, with guiding me on using the go-jek transport.

plus: hotel's location is nice, close to food stalls, beds are spacious, refrigerators in every rooms, the staffs also helped us when we asked for a packing box,they even provided the scissors & tape, thank you,we really appreciate it. but, when we tried to order food from the restaurant and decided to order 'capjay soup', the restaurant staffs didn't ask if we like it spicy/not, and when the capjay came, it was spicy. it doesn't even written in the menu if the capjay is spicy. we never thought that a capjay will be spicy,so we didn't mention it. i can't eat spicy, because i had a chronic maag condition. finally after some debates, the staffs decided to change it into a non-spicy-capjay. also, the hotel staffs almost fined us for smoking in the room, i was so shocked. none of us are smokers, we even traveled with infant, how can we smoke in the room with an infant. when i first entered the room,i do smell cigarettes in the room,but i refused to complain because i saw a non-smoking sign inside the room and also a smoke detector,so I thought noone would smoke inside the room. i will complain in the first place, if i knew we will treated like that. fortunately, the staffs are communicative and finally they didn't fine us for the thing we didn't do,of course. so,i will rate only 3 stars, instead of 5, i do honestly almost rate this hotel 5 stars.. so sorry.. but,yeah this is a good hotel & staffs quality can be improved. we will come back again when we visit semarang.

Decided to book the hotel for a short visit to Semarang. Called for an airport transfer, and apparently the service was free of charge. The concierge (who picked me up) was extremely polite and very friendly, I was very impressed. The check-in process only took 5 minutes, and when I went to the room, it was already air-conditioned (love it). The room was very clean and tidy, with a view to the city. It’s located about 300 meters from Paragon Mall, the hippest mall in Semarang. The breakfast buffett, however, needs an upgrade. Some of the food was a bit tasteless.

Stay at one of Santika hotels was always give us a pleasure experience, staffs were very friendly, they always greet us whenever run to one of them, room was perfect, hotel amenities was also complete. Check in and out process was easy and there are Gramedia book shop besides the hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to Simpang Lima and near to Pandanaran souvenirs center. It was really enjoying experience to stay at Santika Premier Semarang, surely will recommend to my friends and looking forward to stay there again whenever I go to Semarang.

Great hotel, location, and service. Not far to find some foods. Large parking area. In hotel area have atm machine. They have very good decorations. Fast and free for internet service. Price for the room still cheaper than another hotel in semarang. Near from shopping mall, pub. Very very excelent for solo, business and familly travellers.

My wife and I have been regulars at the Ciputra Hotel in Semarang for the past 5 years. We have never left the hotel thinking, "boy, they could have done better on ..." Absolutely wonderful service, the rooms are always clean and tidy. We have always found the staff very attentive and friendly. We have stayed at many of the Hotels in Semarang over the years and always come back to Ciputra. The location couldn't be better. The lobby is attached to the door to the Ciputra Mall with just about everything you need. The Friday night Pool Side BBQ is a wonderful experience and the food is always great. The Breakfast is, by far, the best buffet in Semarang. Enjoy your stay, you will not be disappointed.

The Quest Hotel in Semarang was very clean, well maintained with a staff that was professional and pleasant. I would say it was the best price/value booking ever for me and I have traveled extensively on business and pleasure for the past 30 years. The room was comfortable and good size. The other facilities at the hotel were well maintained and quite nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay at the Quest when I return to Semarang in the future.

1st time my wife asking this hotel, i wonder is this a good hotel in Semarang? then when i come is have simple lobby, and good ambience, and front of the hotel is one of street for Semarangan food (Bandeng Presto, Wingko Babat,Lumpia etc). The Parking Space a lot, and the Facilities is great the best is the infinity pool and jacuzzi the Room are simple, modern style , and with great international channel

We are a group of 20 people traveling in Semarang and Aston was the PERFECT hotel to stay. It's located in the heart of Semarang, close to many food places and we can get around the town very conveniently. Got hungry? McDonald's is across the street and there's a great resturant located right beside the hotel. Not to mention the easy and quick food delivery by Gojek from recommended culinary places in Semarang. Staffs were friendly and they tried hard to accommodate to our needs while staying there. We also booked a suite for our informal gathering and it was spacious and great! We totally recommend this hotel!

we stay at Novotel Hotel, Semarang for 5 nites. we felt very comfortable. really a cozy hotel that is located in the centre of the city. we can find foods, entertainment such as movie theatres, paragon mall (across the hotel) & supermarket nearby. and also near to the downtown. that's why when we've already stayed for 4 nites & we need to stay 1 more nite due to something important, we decided to extend our stay at Novotel Hotel. we found that all services are very good, delicious menu for breakfast and also pleasant situation in every floor. staffs hospitality also made us very comfortable to stay there. what we think aren't enough is size of swimming pool, included kid's pool & also pool side. we recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a very pleasant & comfortable stay in Semarang city.

It was a pleasure for me for staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, super clean room. And of course very great air con. Since I traveled with infant. Good aircon is the most important thing. Although they claim to be 4 star hotel. But in my opinion this is 3 plus hotel. The only thing that bothered me a lot is Car parking Lot. There isnt enough space if the hotel fully booked. But still one of the best hotel that I sleep at Semarang

I like stay in a new hotel, Harris is new hotel in Semarang, room is comfortable, batch room kits are good as Harris standard, reception is friendly, there is convenience store at LG and simple food court, I will be back when I visit Semarang again

Rather small hotel in Semarang with Islamic style. Very close by to the city centre. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. Great value for money. Good place to stay for a family with children. Good choice for those looking for 3 stars hotel in Semarang.

Located strategically in Semarang City-Center area, this 4-star hotel is one of the finest hotel in Semarang (IMHO). You can reach this hotel from Semarang Poncol Train Station with only max. 15-minutes walking and has an convenience store and malls nearby. The room was clean, nice, equipped with as standard as 4-star hotel (towels, sandals, hairdryer, refridgerator, safe-deposit box, etc.). The bathroom is clean and equipped with showers and complete amenities (soap, shampoo, dental kit, etc.). The staff were helpful and nice, and they give a free airport/train station transfer from the hotel. Unfortunately, the parking space was very limited. Food is okay, quite good - and also the fresh juice (on demand) was available for your breakfast. Recommended to stay here.

This hotel placed near Tol road/highway, its very easy to access. The room facility also good but no chest refigerator inside. The special thing about this hotel is the breakfast, a variatif menus from western and indonesian food available and the taste also good. The staff also friendy and helpful.. I will be visit this hotel again if someday I am visit semarang

Ibis Semarang Simpang Lima is one of our favourite hotel when staying in Semarang. The location is very near to Simpang Lima, mal Ciputra(Citraland), and there're lots of restaurants and food court you can reach just by walking. The best thing is the breakfast! Great hotel for the price. Simple, but enough, for the short term traveler to the area. I wish that items like toothbrush were gratis, but still great place to stay. I have stayed in many hotels in Semarang/ Central Java/ Jogja region, I was pleasantly please with the quality of this hotel.

really like the interior and exterior hotel design all about wood and so natural,,, the place so quiet, clean air, really suitable for relaxation. in the morning i can heard bird voice from the outside...maybe i'll be back again...this hotel will be my favorit hotel in semarang

My stay in Aston Semarang Hotel was great, the staffs were friendly and helpful, the room is quite spacious. The hotel is located near Chinatown but surrounded by old and busy market unfortunately. If you are here for leisure or shopping, this hotel may not be suitable for you as it's far from city center and the swimming pool is too small.

This unique hotel located near Tugu Muda and Lawang Sewu, one of Semarang Landmark that you have to visit if you have a trip in thisTown. It is located at Duta Pertiwi Mall which known as developing mall in Semarang. This Mall had a Transmart supermarket, XXI cinema, and a lot of food tenant, such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Wendys, A & W, Pempek Bu Kamto, and many more. Also if you like you will find Miniso store in here. The Hotel Facilities include free gym 24 Hour and a lots of intragamable spot that will make you take a lot of selfie.

We stayed 6 nights at the executive suites room and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. The check-in and check-out process is very fast. the hotel staff are also friendly to every guest. Very spacious rooms also add the comfort during our stay at the hotel. It's just that the breakfast menu lacks variety. But overall we are satisfied to stay at Wimarion Hotel. Staying at Wimarion Hotel makes us feel at home.. We’re plan to come back if there is a chance to return to Semarang ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best low middle budget hotel in semarang. We would give 6 stars if available. The price is valuable, the breakfast is amazing, the room is far beyond great for the price we paid. This hotel will be our favorite in semarang. Good job new metro hotel, keep it up.

First, don't get me wrong about the titles, It is a Huge Mistake if they put this hotel as a 3 star hotel, because in fact even a 4 or 5 star hotel in semarang doesn't have similar facilities. We had a very pleasant stay at the Wujil hotel. I had a business matters nearby and I had to leave my wife and son in hotel for a whole day, and they were very happy to be stay in Wujil. The facilities are exceptional for kids, there are playgrounds, kids club, pool and even a water fountain!! Rooms were clean, staffs were very attentive and helpful, the breakfast buffet has a good varieties of food, the view from the breakfast area to the mountains were beautiful and we also ordered foods for lunch and dinner from the restaurant and it tasted good with reasonable price. I will highly recommended this hotel for anyone, business travellers, families for vacation, etc because you won't regret to stay here.. Thank you Wujil for a nice experience!

This is my first stay in Allstay and this is a new hotel in Semarang. Located in good place (near simpang lima) with sufficient car park space. Hotel is very clean & well organized. Check-in & out very fast with good staff. Will surely stay here again in future. Recommended !

First stay in Fave Hotel Diponegoro, Semarang. Normally same with other fave hotel in Indonesia. Good hotel for business travelers. Keep your good performance !!

It was great hotel and it was my second time and it will be my always hotel to stay in. Very clean. I love the location in the central between the airport and the nice places. It has nice restaurant but there is very nice restaurant inside the hotel building. Also indo market (supermarket ) like 30 second walking only. Near to so many famous restaurant. The staff very nice and co operative. They speak so many languages. The room is affordable. The standard is very nice. Toilet is so clean. The bed is so comfortable. And the aircon is very cold ;) I really highly recommended this hotel. And it will be my favorite hotel in Semarang. My comments is guaranteed because this is my second time. And it will be my always hotel every time I'll visit semarang.

I have had the pleasure of frequently staying at this hotel for many times over the past one year. The second time I stayed at the hotel, one of the staffs remembered my previous stay and happily welcomed me. Since then this hotel has been my first choice of stay in Semarang. I have stayed at higher-stars hotels in Semarang, but none has come close to the level of service demonstrated by the Holiday Inn staffs. They always greet guest with a wide smile and so hospitable. Despite slightly narrower interior, the rooms are tidy with high-level of cleanliness (shower room, towels, etc.). The rooms although not totally noise-proof, are properly designed against noise from the rooms next door and most of the traffic noise are filtered from the glass window. Sleeping hardly a problem for me even the hotel is located at the busy heart of Semarang - Simpang Lima. This hotel provides means for the guests to do their own laundry. Guests can purchase coins for operating the washing and drying machines along with liquid detergent. Although the parking area is limited, the outdoor staffs are so accomodating and helpful whenever help is needed for outdoor or basement parking. Breakfast meals served at the lobby is not 5-star level. However, nasi goreng and three other kinds of warm foods always there. Not to mention fresh bread, juice and coffee. Internet may be the weakest link in this review. I do not have quantitative results to share. Guests expecting to view youtube frequently may be disappointed. But browsing and checking emails are fine. I hope this review could serve as a great praise for the Holiday Inn staffers for their dedication and hard work. I also hope that this hotel can be an example for service industry in Semarang. Lastly, for future travellers reading this very long review, please stay in this hotel and enjoy their hospitality, you will not be disappointed. HS
