Sevierville (TN) hotels & places to stay

I was at a convention at the Sevierville Convention Center and stayed at the Clarion for 8 days. The people at the front desk were engaging and helpful. The breakfast cooks did a very good job in preparation and having sufficient amounts of food. Overall, the ones in room prep did very well most of the time. I came back one day during mid-day and the tool had not been cleaned. After returning several hours later the room had been somewhat cleaned. The bed was not made to their normal standards and some other things were just not normal. Otherwise, 7 of the 8 days were fine. The building itself seemed to be well cared for as well as the grounds. Happy overall with my stay and will most likely return!

After checking in, I found the toilet seat was falling off. Surely the cleaners should have reported that. The hinged door to the private balcony did not have the dead bolt latch in the door, only the surface plate ; so the door appeared to be lockable. It was not. The balcony door knob came off in my hands. I secured it with the night chain. Most importantly, the noise level from the road was horrible. I could have pitched a tent in the center median of the 6 lane highway and the road noise level could would not have been any louder. Sleeping was very difficult. The breakfast was a poor selection. I ate out.

This is a great place to stay without spending a bunch. It's a great value. We just need a place to sleep, as we are busy out in pigeon forge during the day. I have actually stayed here a few times and will continue to do so. It's not far from anything. A good location.

The hotel is a bit of a throwback to yesteryear when it comes to todays modern hotels but at the end of the day the place was clean, functional and basically did exactly what I needed from a hotel this trip. I was pleasantly surprised with everything and would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Room appeared fresh and clean. Nice new TV. Mattresses appeared pretty new, also. However, the chair and ottoman looked dirty and nasty. I would not sit on it. Also, when I pulled the sheet down, there was a small blood stain. Sheets felt old and worn out. I certainly would have thrown that one away if it were my place. I slept on the other side of the bed. Things like this can hurt a fairly decent property.

Having a full kitchen and two bedrooms made being at the hotel much better than a standard room. Yes, there were minor condition issues, but these can be overlooked with the amenities for the price. Also, the indoor water park was a great place for the kids to burn off energy before bed.

It was the best price for the location and they allowed pets for only $20/ night. Staff wss friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were convenient. I left my favorite pillow and they offered to ship it to me at my expense, of course, but it's my favorite pillow!!!

Staying here for the weekend with my 2 children. The ladies at check in were very nice, however, upon inspecting the room I noticed the shower grout was pretty nasty and there were some pubic looking hairs still in the shower. I was able to rinse them down the drain but still it was gross. Also, the carpet is pretty stained and there are several dead ladybugs under the heat-AC unit making me think the room probably hasn’t been cleaned or used in quite some time. The bed linen appeared clean. Apparently there is no maid service or breakfast due to COVID, which was not disclosed at booking. I am unsure of how we are supposed to at least get clean towels since none of that was discussed at checkin. I probably wouldn’t ever stay here again, it’s not the worst but I have certainly stayed in much cleaner places when visiting the area.

I was just staying over as I was driving from Arkansas to Virginia. The staff was very kind and the person who checked me out was very upbeat. I had been put in a smoking room by accident but with my asthma that wasn't going to work. I went down stairs and the room was changed very quickly. Several of the outlets in the room didn't work but was able to find enough to charge my phone and IPad. It was located about 4 miles off the interstate but once there very close to several places to find food and gas. My husband and I had booked here for Polishing the Pulpit in August so wanted to see what we were getting for our money and how close it was to the convention center since I simply just needed a place to rest before continuing my trip home. It will work well for our needs then as it did for this stay. I think this will be our place to stay every year for PTP or just when we are driving though.

We hadn’t been to the mountains in over 10 years! We had stayed at Apple Valley Comfort Inn one other time & loved it! We thought it might be old but still clean! Boy what a wonderful surprise ...this Inn was just as beautiful & modern as it was over 10 years ago! It appeared to have been recently renovated, new furniture & spotless‼️ The staff was very friendly & helpful! The free breakfast was phenomenal ‼️ We will always stay here for any future trips!

My wife and I were just at this location for 3 days for a ministry trip. The location was wonderful. The staff was okay (depending on who you dealt with), some were rude. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast however was pitiful. Selection terrible, we had to go eat breakfast elsewhere.
